I went in for a buttocks reduction because when I run my bottom half/legs/butt are heavy. It's really uncomfortable and my mind is always thinking about it. Ive had this condition for several years and I had finally saved enough money to get surgery. I hate it and it affects my workouts. Dr alspaugh refused to do a buttocks reduction and suggested I get minor lipo of my thighs. I wish he hadn't done that and swayed my opinion and made me think that a buttocks reduction isn't right for me because now I am stuck with the same issue when running.

I had a mommy makeover two years ago and was never fully happy with results. I went back with my concerns and was told that it’s just the way my body is. My breast are uneven and you can’t even tell that I had breast lift and implants done. The swelling in my stomach never subsided and I was left with a belly button piercing that was never closed in my pelvic area. I was told he would repair it and he never did. Honestly I feel I look no different than I did prior to surgery. I paid for a breast lift and the amount of skin that was left over is ridiculous. I want to cry everytime I look at them. My friend had her breast done and they look amazing. I just got a botched procedure and there’s nothing I can do about it.

I had a great experience with Dr. Alspaugh and his staff. I am completely satisfied with the results of my BBL. They made me feel at ease and informed me of all the steps of my pre-op, surgery and post-op. I have friends who have used other doctors for their BBL's and abdominalplasty. They all have told me that mine is the most natural and my belly button looks the best. I am very impressed and would definitely use Dr. Alspaugh for any future plastic surgery.

Best plastic surgeon in the area. I checked with other doctors before going to him and they said he was their top choice. Removed basal cell carcinoma and did an excellent job. Didn't try to upsell me on any scar revision, just excised the malignant area. No recurrences. 5 stars

Dr. Alspaugh is rather loud and obnoxious. He will cut you off while you are speaking and seems uncaring. The walls in his office are very thin and I could hear him speaking with several patients before coming into the exam room where my husband and I were waiting. (I thought patients were entitled to some privacy). He doesn't spend much time with each patient either, basically breezing in and out in less than 5 minutes with each one. I feel like my $50 copay was definitely wasted with this man. On a better note, the ladies at the front desk were friendly and the nurse was pleasant as well. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
