Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, both structurally and functionally. Structurally, my post surgery nose turned out almost exactly as the pre-surgery image depicted. More importantly, by fixing some internal items (deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, broken nose) I can breathe much better out of both nostrils and I don’t snore anymore. The recovery was virtually pain free. Only had to take Tylenol for a few days and there was minimal bruising. Would highly recommend Dr. Mobley.

After some serious thought and discussion my wife and I decided that it would be in our sons best interest to have his ears pinned back. We went to various ENT specialists and other surgeons before finally deciding on Dr. Mobley. He was in the "upper tear" as far as the cost of the procedure but how could we not choose the best for our son. It has been about a month since the surgery and we could not be happier! His ears look amazing and he has much more confidence in himself. Dr. Mobley and his staff were professional and amazing throughout the whole surgery and in the follow up visits. We felt that Dr. Mobley truly cared about us and our child and did an amazing job in supporting us through out the process. Don't skimp on this kind of operation! You get what you pay for.

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I'd like to think that had I read what I'm going to type, I would have hesitated before going under the knife. This review is after nearly 18 months, and two rhinoplasties. The first was by Dr. Mobley. I had finally decided to have a septoplasty performed to help with breathing issues since breaking my nose years earlier. I figured a little aesthetic enhancement would be nice at the same time. My nose wasn't bad to being with. I just hoped for some slight thinning around the middle nose, behind the bridge. What I ended up with was a shortened, over-scooped nose with a bulbous tip. I hated it from the beginning, but was always assured by Dr. Mobley that he was confident that I'd like the final result. After months of expressing the same discontent I was told that cortisol injections could do a lot, and he furthered assured me that I would be happy with the outcome. After a series of several injections I decided to get a consultation from another surgeon. 14 months after my first procedure I underwent a revision where a rib graft had to be removed to rebuild what was taken from my nose the first time. This revision was a very evasive surgery that took 10 hours, and was very expensive. I'm still not thrilled by my result, but am only 3 months post op, and hope the appearance will continue to improve with time. I understand that rhinoplasties are difficult procedures, but I trusted that if what I was hoping for was unreasonable, or not possible I'd be told such, not suffer the consequences of now hating to have my picture taken, and wishing for my old nose back.

I had a consultation where Dr. Mobley took the time HIMSELF to see me for Blepharoplasty surgery. A year later and many calls with questions and concerns, I finally got my nerve up to go through with the procedure. Dr. Mobley and his staff were wonderful. I brought my daughter into his office to correct an issue that was a result of another surgeon. Dr. Mobley made us feel at ease. He was patient, answered our questions and explained what he was doing during the procedure which kept anxiety low. His friendly demeanor and his caring staff made my daughter and I feel at ease. His office is welcoming with beautiful art, a coffee bar and as my daughter remembers - peppermint patties too. I would highly recommend Dr. Mobley.

Dr. Mobley did a fantastic job of fixing my nose after 40 years of sports injuries. I had some cosmetic work done too--he fixed my nose's tip that was drooping down like the Wicked Witch of the West. I can now breathe out of both sides, I snore less, and people think I look younger. I just tell them that I lost weight. The only problem is that I now need to update my online photos.

Over the years I have gone to him for Botox, Dysport, TCA chemical peel and most recently fractionated CO2 laser. I have always been thrilled with the results! Each time I visit his office it is a great experience. When I have had more invasive treatments, Dr. Mobley personally calls me that evening to check on how I am feeling...that is such a nice touch! His staff is friendly, warm and caring and his office has a relaxing spa-like atmosphere. There is no one else I trust with my face and when the time comes (I am in my late 40's) he will be my surgeon of choice for a facelift! Dr. Mobley is a skilled surgeon and a caring doctor! I have friends who have had facelifts with Dr. Mobley and their results are beautiful!

Very friendly and professional staff, assistants and Doctor. He didn't give me what I was so hoping for. Instead he did better and gave me just what I needed and even though I'm not finished with treatments, which he has suggested, we have chosen minimal procedures for maximum appearance at a much lower cost. Have you ever had a doctor tell you "No." as far as taking your $$??? Most would happily do so even if it meant overfill and un natural results. Not Dr. Mobley. Plus he was able to take photo's to show before and after and where I needed what....I must have been there just over 2 hrs. for the photo's, consultation and injections. Most of it was him taking time to explain all my options and what I wanted vs. what he felt I needed for better results. Best prices I have found in SLC UT area for fillers since moving here 5 1/2 yrs. ago, comparable to spa I found in Houston who was similar in pricing however I think he even has them beat! Absolutely never going anywhere else, in just 1 visit I totally trust him and have all positive remarks...it was awesome!!!

I recently had some work done by Dr Mobley. He was very professional during the initial consult and we were treated like gold. Erika the assistant was very attentive and answered all of my MANY questions without complaint. I have been to four other plastic surgeons and was not treated as well at any of them. I decided to go ahead with the procedure and they were willing to work with me on what I wanted done. On surgery day I was very nervous. The nurse was so sweet. The anesthesiologist was so reassuring and thorough. I was so impressed by them and their facility is spotless. The surgery went great. I had concerns after the surgery and I was able to text them for answers. They never complained. I look amazing and it hasnt even been very long. I went in for my followup and I have a tendancy to pass out when I am stressed and the surgical assistant handled it calmly and with professionalism. I have been nothing but impressed by this doctor and all of his employees. I highly reccomend them if you are considering a procedure.

It’s hard to find a medical professional that one can call “down to earth”, but Dr. Mobley is both professional and human. At the same time. A rare combination indeed. After several procedures over the course of over a year, I can say that he legitimately cares about me as a client and takes pride in doing phenomenal work. When I originally went to Dr. Mobley, my nose was a disaster from a dermatologist that ruined it. I didn’t think there was much hope, but thanks to Dr. Mobley I’m well on the way to a nose that I’m not ashamed to be seen in public with. Highly recommend Dr. Mobley as a person and as a professional. A class act of decency and professional work.

First of all..I never write reviews but cosmetic surgery is expensive and often a little scary so I wanted to post my thoughts. The staff is great but unfortunately my experience and my results did not turn out as expected. I had neck liposuction, a chin implant and a platysmaplasty procedure to correct a weak jawline and double chin / profile. After the surgery I expressed my concerns with the results and dr. Mobley brushed it off because he was personally satisfied with the results even though I was not. He's very condescending and rude and I left our conversations feeling like he didn't listen to my concerns. It was trivial in his world. The customer is not always right in this case. I will never go back to his practice and I regret not getting a second consult from another surgeon before selecting his office. Lesson learned.

My consultation with Dr. Mobley was a first-time experience for me and I was unsure what to expect. So, I went to two more "free" consultations with 2 other well-known plastic surgeons in the area. Since then, I can feel confident that Dr. Mobley is the one for me. His confidence to reconstruct my lip and nostril was exactly in line with what I wanted done. The pricing was $3k-$4k lower than the quotes from Dr. Ward and Dr. Henstrom. Also, the healing time was suggested to be much shorter. I will post my final results post-surgery.

I have waited about two months after my surgery performed by Dr. Mobley to write this review to determine how the final results of my procedure would be after healing. The results are outstanding and far exceeded my expectations. I had a basal cell carcinoma surgically removed from my scalp by another local surgeon. As this review is for Dr. Mobely and his staff it would be inappropriate to discuss the details of that surgery here, it can be found elsewhere on the web. I will just say that it was not done to my expectations and I would have been left with what would have been a very large permanent disfiguring scar over two inches in diameter had it not been for the outstanding skill and expertise of Dr. Mobely. A scalp flap reconstructive surgery was required to close this area, and this is a fairly major surgery involving surgically detaching a large area of the scalp, moving it to close the wound and re-attaching it. I saw two other surgeons prior to finding Dr. Mobely and neither seemed confident that in their ability to perform this surgery with a good outcome, nor was I confident in their ability to perform this surgery well. I had the good fortune to be referred to Dr. Mobely, and he took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and what the expected outcome would be. I was confident in his skill and abilities from the outset and he did not disappoint me. Through a combination of the flap surgery and a relatively small skin graft he reduced the area to what is now a less than a half inch bare area from what would have been a very large bald spot that would not have been covered by existing hair. It has healed completely and smoothly with no visible scarring, and in time the growth of existing hair on my scalp will cover it completely. Dr. Mobely's staff and assistants were kind, courteous and attentive to my needs throughout, and I am very pleased with the outcome, and grateful to Dr. Mobely for his thoughtfulness, courtesy and professionalism, and of course great skill and expertise in performing the procedure. We flew to Salt Lake from California to have Dr. mobley perform an otoplasty on our our daughter because after research, we believed he was the best. Boy was that a good decision! 1. He is excellent with children 2. He is great at explaining the procedure 3. He is friendly and very approachable 4. He is a perfectionist, which is what you want in a surgeon! 5. Here's a great listener and make himself very available for follow-up questions or problems 6. The facilities were immaculate and modern. 7. He is a very skilled surgeon. An artist. Seven days after the surgery, my daughter had an accident at which resulted in a concussion which busted open several stitches on one of the ears. Even though this was our fault, he worked with us to find local doctors to help immediately (we were in California then) and ultimately helped fix the problem in his office when we visited a few months later. I was blown away at the customer service and how he bent over backwards to help us. He talked to local doctors on the phone for us and everything. I could not recommend this doctor more. Every time I look at her ears, I feel gratitude to Dr. Mobley and his staff! We liked him so much that two years later we had him do another otoplasty on another daughter and again were thrilled with every step in the process.

I went to Dr. Mobley for a Rhinoplasty and Septoplasty exactly a year ago today. I could not be more pleased with the results I got as well as the amazing staff that helped me every step of the way from the consultation right to my follow ups. You can tell that Dr. Mobley really cares about his patients and is very attentive to them with every appointment to make sure you are getting exactly what you're looking for. He is straight forward with the entire process, explains everything in detail, and answers any questions you have. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't have done it any other way. It was 100% worth it in order to have a lifetime of a perfect nose. Huge thank you to Dr. Mobley and his wonderful team!

I'm envious of those who've had outstanding experiences and outcomes, because mine is anything but that. I had my first of two surgeries ten years ago and I'd hoped that he'd be able to easily fix issues associated with a sports injury to my nose. I healed well with no immediate complications, but as time went on I had even more issues, chronic sinus infections, nose bleeds, and I developed asthma due to post nasal drip causing inflammation in my respiratory tract. So I went in for a consultation and I was told that I'd need more surgery to further address my deviated septum - an issued I'd not had prior to surgery. So in I went again. Surgery went well, and while in the recovery room, Dr. Mobley came in and said to both me and my sister, "Well, whoever did that last surgery made a mess of things." My sister informed him that it was him who did the first surgery and he denied it. My asthma and breathing issues have worsened over the years, the look of my reconstructed nose is horrible, and I regret ever stepping foot into his office.

Writing an annonymous review. please do NOT choose Mobley. They were nice in the consult, and totally dismissive after the operation when I needed help. I had swelling for a YEAR (NOT 2-4 weeks, like they say), and my nose was so bad that my girlfriends called it the 'chicken wing' just look up the emoji on your phone, that's what it looked like. Now years later there are more problems than swelling like -scarring on my nose where the incision was -can't breath -'post nasal drip'which is basically where no matter how healthy you are your nose constantly drips its disgusting the worst part is that i just wanted the tip of my nose smaller and he didnt even operate on that, he just scooped a big chunk out of the bridge/bone of my nose and now it looks like a pig nose. stay FAR away from these people. However bad your nose is right now, Mobley and co are sure to make it worse

I had always felt self-conscious about the appearance of my nose and my profile but I wasn't sure if I wanted a rhinoplasty until I went into Dr. Mobley's office. I felt comfortable talking to him and his associates about all of my concerns. They answered all of my questions and the best part was, I got to preview "the finished product" (my would-be, new nose) with the morphing technology in the office! I got to practically customize my new nose myself and I chose which prototype I felt fit my face the best. I felt confident going into the surgery because I knew that Dr. Mobley is experienced and that he would do a good job. I don't regret getting a nose job because Dr. Mobley did fantastic work! The healing process wasn't anywhere near as bad as I initially thought it would be; I hardly bruised at all because Dr. Mobley took the time and care necessary to prevent that from happening to the best of his ability. I was on my feet and back to work within week! Thank you, Dr. Mobley and all the other wonderful people that helped along the way! I'm very happy I chose Dr. Mobley and would recommend him to anyone!

When my 20 year old daughter told me she wanted to have a chin augmentation procedure, from a mom's perspective I was quite nervous about her decision. I brought in a very specific picture I had taken of the “ perfect nose.” He had me send him that picture as well as one of my own nose that I had altered on my phone to look the way I wanted. He talked with me in our first consult and made sure that Iwas satisfied with what the final product would look like. I felt like he really listened to me and what I wanted, while also helping me understand the reality of what actually could be done during surgery. I cannot even explain how happy I am with my nose. Dr.Mobely and his team are so amazing! I did my research on tons of plastic surgeons from all over the state to out of state. He is one of the best in Utah and even in many states! His prices are fair compared to others and when doing the consultation and taking pictures I look so close to the pre op images! I was so nervous of the outcome and this was going to be my first surgery. The day of surgery Staff, anesthesiologist and Dr.Mobely were amazing! super nice and comforting. Dr. Mobley is amazing! I was honestly terrified to get surgery, but it was completely worth it. I highly recommend him. He was always very kind, professional, and very skilled. Recovery was so much better and easier than I imagined. I hardly even bruised, just a bit of yellowing and swelling. Everyone thought maybe I never even got the surgery! Prior to surgery, I broke my nose 3 times. It was very difficult to breathe through my nose, especially on one side due to my severely deviated septum. I could noticeably breathe so much better within the first week after surgery! I don’t know the technical terms for everything he did, but did about 9 different things to my nose. Each of them were seemingly small changes that make a huge difference overall. I always hated how large my nose felt, and I felt very self conscious of the hump that I developed after breaking it so many times. So not only can I breathe better, but my self confidence is so much better now that I’m not constantly thinking about my “big” nose! Anyone who feels self conscious about their nose could truly understand this. I feel like my nose is now an asset to my appearance, rather than a hinderance. I also feel shocked that he was able to make my nose look even better than the photoshopped “desired result”. I truly feel so happy with my results, even just 4 months after surgery, and can’t say enough great things about Dr. Mobley and the whole process! He changed my life :)
