Well after waiting over two hours for my initial appointment (scheduled TWO MONTHS EARLIER), things were on shaky ground. Things fell apart even more from there. I was crammed through, rushed through IMPATIENTLY in less than a minute with a super half a s s exam that left much to be desired.
They don't even anywhere near have their act together. Then he walked out before I could even ask any questions and REFUSED to come back because he's "so busy." But I was the last person in the waiting room. ie no patients left in the office at this point.
Then the office person/nurse/whomever came in and told me to wait more time for another type of diva to call me. Then said diva calls me and has more excuses about how she's new and I need to be patient etc.
Dobratz may or may not be a great surgeon. I'm not testing my face on what I've experienced so far with the high level of disorganization and basic disregard for my precious time. Based on what I've seen first hand, I can't imagine it would be a positive experience in any regard.
Pass 100%
Nobody is worth a two hour wait + week+ of more excuses and chaos. No no no!
What a diva in his own mind and the office is a complete clown show.
I wasn't coming in to improve my looks either. This was a needed surgery that was approved by my insurance company. Unfortunately, due to the severe lack of specialized surgeons in this area, this guy allegedly being one of them, I am going to have to wait until next year and relocate to another state with better surgical and general healthcare options available to get it done.
Ultimately, I'm glad it happened this way and something terrible, regrettable, and permanent didn't go wrong with this surgeon that I was trying to jam through in my last year of Anthem coverage in a major haste.
