I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Lopes and I could not have been more pleased with the experience and the outcome. I had "shopped around" looking at reviews, photos and experiences of others and decided on Dr. Lopes. From the very first appointment, through the procedure and the follow ups- I am very satisfied with how i was treated and obviously how my appearance was afterwards. Every appointment was very friendly, professional & informative in all questions i had, and very courteous to my care taker and I. All of the staff seemed concerned in my well being and health following the procedure. My calls & concerns were answered or promptly returned with the needed information. they were able to schedule my procedure sooner than i had anticipated which was AWESOME and with all of the information provided on how to care for myself prior to and post surgery- i was able to return to work a lot sooner than i had planned for. the overall experience could not have been better and i appreciate the friendly & courteous staff and the work of Dr Lopes. I HIGHLY recommend!

There is no better surgeon than Dr. JoAnne Lopes. I was interested in a lower face/neck lift. Dr. Lopes is very skilled at explaining what different procedures would accomplish what. I tend to ask tons of questions! I appreciate the patience they had with me. We went forward with my face/neck lift with a bit of Doctor recommended tweaking here and there. I trust her opinion and instincts implicitly. The results are FABULOUS. The entire staff from the front door to the surgery center are warm, helpful, caring, and knowledgeable. Helps alot with the nervous jitters, making you feel welcome. Love the friendly office. I would not go anywhere else!

I must say that Dr. Lopes and her staff are wonderful and my breast augmentation turned out pretty well. My problem is that I don't feel like what I wanted was taken into consideration. Of course after the surgery I found a forum in which many women said they told their surgeon what look they wanted and the amount of cc's were suggested. I showed Dr. Lopes the look I wanted on my second visit. She glanced at the picture and told me those were large implants. Nothing more was said about it. When I went to my next appt. I tried on the implants in the bra they provided, which I think may have been a little stretched out. I went back and forth with a couple of sizes and finally chose one. I called back because I thought I would meet with Dr. Lopes to discuss what I chose but I was told that I would not. I didnt think to show the nurse the photo because I thought I would discuss it with Dr. Lopes. All in all the surgery went great but my breasts are much smaller that what I expected. I can't imagine how I'd feel if I had gone with the smaller implant. I would like to go larger but the quote I was given for another surgery is only about $1500 cheaper than the initial one. I like my implants but I don't love them and that is very disappointing considering that I spent close to $6000.

The only regrets I have are that I waited so long. Her office and staff are friendly, open and helped me with all my questions and concerns.
