This place is wonderful! The staff is amazing and my skin has never looked better. I am 42 and I am always told I look 35. I highly recommend Dr. Salts or Tara for botox and for facials and peels you definitely need to see Torri :)

Dr. Saltz has a gentle hand and comforting bed side manner. He thoroughly explained different treatment options, providing me with pros and cons sufficient for me to select appropriate and effective treatment. Dr. Saltz administered Botox injections with minimum pain and discomfort. I have had Botox many times before and usually experienced significant pain even after application of topical numbing creams. With Dr. Saltz I did not even need topical numbing. Dr. Saltz expertly placed the injections causing a lovely lifting of my eyebrows, resulting a more youthful appearance. To my surprise he also administered Botox around my mouth, which erased some unpleasant folds - wrinkles. I never had applications around the mouth previously. The staff has been with Dr. Saltz for many years, which told me that the Spa was efficiently managed, adding to my sense of comfort and safety. The staff could not have been kinder and sweeter, as well as very knowledgeable. I would return to Spa Vitoria for sure. ,

Yulia, the lymphatic massage therapist at Spa Vitoria, is amazing! It's been almost 2 weeks since I had a tummy tuck with liposuction and a breast lift (5 hour surgery) and she has really helped me with my recovery process. She does lymphatic massage and offers very helpful advice on how to take care of myself at home (rest, diet, etc.). Plus the massage feels amazing! I have been very happy with Dr. Saltz, Yulia, Tara and the whole team at Saltz Plastic Surgery and Spa Vitoria.

Dr saltz is the best for Botox! I have been to several doctors and he is the quickest, least painful, and most effective I have ever been to. He is always very conservative (never pushy). And decent pricing. I have a fear of needles and have had no issues with dr saltz. He is just good at what he does! Would recommend over and over! This is a doctor you can trust!

I REALLY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Dr.Saltz and everyone there is so friendly and the massage therapist Yuliia Bacon is incredible. I will now see her on a regular basis because of how much her treatment has improved my health and quality of life. Went there for laser treatment. Not only did they use the wrong type of laser, but they never used numbing cream or supplements to dull the sting. I now have lines on my chest that will likely never go away due to the laser treatment. When I asked about fixing it or getting some type of reimbursement for the poorly done job (which totaled over 3k), they said no. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They have the best team, and very caring. The consultation was a great flow, and they were very honest. When I had my consultation, they went over everything so well, and they spent all the time I needed or wanted with them. Definitely would recommend them to everyone! I went to a few consults before I made my decision, and they blow everyone out of the water. This team makes you feel comfortable, and like you're their really good friend. Not to mention I got exactly what I wanted, and it exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Saltz is an amazing doctor!! I am so happy with my results. I needed to get a re augmentation done and Dr. Saltz made me confident that I would get the results that I wanted. After months of researching I finally decided to set up an appointment. After doing research for months and meeting with several doctors I was more that sure that Dr. Saltz was the right doctor for me. My case was extremely difficult and he made sure that I knew I was in good hands and he would do everything he could to fix my breast augmentation. Its been 3 months since the surgery and I am so thankful for him and the work that he has done! I am extremely happy with my results and the staff. Post surgery I was given a complementary lymphatic massage by Yuliia Bacon. She is a wonderful lymphatic massage therapist and very knowledgable about what she does. She helped me with my healing process. I saw her once a week for 6 weeks. She made sure that I was healing properly. Every week I came back my breasts were less sore and I was healing faster. She gave me tips on what I needed to do post surgery ( creams to use, oils, massage techniques) She was very helpful and I would highly recommend her for lymphatic treatment post- surgery. I am very impressed with the entire staff!!! They are all amazing!!

I recieved a chemical peel, a service I have had done several times before. Usually it’s a 45 to 60 minute experience but mine was only 15 minutes long. It’s a $125 service, not worth 15 minutes. It took the manager Annette an entire month to get back to me when I asked for a refund, she was completely dismissive and rude. She told me she could not do anything for me and claimed 15 minutes is standard for a chemical peel. Do not waste your money, I highly recommend the Kura Door as an alternative.

Giving It Thought

I am so grateful for Dr. Saltz and the Saltz Plastic Surgery team!! I had implants that needed to be removed and a cyst in my breast that had to come out. Not only did they fully explain the procedure to me and what the expected outcome would be but they made it as least stressful as possible. During the procedure Dr. Saltz made sure that he could reshape my breasts using smaller implants than what I had removed and I’m so happy I trusted his expertise. He also advised me that a tummy tuck may be necessary and that he would perform that as well if I was OK with that. Again I am so happy that he was able to explain everything in a way I could understand and trust his expertise. I’ve never been happier with the way my body looks than right now!!! The staff was also very caring and considerate. Dr. Saltz and Annette came to visit me after surgery and to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Tracee made the whole billing process a breeze and explained all the costs to me. Tara was so knowledgeable especially during my recovery process. She always would check up on me and give me tips to make sure I was recovering in the best way possible. The post operative care that I received at Spa Vitoria was the best experience I could have ever hoped for. The lymphatic drainage massages were so beneficial not only for my physical recovery but also for my mental recovery and helped release any anxiety I was experiencing during recovery. Seriously, call them and make an appointment. They are amazing!

I went to see Dr. Saltz for a keloid scar and mole, something I am sure was quite simple for him. The staff and Dr. Saltz always made me feel comfortable and welcome when coming in. I was also pleasantly surprised to not be the only male visiting Saltz Plastic Surgery. I have also been in for massages including lymphatic massage after a knee replacement...if you have any type of surgery I would recommend lymphatic massage at Dr. Saltz' Spa Vitoria after surgery. She helped with the recovery period immensely - she checked on my sutures, helped me keep everything clean and healthy and provided emotional support, in addition to the massage. It was really nice to have someone who was watching out for me so closely. I also found her recommendations for products to put on my scars and to reduce bruising very helpful. She knows a lot about keeping your skin healthy and looking its best! The lymphatic massage helped with the swelling and was very relaxing.
