I had been going to this office for a few years actually. I loved my experience every time. Never had an issue. Until he got remarried and his wife changed everything. This happened to a number of my friends also. When I tried to make my next appointment they said I had missed 2 appointments....? (That I did NOT book!) So they couldn’t see me as a patient anymore! I don’t understand at all why they would do that when I know for a fact I never made an appointment two months prior because Botox works for about four or five months. So I wouldn’t have been calling two months after so I know it was just all a hoax This all changed after the new office manager ”his wife” started. This exact same thing happened to 5 of my close friends too! We are all wondering what would make a plastic surgeons office turn down money? I guess I just would like to know the real reason not the fake missed appointment BS answer of why that happened. very unprofessional! Just beware in case you start going you may in fact just get cut off for no reason!

I had a BA done recently--it was a redo of 20 year old salines. From the time i walked in the door the first day, the receptionist was very friendly. Deborah (consult) was awesome--very sweet and helpful and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. Mandy--the finance girl--very helpful. The med asst and the nurse anesthetist were very sweet and friendly. I cant say anything bad! Although i didn't actually meet Dr Vincent until pre-op, he was very interested in what my expectations were and totally "got it". He was friendly and everyone there worked extremely efficiently. I've had 2 other cosmetic surgeries and this has been by far the best! I am very happy with results so far (one week). Go and you wont be disappointed.

It’s been a couple of years since I went & I still can’t look at my breasts in the mirror. I went in to get an augmentation & because they were lopsided. Now they’re bigger & lopsided. They didn’t listen to me at all. I went in afterwards & talked to them about it, they let me know I could pay $1000 more to get a procedure done to pull one breast down to make it appear even with the other. So I would have to pay for their mistake & it’s not a guaranteed fix. I absolutely hate it & wish I never went in the first place. Nothing is any different than before except I spent a few thousand dollars to not look at myself in the mirror. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. Avoid it at all costs. I’ve may look nice inside & they may smile at you, but all they want is your money.

Dr.Vincent changed my life 2 weeks ago. I had breast augmentation surgery and he did an incredible job and and I was back to work in 3 days. I was only out for 3 days and had minimal pain and almost no bruising. I would recommend him to every one.I couldn't be any happier with my results. I went in for a breast augmentation. I had a reduction when I was a teenager and have NEVER had breasts I liked. They started out huge (DD+) and when they were reduced, my first doctor took out too much tissue and left me with ugly bumpy scars, too high of a nipple placement and deflated sacks at age 15! I hated them from the first follow up appointment. He asked me why I did it if I wasn’t going to like them. Seriously, that happened! THEN I went in to revise my first mistake with a different doctor. He was supposed to move my nipples/areolas down. He used stitches that were not strong enough and they broke, leaving me with gaping open wounds. He admitted he should’ve used stronger sutures. I was too young to know I had a lawsuit. So fast forward 20 years... Dr. Vincent not only fixed my scars (no extra cost) but he gave me beautiful breasts that I adore! I seriously can’t stop looking at them, I thought they weren’t mine. Mine could never look this good, but they do! I have waited my entire life to feel like a woman and I finally, finally do. I’m no longer embarrassed to be naked in the shower with my husband, and pretty much parade around now. Thanks so much! I can seriously cry I’m SO happy! I will be returning for my tummy tuck!

Please please please do your research before trusting doctor Drake Vincent. He completely botched me in 2015 which then cost me much more money to fix what he did. after my surgery, I started noticing complications. After researching him more, I came across his public court records that use to be online. It stated that his license was suspended right after my surgery! After reading these records it stated that he wasn't "in the right state of mind" to perform my surgery and he was actually passed out seconds before my surgery! His staff allowed him to continue with my surgery. I have all this info saved. His license was revoked for a year. If this review can help just one person pick a different surgeon, I will be grateful. NO one should have to go through what I did. Do yourself a favor and stay clear!!!

I knew Vincent was going to be the doctor I chose when I first walked into the door of his office. It's very neat & everything it it's place not to mention the staff is amazing! Utah's Dream Plastic Surgeon Doctor! What an amazing and refreshing experience with Dr Drake Vincent! I had my original augmentation 5 years ago and had 6 six subsequent surgeries due to complications. From an additional complication I had over the past year it became imperative that I have another augmentation. I had heard alot of Dr. Drake Vincents advertising and drove by his beautiful office all the time but when a friend recommended him I decided to go for it. His staff was friendly and really supportive. Dr. Drake Vincent talked alot about my concerns and experience with having an augmentation previously. He shared alot of his expertise related to latest technologies and procedures, I could tell he is the type of doctor that is about maximizing the patient experience and doing the best possible procedure no matter what he has to invest in latest technology to do so. I was excited about trying his latest techniques but I was so worried about the prospect of pain and healing like I'd had with my last doctor and procedure. Well my experience was amazing! It's only been a week and I don't even feel like I had surgery. I can't even stress enough how dramatic the improvement was over my last augmentation. I can't thank Dr. Drake Vincent enough for taking the time and doing such an exception job on my procedure. I am now considering some other work done by him that before I was too nervous to try. I recommend him at the highest level!!

Total botched breast augmentation. It was awesome for the first year and then I started having a lot of problems with them, so I went back to Drake Vincent only for him to tell me that I wasn't really a good candidate for breast augmentation to begin with.. would've been nice for him to tell me that before i paid him $5k. It also would've been nice to know that during the time of my surgery, he was stealing drugs from his office and performing surgeries while under the influence... Too bad he got suspended for it 2 weeks after my surgery and not 2 weeks before. Don't let the dentist fool you into believing he's a surgeon. He's nothing but a snake.

I scheduled and had an appointment for laser therapy to my hands, neck, and chest for sun damage. Sherry did the treatment, and I appreciate the fact that she (and I) don't want to have burns from the laser. But there was not one area which she treated which showed any response to the laser. It was as if the treatment wasn't done other than the fact it cost me $$$.

The only reason why I am giving three stars is because the last time I came in I had been interested in scheduling a face lift and was inquiring about pricing and scheduling a consult. She seemed put out that I was asking her questions and she seemed busy with the paperwork on her desk. I absolutely love this place!!! I’ve been in 3 times now and had the most incredible experiences each time... the staff are all beautiful and sweet ... Dr.V always does a great job and tells me the pros and cons of the procedures as well as making my body dreams come true!!! I’ve read some of the lower star reviews and they are NOT at all true ... I’m a repeat costumer and I drive 4 hours to Vincent sergical arts .. never have I had a bad experience as well as never witnessed a bad experience while I have been there .. top of the line staff as well as procedures .. I looked at a lot of differnet surgeons for my breast augmentation. I asked around and my cousin, who has participated in beauty pageants recommended Dr Vincent; she knew several women who all raved about how good he was. I looked around and saw that they had a special, as well as a holiday party where I was able to get another discount. 3 weeks later, and I feel great. I was under significant pain for the first week, but it hasn't been bad at all since. The scaring and bruising is minimal and I'm satisfied with the results. Not quite what I was going for, but I think that has to do more with my body type (Latina). Dr Blake and his staff are great!

I have had mixed experiences with my procedures. In total, I've had a breast lift, inner thigh liposuction, and a full tummy with liposuction. My breast lift turned out lovely, the nipples are pointed ideally and the breast tissue has a youthful lift. The scar is minimal and fading. My inner thigh liposuction is weird, there's areas that are still fatty and then areas that look good. The lipo area itself is far from ideal. Rather than taking out the fat in the middle to mid-back areas of my leg--which is the area I specificaly asked him to remove the fat from--he only removed fat from the inner part of my thigh. So there is no fat and then fat just after that in an unaestethical ratio. This results in excessive hanging of the mid-back fat of my thigh whenever I sit in certain positions. I am even more upset about the tummy tuck. Dr. Vincent did a wonderful, absolutely wonderful, job of removing the excess skin on the anterior wall of my abdomend and I am very satisfied with that portion. However, there is this weird, small, bulge just superior to the tummy tuck scar that makes it so I can't wear flowing, fitted, dresses without looking like I've got a fat or underwear bulge--it's very irritating. Immediately lateral to the scar, in my lovehandle area, the skin has bunched and if I bend sideways even just a little--like I'm standing with weight on one foot and have my arm on my side and my body has that natural curve from that pose--the skin scrunches up and looks terrible. I understand this is from the tummy tuck scar itself because they warn us before surgery that at the end of the incision area you can experience bunching of the skin. I just didn't expect it to be so very obvious. Finally, my greatest dissapointment: when I went into my conultation, before surgery, I had been at my lowest weight and I had a nice from, I just needed the mommy stretch marks removed and the stubborn fat on my love handles removed. We also had an umbelical hernia that would be tightened up. So, to stress my point, presurgery I had marker drawn on my body stretching to my lovehandles and wrapping around posteriorally approximately 3-4 inches to remove that stubborn fat that just wouldn't go away. You know, the whole love handle section. Post surgery, I still have all the fat on the lateral-posterior portion of one of my lovehandles while the other looks alright--not ideal but alright. This results in an awesome view if you're looking at me directly but then I have this increased shape and bulge on my hips and when you turn my slightly to one side, I've also got these weird lumps and bulges. If I wear pants, the fat in the back part of my lovehandles bulges out, if I wear a form fitting dress, the shape of my side view is just weird, and when I lay on my side, everything just hangs weird. During my most recent consultation I mentioned the persistant fat/swelling in the back portion of my love handles and the doctor said he considers that area the "flank". Which means I'll need another surgery for him to fix it. I was hugely dissapointed and confused because that area had been my primary expressed concern in the first place and it looked like it was going to get lipo'd out because of the marker drawings--I guess those are just for show? Basically, I'm over $10,000 out after my surgeries and I will need to go back in for more before my goals will be obtained. At this point I just feel like the doctor is a shark and if you have more than a breast augmentation, go somewhere else. I don't plan on going back and I'm warning my friends and family if they ask about needing a plastic surgeon. On the bright side, the staff are absolutley wonderful and friendly.

Having purchased a package through Groupon, I was nervous to be treated poorly, but have been extremely surprised and impressed with the whole staff and their service. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE !!! After 8 years of research and consultation, I decided with Dr. Drake Vincent to correct the aging aspects of my face and neck. In Nov 2013 I had SwiftLift w/ extensions, platysma band correction under chin and center neck, Co2 to lower lids, and small amt. of silicone filler to right side of nose. Everything went great! 5 wks post op and all is perfect and then some. Swift Lift incision behind my ear; can’t see them. Incisions in front of my ear; VERY hard to find. When choosing a surgeon to perform cosmetic procedures be careful running to a plastic surgeon vs. a cosmetic surgeon thinking you’ll get a better job (Dr. V corrected what a plastic surgeon did 18 yrs ago). I finally choose Dr. Vincent to perform my facial surgery for his experience, extensive training in the face and neck anatomy, artistic insight to the body, you can tell he loves what he does, and the price is very good. Just remember, he’ll do his part but half the work is up to you. Get in shape, buy the Recovery Program, and follow all instructions. Sincerely, Greg

I had an appointment for IPL for my hands and face today. The atmosphere is so relaxing. While we were waiting for the numbing cream to have its effect I fell asleep! I woke so relaxed. I had no pain. Sherry, who performed the procedure, is very professional and did everything to make my visit a good one. Even offering me a blanket, and a pillow for under my knees during the procedure. Plus they offer great package deals!

Paid for surgery, Dr. Vincent lost his license due to drug use, which I was never told in my consultation, was told he was on a mission. He had Dr. Jason Wright Fill in and never complete my surgery and moved back to Washington. Called for months and receptionist said they had not Dr. to schedule me with. Dr. Wright gave me an apology, which I'm happy to share with any of you that want to see it. I requested a refund or my surgery be completed, he fought my credit card and won because he had me sign something saying nonrefundable. One star is too generous! You ripped me off and kept money that wasn't entitled to you. Please read EVERYTING and contact me for photos of my swift lift and see if you think that its worth 3000 dollars.

Totally disappointed!!! I rely heavily on reviews before going to a place. Went in for an appointment today for filler, after waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked the front desk how much longer and was told 20-30 more minutes before I would be seen. Not acceptable for them to be running 40-50 minutes later than my appointment time. I took time off work and showed up on time to my appointment, they could have at least called to tell me they were running very late. Big waste of my time. I also had another appointment scheduled for the following Monday for a surgical procedure consult, needless to say I cancelled it and will NOT be going back. In all because they were late and didn't even bother to let me know they lost out on over $5,000 in procedures I would have had done there. The only positive is the front desk lady was friendly.

My entire experience with Dr. Vincent and his staff was amazing! My breast augmentation turned out so perfect words cannot even describe how satisfied I am. I had a friend who went to a different doctor about a month before me and her breasts turned out awful so if there was anything I learned about cosmetic surgery it was that your doctor is the most important thing and Dr. Vincent is the Best Cosmetic surgeon, He could not have done a better job. It has only been a month since my surgery and my scars are already nearly gone. I've never written a google review before but I was so impressed with this business I thought other people should know about my experience. As for the Groupon Customer below me, Its not unheard of for a practice to only offer certain procedures/treatments on certain days and when your already getting a discount you shouldnt be that picky. I didn't pay full price for my procedure either and I still got treated like a VIP. They even brought my mom a snack when they heard her stomach growling during my consultation. My family is so impressed by Dr. Vincent we are almost looking for reasons to go back and see him. I would reccomend him to everyone!

I had the best experience with Dr Vincent! He was my 3rd consultation and I’m so glad I went with him. I only wanted a lift and small reduction, the doctors at other offices kept trying to talk me into an augmentation but I desperately didn’t want implants. Dr Vincent suggested a lift and an auto-augmentation, a procedure I had never heard of, where he takes my own tissue and graphs it into my breasts to create volume instead of the ski slope look. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is about the receptionists who were very nice to me while I filled out paperwork and had my consultation. I got my breast implants two years ago. The decision to do it was quick and I wanted it to move forward as soon as possible. I was in my early twenties and was treated as a child and dismissed almost through the whole process. I was given the wrong surgery time and made to wait in pre op for over four hours and it was about 7 pm before going into surgery. I hadn't eaten all day as instructed and it was excruciating the hunger pains before I went under. I gained consciousness and was only about 5-10 minutes awake before they were wheeling me out to the car. It was late at night and I'm sure they just wanted to go. At my post op I mentioned to the doctor an unevenness in my breasts that I was sure would settle out but wanted them to be aware in case it did not. I was told by Dr Christensen that any differences he was sure I could "live" with. When people ask who I went to, I tell them of my experience and I wanted others to know too. If you're younger and want breast implants, go somewhere else. The nurses are dismissive and condescending and pass judgement on you as well as the doctors. My implants are fine but have settled into a placement I don't like. I will be getting them redone elsewhere.

I just had a breast augmentation done on Friday and am very happy with my results. However, I am not satisfied with the care I received before and after my surgery thus far. It took me 5 days to schedule my surgery, due to them only having one scheduling coordinator and she happened to be gone. (Which is fine, everyone needs a vacation, but why is there only one person that can schedule and no back up). Then the day of my surgery, I had been fasting since the night before and my surgery was scheduled at 3 and then got pushed back an hour. After my surgery I received no call the next day to see how I was doing or even Monday morning. I ended up calling them wondering if I needed some additional items that my packet said I would get. I was told there was N/C (no cost) on a bra (which I did receive), binder, a jaw bra, a neck pillow, and a post care gift. I was told the neck pillow was only for face lift patients, which that was not disclosed to me until after I asked. But I guess none of the other items are included as well. I have not received any additional care. I wasn't asked with any concern as to how I was feeling, which to me was discouraging. I was referred to this office and had high expectations and only heard great things about them. I am satisfied with my results so far, but not the overall care from the staff.

Friends, please don't make the same mistake I made by breezing over the negative reviews here thinking they aren't legit. They are. Here's one more to help convince you to look elsewhere and to choose someone else. I will say that if you have zero complications it probably won't be the worst experience but if you do have complications, which there's no guarantee you won't, you will regret coming here. Do your research!!! HE IS NOT BOARD CERTIFIED IN COSMETIC SURGERY. His training is in ORAL surgery. I had breast augmentation done this spring and didn't actually meet Dr. Vincent until the day of. I should have listened to my initial gut feeling that he was not the greatest person but I just hoped it would all work out. He wasn't very kind or compassionate at all. Post op I noticed something was wrong with one of my implants and it turns out scar tissue had formed a hammock under one of them keeping it from dropping. This probably wasn't the Dr's fault but the way he handled it was awful and honestly traumatic for me. I went in at 2 months and he told me he was going to try and break the scar tissue by pressing down on it in order to keep from having to re operate. He said it would "hurt." So I consented thinking it wasn't going to be that bad. Turns out if was hands down THE MOST painful experience of my life... worse than child birth ladies, so much worse. I could not believe he did not prep me more for that let alone have someone there to drive me home. I almost passed out because of the pain and I had to lie topless on the ground in the fetal position while a nurse fanned me with a folder. I was barely able to make it home. Recovering from that was worse than the initial surgery. Then it turns out it didn't fix the problem and it still needs to be replaced. There are a bunch of articles online saying that that "procedure" is super old school and because of it's low success rate most surgeons don't even recommend doing it because it rarely solves the problem. I felt zero compassion from him and zero concern for my well being. If anything it felt like he was bugged with me that he had to re operate. I believe Dr. Vincent has very little respect for women and I would avoid him like the plague. Please take to heart my experience so you don't find yourself in my shoes. You need to find someone who you can trust even when things don't go as planned because they might not and if they don't, Dr. Vincent is not the kind, reassuring Doctor you will want at your side. There are so many other great surgeons out there, do yourself a favor and go consult with someone else.

I called in today to see about scheduling my appointment for breast augmentation and I was hung up on 3 times - the day I initially went; the receptionist didn't even acknowledge that I was there until a couple minutes afterward and I was standing in front of her. I understand that they give a good price and I've heard that the doctor is really good but I feel like you don't treat patients or future patients like that - Teresa who is the person I met with was awesome...she was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions - she didn't hurry me and took her time answering all my questions and honestly makes you feel comfortable with the decision but the attention that the front desk people took in helping me wasn't very good - even if I did get surgery and I called in because I had an issue or of a concern that I wasn't feeling well and I got hung up three times; to me that is frustrating. I thought I would email because it is something that could be improved - other than that...Teresa was awesome and of great help for the knowledge she has.

What an excellent experience, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking Breast Augmentation. I was nervous going into my appointment and was instantly put at ease, the office staff were friendly and the facility was very inviting. I first met with a consultant Debra to start choosing sizing and going over my questions. Never once did I felt misled or that my questions were not answered with complete understanding. I met with Dr. Vincent the day of my procedure to finalize sizing and placing as I had decided to go a bit larger and had more questions with placing. Even being the day of the surgery he never made me feel rushed and took his time with me in explaining what he felt would be best for me, my body type and activity level. Needless to say I was very impressed and could not be happier with my choice of choosing this facility for my surgery. I am 4 days post op and am very pleased with the outcome thus far and can not wait for the D&F. I had a very positive experience while going to Vincent Surgical Arts. I got a breast augmentation and all of the nurses and the Dr were great. I've never written a review online before but after researching many cosmetic surgeons, I was very hesitant about coming here because half of the reviews were really bad and there were a handful of good ones. I made a consultation appointment and met with a knowledgeable blonde lady who was willing to answer any of my questions as well as measure me and get me set up to try on different services. She was never pushy and never made me feel awkward for asking what I thought were weird questions. I decided to go through with the surgery even though I was a bit wary as I hadn't met the actual surgeon. When I went in this Tuesday, I was greeted by a smiling front room staff and was promptly escorted to the back where I met with the anesthesiologist and the surgeon. His name was Dr Christensen. He was very kind, smiley and very approachable. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want to do and he made me feel safe and comfortable in his hands. The anesthesiologist went over everything about being put to sleep and the risks and benefits involved. I felt very confident in the procedure before I even got into the operating room. My surgery was fairly quick, only an hour or so and then I was in the recovery room for about 45 minutes before they brought in my boyfriend. After I was conscious and stable they sent me on my way. I am very happy with my results and Dr Christensen has called me twice to check up on me and make sure I was doing alright. I look forward to my first post op appointment on this coming Tuesday.

I received Dysport injections. Eyelids dropped horribly. Mild headaches 24/7. I was told after an office visit by Kendra that few people have this reaction, there is nothing she can do and I should take some Tylenol. Every time I have been here there has been at least a 20 minute wait even if you’re the first appointment of the day. The most recent time I walked out was with an appointment time that had already been reschedualed by the medical assistant. I arrived 5 minutes early and when I walked out 15 minutes past my appointment time with no indication of acknowledgment I was then called and threatened with an inconvenience fee. Apparently right when I walked out was when the medical assistant was going to be able to bring me back.......15 minutes after appointment time. When you see the person that’s going to be doing your procedure just walking around in the back giving no indication they’re preping for your appointment at your actual appointment time it doesn’t inspire any confidence in their abilities operationally or otherwise. The people are friendly enough once you get in a room and they will always try to get you to try another procedure but I can’t recomend any one with a schedule they have to stick to utilize their services.

I got implant 2 years ago from Dr. Vincent and although they looked great they made me very sick. There are 1,000 of other women that i personally know of sick from implants as well! They are full of toxins and from day one your body is fighting these foreign objects which causes all kinds of problems. I only had mine two years and was deathly ill from them. Dr. Vincent over filled them which i wonder if that made me sick even faster!! Dr's couldn't figure it out. After trying everything i had them removed 4 months ago and already fell amazing!! I hope they will be illegal soon. Get a fat transfer or just be happy with what you have. Its so not worth it. This has cost me a small fortune and my well being. Google or facebook breast implant illness. Its very real and im so thankful to have found the info and get these toxic bags out of me!!!
