I highly recommend Dr. Gladwell! He did an excellent job with my tooth extraction. He is very caring, kind and efficient. He gave me several budget friendly alternatives to general sedation. I opted not to be sedated during the extraction, and he numbed my mouth enough that I didn't feel anything. While it wasn't a pleasant process, Dr. Gladwell made me as comfortable as I could possibly be. I had minimal aftereffects. I would definitely go to him again. His office staff were also very friendly and efficient.

About a month ago, Dr. Gladwell performed the surgical extraction of all four of my impacted wisdom teeth. The procedure went smoothly and Dr. Gladwell even called me personally a few hours post-op to see how I was feeling. I had minimal swelling and little to no bruising. My experience was about as pleasant as it could have been considering I waited til my mid-twenties to extract impacted wisdom teeth. My surgical sites healed very well with no complications or dry sockets. I would highly recommend Dr. Gladwell and his wonderful team to anyone who needs an oral surgery or tooth extraction. Every person in his office down to the secretary and scheduling consultant was so pleasant and easy to work with. Five stars is not enough!

I had 7 months of failed oral procedures by 6 Dentists. One of them placed an expensive crown on a very compromised tooth #4. Concurrently, I had 4 medical Doctors, head scan, biopsy, and neck surgery. Then I was referred for radiation treatment. The radiation Doctor told me she could not start radiation treatment because no one knew or specified the source of cancer. At the same time I visited Dr. Michael Gladwell. He did extract my tooth #4 and send it to a pathology lab. Because of Dr. Gladwell excellent medical skills the source of my cancer was finally identified.I told the radiation Doctor to call Dr. Gladwell and she was amazed. My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Gladwell. It was a very good experience. My son did very well. I was pleased with how well Dr. Gladwell communicated with my son as well as how well the surgery went. A surgery that could possibly be very unpleasant was very easy. He had no problems. I felt like everything was done very professionally. Dr. Gladwell performed surgery on my daughter as well. He attached a chain to a tooth that was not going to come in on its own. It was a seamless surgery and the tooth has since come up and is being pulled into place by braces. I have been very pleased with my experiences in this office. I plan on going there for all of my family's oral surgery needs in the future.

I had my wisdom teeth removed here last week. Dr Adams was amazing! They told me the procedure would take 30-45 minutes, and most of it was just getting my prepped and numb! I was shocked at how fast he got my teeth out. I only had swelling for the first two days, and only had to take ibuprofen for the pain. They were great at making me feel relaxed since I was a little nervous, and Dr Adams called personally the next day to check up on me. I’ll recommend them to anyone!

Recently, I had to have numerous teeth extracted, including an impacted tooth. I was recommended seeing a surgeon by my former dentist. They were awesome, and I experienced little to no pain at all after my surgery!!! It definitely spoiled me, as I recently had to have the rest of my upper teeth pulled to fit my new upper denture. That was on Monday, and today is Saturday. I am in SO MUCH PAIN NOW, and I wish so much that I would've just been able to have them all extracted by my amazing surgeon! He also called to check on me personally after the weekend, and sent me a personal email also thanking me for choosing them. Thank you so much for all of your hard work, and for helping me to smile with confidence once again!!

I had my wisdom teeth removed here, and they did a great job with the surgery, with minimal pain and very little swelling, and they gave us extra gauze pads for the bleeding. I would have given 5 stars for the surgery itself. Definitely would recommend. However, they didn't let me keep my wisdom teeth, and I was really hoping to keep my wisdom teeth after the surgery. Once I awoke from the sedative, I asked the surgeon if I could keep my teeth and he said that they had already put it in the bio-hazard disposal. They disposed of my teeth before waiting to ask me whether I wanted to keep them or not. You can only get your wisdom teeth removed once, and therefore you get the opportunity to keep your wisdom teeth only once. That was an opportunity that they didn't give me.

I cannot begin to express how grateful I am for Dr. Adams and his team. I was extremely nervous to get my wisdom teeth removed. I had heard every horror story in the book, and put off the procedure for close to a decade. I left Dr. Adams office after my surgery with little to no pain. 3 out of the 4 teeth they removed had no swelling, and literally no pain. The 1 that was a little tender simply needed an ibuprofen to get me by. I have referred all of my clients and friends who still need their wisdom teeth removed to his office. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET IT DONE!

Dr Gladwell took out my daughter's wisdom teeth. We have gone to Dr Adams as well for two of her siblings. They are the best! 2 days later she looks great and feels good and is back to normal activities. My two kids that went to other oral surgeons had a much, much more difficult recovery. Don't be put off by their unfriendly front desk people (in person or on the phone. )These Dr's are well worth going to.

If I could, I would give Dr. Gladwell 10 stars. After a periodontist cracked my wives tooth, she was in excruciating pain, requiring an extraction. Dr. Gladwell and his amazing staff fit us into his busy schedule(on a Friday afternoon) and extracted the tooth with little pain or bleeding. I would heartily recommend this practice to anyone; the staff is as great as the doctors.

Words can not express how wonderful my experience was getting my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Adams at Oral & Facial Reconstructive Surgeons of Utah! The staff is wonderful and Dr. Adams is so kind, knowledgeable, and talented. Before surgery they gave me a warm blanket and played classic rock in the surgical suite as a nurse took extra care making my IV insertion as comfortable as possible. I had anxiety all morning and that melted away as the nurse was talking to me about puppies while Elton John played in the background. After I came out of sedation I felt very comfortable and safe. Everyone took such great care of me! My extractions were slightly invasive due to the nature of my wisdom teeth and I have had virtually no pain or swelling! If you are in the market for an oral surgeon, do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Adams! He personally called me later that day to make sure I was okay and feeling comfortable. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Unfortunately I don't have any wisdom teeth left to extract, because I would go back in a heartbeat!

We went to Dr. Adams office earlier last year for wisdom teeth removal and following our consultation appointment we asked if our insurance would cover most of the costs of the surgery. They informed us that they would get in touch with the insurance and get back to us. After getting back to us, they let us know that the procedure would be covered with no issues at all. When we went in for the procedure, Dr. Adams opted to use General Anesthesia, which was the only type of anaesthesia that was clearly listed as an exclusion in our insurance benefits, proving that they did not even bother to reach out to our insurance or to verify what was or was not covered. His office then proceeded to bill us for this service that was not covered and they have been harassing us for months about this debt that they claim we owe, proceeding to send it over to collections. After discussion with the office, they agreed to remove the debt from collections and the debt was settled with their office for the amount owed, minus the collection fees.

I called about my daughter because this was listed as a provider for my insurance and the lady that answered the phone very quickly told me that the procedure that my daughter needs would be covered under my medical insurance which is Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield Focal Point, which apparently they don’t take. She was VERY quick to send me away. I feel like the explanation I was giving her was for a dental procedure and it’s like she just didn’t want to deal with me at all so she just said I should see a different dentist and said there are many good ones in the valley. As if I don’t know that. It was very condescending and I was unimpressed for the first time calling in. I would have expected her to recommend a certain kind of dentist or maybe one in particular that they are familiar with being in the industry to point me in the right direction. After all it is a preferred provider for my dental insurance, and you would think they would want my business in the future should I have needs they can fit. I would definitely hesitate to recommend this place to any of my friends or family based on this experience.

The staff is highly professional and do their best to get patients in and out in a timely manner. My wisdom teeth removal procedure was complicated by the alignment of my teeth, however Dr. Adams was still able to get everything done in thirty minutes, with very minimal after effects.

I had quite the interesting chronic case in which I needed a cyst removed and a cadaver bone graft. From the first appointment, surgery, to the last of many follow up appointments; I was always pleased with the care, expertise, kindness, and education I received at each visit. Dr Adams even called me the day of my surgery to check on me. Nancy was awesome with my billing questions. Jackie was amazing every visit, especially when I was going under she was very patient and had some good laughs with me. I highly recommend this office, they get customer service but most importantly their expertise and clinical skills are worthy of the board certifications on their walls.

Two of my kids had their wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Gladwell. He listened carefully to all of my concerns and adjusted his surgery methods to address those concerns. I have a disabled daughter who is medically fragile and he bent over backwards to make sure her surgery had as few complications as possible. I would highly recommend him to anyone and plan on returning for any future oral surgeries.
