I found Dr. Heppe and the entire team at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg to be exceptional on every level. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I went to Dr. Heppe for a breast reduction after getting a consultation from a very reputable doctor in Richmond. I wasn't quite comfortable with the Richmond doc's bedside manner, so I sought out a second opinion. Dr. Heppe immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain every single step of the entire process--what to expect, how to prepare, the stages of recovery. At every turn he was thorough, confident, honest and informative. I'm greeted at every appointment on time with little to no wait and Dr. Heppe even opened up for me on a Saturday since my procedure was on Friday--just to view my incisions 24 hours post-surgery. I'm now 6 weeks out and am thrilled with the results. My back and neck pain went away almost instantly. And the body I see in the mirror now is the one I had always hoped to have. Joy C.

Fredricksburg Plastic Surgery has been my place of choice since 2003. Most recently I have worked with Dr Heppe and had a Tummy Tuck revision and removal of implants,. I am beyond pleased with his bedside manner and attention to detail. His staff has been sensitive to my needs (and fears) and very attentive in answering all my questions. Everything from the ladies at the desk, to the nursing staff and financing has been an exceptional experience. Bottom line, I choose them for their reasonable cost and stayed with this group because of the results!!

This is my 2nd service with Dr. Heppe and he has once again exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, the staff was awesome and comforting. Dr. Heppe explained exactly what he would be doing and made sure all of my questions were answered. He even returned a late night call just to answer my question about the breathing exercise machine and the leg compression machine. I am super excited about my tummy tuck and can't wait to show it off. I highly recommend Dr. Heppe. He takes pride in his work and he cares about his patients.

I had a procedure called smart lipo. After years of trying, I could not get rid of the excess fat on my stomach after having a baby. The staff was very pleasant, informative, and made me very comfortable. I have been seeing Dr. Heppe for years now. I have always had very positive experience with him. He was always honest with me. If he does not think you NEED a procedure, he will let you know. After the smart lipo, I was a little uncomfortable, but I was able to go back to work next day. By about 2 - 3 days, I was back to normal activities. I am very satisfied with Dr. Heppe and his staff. I will recommend Dr. Heppe to anyone without hesitation.

I love Dr. Heppe and Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg! I had a ‘mommy makeover’(breast augmentation, full tummy tuck and liposuction) a little over three months ago and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I immediately felt comfortable at the initial consultation. Everyone at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg was welcoming and I didn’t feel awkward or embarrassed for wanting these procedures. I had wanted to get the makeover for over 15 years, after four kids (breastfeeding all four), fluctuations in weight with rapid weight loss from what I call the divorce diet, my body needed help. No amount of diet and exercise would rid my ‘flap over’ tummy and saggy breast. Dr. Heppe only did the procedures necessary to get the desired results I wanted. The pain of the recovery process was more than worth it. I did have the extended pain reliever injections which I think is a must. I cannot imagine how the pain would have been without it. I had regular follow ups with Dr. Heppe starting the day after surgery. I live an hour and a half away from his practice, but it was worth the drive to have Dr. Heppe and the nurses and staff at Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg. If I ever needed or wanted any other procedures, I would most definitely go to Dr. Heppe and Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg.

My daughter had breast reduction surgery with Dr Heppe June 1, 2018. He took her from a 32G to a 32C. She is thrilled with the results! Excellent service, pre-op, follow-up, and care. Everything was explained and no question was deemed too silly to ask. Highly recommend Dr Heppe as well as the practice...Dana was great at coordinating with our insurance and made this a "painless" procedure. Recovery: lots of pain the first week managed well with drugs (prescription for 2ish days and then over the counter pain meds). By the second week she was managing well and meds were cut down. By the beginning of the 3rd week she began a job as a nanny!

I know my body and what my Doctor told me what I have. The woman on the phone said I had to pay for consultation. Witch is fine. She refused to tell a ball park amount for surgery. But she smartly said I can tell you about rhinoplasty and other procedures. Because she don't know what I have. she refused to give me a number. I told her I know what I have. I just told YOU! I can handle up to about a thousand. But not to much over. She refused to tell me how much was it to take a skin tag off under the armpitt? and miss smarty pants said I don't know what the size it is. I guess i am a liar if i say what size it us. Really they all are pretty small on people. She just loved to be difficult with me. WOW!

Best doctor in the DMV area! My mom went to him 5 years ago and recommended him to me. He did not disappoint!!! He's very kind, explains everything thoroughly, and sees me at every appointment versus just a nurse or pa. Everyone that has went to him that I know has had the same experience, not to mention the prices are unbeatable! My breast augmentation was only $5000-$5100 with everything included. I work in DC and the plastic surgeons there are practically double the price! Thank you Dr Heppe for everything!!!!
