Come to the office recommended by my primary care to help me deal with weight management to improve my fatty liver condition. Started the process fearing I would undergo yet one more diet plan to my surprise. The meal plan is the tool that has opened my senses and eyes to new thing I did bot knew in the past. The direct impacts of following the plan and the advice from Muriel is I can feel a relation between how I feel and the way I am eating. Most impressive is my behavior towards food has changed, I made selections based on how the food makes me feel overall rather than rationalizing the pro and cons. I also learned what is the response of my body when I exercise and do not eat well or have bad choices. I say the combination of the professionalism of muriel and the healthily meal plan has made a difference to me be on a good track to get better.

I had been going to this spa for over a year loved Kathryn Russo and Dr Sharma and their honesty and professionalism. Frustrated with my lower face laxity and jowls I sat with Dr Sharma who explained to me rather than doing constant fillers a full face and neck lift would be best! So I did it! I had a full face and neck lift right there at the Med spa! I was under local With no side effects of general anesthesia, The surgery lasted four hours I had absolutely no pain and very little discomfort after the surgery only in my neck area. I had very little bruising at all and I absolutely love the results. I couldn’t be happier . A few weeks prior to the surgery I went on a high-protein clean diet and got vitamins from the med spa I believe the guidance of Dr Sharma and Kathryn Russo helped prepare me for this surgery and the healing process. I would highly recommend Dr Sharma for any type of cosmetic surgery he is a caring wonderful surgeon, a very affordable spa and the staff is amazing.thank you again, Dr Sharma, Kathryn Russo, Nancy Rivera, Ari and the entire staff!

Payal Sharma (Doctor Sharma's daughter, started working here and is the most rude and inconsiderate person I have met. She looks at you with judgment if you are someone who is close to her age. Two of my friends have already left that office and I will be leaving as well. My prescription I take on flights has been called in numerous times over the phone. I just went to call it in and even offered to fax over my flight itinerary, they say I have to come in. Why? So they can collect their office fee. I will NEVER go here again and I will tell everyone I know not to.
