I couldn't begin to even describe how much I appreciate and how grateful I am to be a patient of Dr. Yarinsky. Dr. Yarinsky and all of his beautiful staff members have gone above and beyond to make me feel better about myself. I had lost over 70 pounds and lost volume in my breasts.. I'm 25 years old and had no self-confidence due to my breasts. They made sure to make it known that they would give me the best possible results which they definitely succeeded and then some. March 2017 I underwent a breast augmentation with a bilateral partial lift.. its now been 3 months today since my operation and yesterday I went to my routine follow-up .. everything is perfect, 90% healed and this wonderful office still shows there excitement when I walk through the door. I feel like a person when I'm there, not just a patient. I am so happy with my results and honestly the first week of having my new breasts I LOVED them then too lol! I wanted to come out of this with the most natural looking breasts I could, and I have. I went with the sientra brand implants and I just am in love. I'm now a 25 year old who can now feel comfortable and confident enough to put on a v-neck shirt without standing in the mirror wishing I had more. I feel like myself and the way I should have a long time ago. I couldn't thank all of you enough! I would recommend this office to a friend and even a stranger.

I came in looking for treatment before my brothers destination wedding, and although I was shocked at the treatments he recommended, I realized I had been getting it wrong all along! I love my result, and even went back for an additional treatment upon my return. He even gave me another opinion on a previous procedure. Holly is very sweet and knowledgeable, and always calls to check up. I went to Dr. Yarinsky in May 2016 for liposuction on my chin/neck. The results are phenomenal, and I look and feel amazing. My scarring was minimal and barely noticeable and is almost gone completely at this point. Go with a board certified plastic surgeon for anything to do with your face! Dr. Yarinsky does Botox for me and the results are amazing. I have to admit I tried an inexperienced person without proper credentials once in my life and learned my lesson. Dr. Yarinsky is an expert injector, has done this work for over 30 years and is great at it. I have gone to this practice for 7 years and I trust the doctor and his staff. They have never misguided me and will NOT attempt anything that would compromise my safety or appearance. I had a rhinoplasty/ chin implant procedure done with Dr. Yarinsky. The results are spectacular. Dr. Yarinsky is an artist. He and everyone at the office truly care about patient's comfort and satisfaction. This is only a comment on the laser procedure used to remove age spots. I went to this office several times to have some age spots removed. Only a couple were ever successfully removed, some faded slightly and others never changed at all. I was still charged for subsequent visits to take care of the spots that did not go away. Even after the follow up treatments, some spots still remained. I spent well over $1000.00 for 4 or 5 visits and I will never go back.

Before I followed through and got my breast implants, my husband and I visited Dr. Yarinsky's office 3 times in like 10 years, wanting to do it, but not being able to justify the cost. So, after the 3rd time, we started to shop around and visited other plastic surgeon offices. After the 2nd place we visited, we decided that we would save up the money and do it with Dr. Yarinsky. We saw some scary practices out there, doctors that were no where near as nice, knowledgeable or as forth coming as Dr. Yarinsky. In May of 2008 we decided that it was time, we saved up the money and had the time in our schedule to do it. What I want you to know above everything else, is that it was the BEST experience ever. I loved having it done right in the office, I knew everyone that was going to be in the operating room, I didn't have to worry about underpaid nurses or staffing issues. I was confident that I was in good hands. The staff and Dr. Yarinsky himself are so welcoming and helpful and were there with us every step of the way...not only leading up to and including the surgery, but for the weeks following. I cannot express how happy we are with the result. I thank Dr. Yarinsky everyday, because of the confidence I gained feeling great in my own skin again!!!! If I ever decide to do any other plastic surgery I will definitely return and I highly recommend Dr. Yarinsky, he's a great doctor and a really great guy, I look forward to stopping in once a year for a follow up, it's kind of like visiting family...I'm almost 7 years out now and every singe part of the process has been perfect and far beyond the standards they set!!!!! What can I say? Dr Y did it again. I've been a patient of Dr Y's since 1997. I had face laser and my eyes done back then. I was 47 at the time. Made me look 37. Then in 1999 I had a tummy tuck. My husband thought Dr. Y was a magician. He said Dr Y gave me the waist of a 19 year old! and he was right. Now that I'm 65 my tummy is still flat......and that's not common in women of 65 years. Clothes just fit so nice. And 7 weeks ago I had a brow/face and neck lift plus fillers for lip lines and nasolabial folds . You have to have great trust to let someone work on your face. That is one place you can't hide bad work. Dr Y has all the credentials, years of experience, and a great staff that you can tell love and respect him. Some of them have been with him for years, even from the start. That also speaks volumes to the type of person he is. His patients always come first. He is patient, informative, and he and his staff guide you through the entire process. I have always had the result he told me I'd get. No surprises. He loves the art of sculpting the human form. He makes women beautiful. He is an artist. My jowls, lip lines, crows feet, the '11' between my eyes, and my turkey neck are gone! I'm still healing but the transformation is amazing. Especially the neck. Before I could grab my lax neck skin, let it go, and it would still stay in the loose crumpled mess it was. I was embarrassed to let anyone see my neck. I would avoid wearing necklaces because I felt it drew attention to my neck. Winter became my friend because I could wear turtlenecks..... but that is of the past. I feel and look more than 10 years younger, and you know when you look it you feel it. Although, Dr Y fixes your outsides his work affects your whole being. I now look in the mirror and the person I always knew was there is looking back at me. Its a nice feeling. Thank you once again Dr Y.

I am a 63 old woman wanting a tummy tuck for years. I had consultation with Dr. Yarinsky within a week of making the call. The Dr. was forthright, knowledgeable, informative, honest about the procedure, realistic expectations/ outcomes and transparent about risk vs reward for me, given my body type and age, as well as in general. He and his nurse, Holly said they were there to answer my questions then and at any time in the future. This continues to be very true. The patience, honestly and enthusiasm with which questions are answered is impressive. I did, in fact have the tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction for best results. I am in week four post-surgery and could not be happier with the results. Every step of the way the Dr. and his nursing staff have been positive, encouraging, highly communicative about what is going on and I could expect to happen next. Possible side effects were explained from the consultation through each and every appointment, assuring me that these are possible, but not probable. What to look for, what to do and not do were articulated to me and my caregiver in matter-of-fact language.with regard to the stage I was at in my recovery. Dr. Yarinsky, as well as the nursing staff, were positive, pleasant and caring. They were equally as thoughtful with my caregiver, making sure she was comfortable with all she was expected to do for me. She was valued by all, thanked and shown genuine appreciation. What more could one ask for expect super results! I am far from out of the recovery phase of the surgery yet I am so pleased with the look of my tummy and flanks. The scar is already healing quite well and I can see that in no time, I will not even notice it! Being that I was fully informed, read everything given to me and asked multiple questions, I was prepared for possible pain and discomfort with diminished mobility. What I found is that I felt surprising well by the end of the first week. Each week I feel more like myself and truly would do this all again in a heartbeat, but only by the Dr. and his team. I don't want to exclude, in anyway, the Dr.s office staff who are lovely, accommodating and friendly. This has been more that just a surgical procedure for me. It has been transformative. I would tell any woman or man thinking about this procedure to give it your due diligence and then go with Dr. Yarkinsky.

Hello, Truly amazing results and I have no regrets with my personal decision to have an abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Yarinsky! It took me several years to get my courage up to schedule an appointment with plastic surgery to discuss a possible tummy tuck. Searching on the internet, I found Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery website which included useful information regarding the facility, Dr. Yarinsky’s professional credentials and an overview of the various cosmetic procedures. The website was equipped with a link to request additional information so I sent an email to request additional information. Immediately after sending my email, I received a very nice reply back from Dr. Yarinsky which then prompted me to request a consultation. The initial consultation was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable with the staff to speak openly about my interest in surgery and I also felt very at ease talking to Dr. Yarinsky. In fact, I felt very confident with his professional expertise and his facility that I immediately scheduled my surgery date prior to leaving my initial consult. From the initial consult, actual surgery and post-op follow-up care, I give Dr. Yarinsky and all of his staff the highest rating possible—5+++. Dr. Yarinsky and his staff fully prepared me and provided me excellent guidance/care throughout every stage of the surgical process. If I were to use a phrase to describe Dr. Yarinsky and his staff it would be “compassionate care”. They truly provided me with compassionate care throughout my entire surgical experience. I visited Dr Yarinsky’s office for a consultation on a number of procedures – I’d done a lot of research on procedures and plastic surgeons, and I knew I’d be in good hands with him and his staff. My priority was a breast reduction, but Dr Y took the time to discuss all my future “wants” as well. During the exam, he noted I would be a good candidate for a Mommy Makeover, which would address multiple concerns during a single surgical session (and be less expensive as a result), including my significant diastasis recti from my pregnancies. There was zero pressure, just excellent and thorough information about pros and cons, setting reasonable expectations, and role clarity. I made my appointment immediately! I felt so comfortable both with him and with his fantastic, caring staff, that I did not feel the need to continue on to other consultations. I am now recovered from the surgery, and I can tell you that Dr Y and his staff’s caring and concern does not stop once you sign on the dotted line. At each and every appointment, I felt welcomed and as though I were the only person they were concerned with. They answered all my questions (I brought a list!!) patiently. I am absolutely thrilled with my results, too – I feel as though the clock has been turned back 10+ years for both my appearance and energy levels. I had a wonderful experience over ten years ago, Dr. Yarinsky was able to give me a natural looking nose and even opened his office on a weekend when I was concerned about a scratchy throat, which turned out to be from the anesthesia tube. I had an easy recovery and overall a great experience. I am only rating a 4 because once my nose settled after about a year there was just a tiny dent below the nasal bone, however this is minimal compared to what he originally had to work with! I would highly recommend him. I did a lot of research and got a lot of consults before I chose his practice.

I had had breast augmentation surgery with silicone implants as a young girl many years ago in order to improve my appearance after multiple chest surgeries which I needed to correct a severe birth defect. After tests determined that both implants had ruptured and needed to be removed, I was very fortunate to find this practice during my online search for a surgeon willing to help me decide how to proceed. Everyone in this practice was extremely kind and helpful and treated me with the utmost respect. I was worried about undergoing surgery because of my age, how complicated the removal of so much scar tissue would be and how long the recovery period might keep me from my work. Dr. Yarinski explained everything thoroughly, listened to my concerns and took my individual needs into consideration in making his recommendations. I had a lower face and neck lift done in Mexico in 2015 and did not realize until the results were starting to fail within months, that what I had done was an incomplete job. . . . the skin on my face and neck was tightened but the muscles beneath were never addressed, which is why the recovery was quick, the cost was low and the results were fleeting. Dr. Yarinsky had to work with previous scar tissue and has done a fabulous job and has also corrected some wider scars that I was left with from the previous surgery. He is extremely meticulous and is available for questions at any time — before and after surgery. His staff is great and they are both professional and friendly. They even put up with a lot of nervous joking and chatter between myself and my sister right up until moments before surgery!
