I went here for the FemTouch procedure and the results are incredible! I noticed results after the first treatment, and they continued getting better until I completed the recommended series. The treatment itself is not painful, but the recovery was slightly uncomfortable for a few days. Dr Crofts team was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They put my concerns at ease and genuinely cared about my comfort. I'm so glad I finally discovered that there is a solution for my concerns! For many years after giving birth to my child, I experienced the 'typical' symptoms. I was told that my symptoms could only be fixed with surgery, but that mine were not severe enough. Finally, there's a treatment!!!! As a woman, this is the best solution to truly making me feel great!

Honestly I have mixed feelings. Dr. Crofts is an excellent surgeon and is very good at what he does. I have two complaints. I did not like the Hospital I stayed at for post surgical care. I was not properly looked after by the nursing staff directly following my surgery. My 2nd complaint is that I felt a little lost in the shuffle with Dr. Crofts office staff. I felt like they are just super busy and attention to detail and follow up can be forgotten. With all that said, I am happy with my results from Dr. Crofts. He did a beautiful job. My suggestion would be to look into the hospital and its ratings/reviews where you will have post surgery care.

FemTouch Laser: I received the FemTouch laser treatment and was very excited about the results! I saw improvement in muscle tone and density almost immediately. I also saw improvements with other issues I was having as a result of childbirth. The procedure was fast and comfortable, minimally invasive and such a wonderful alternative to surgery! The office staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would definitely recommend this office and this laser treatment.

From the first day I met with Dr. Crofts & his staff through the entire process of an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with diastasis repair---I have ZERO complaints or issues with this team. I never felt that ANY of my questions were "dumb" or redundant to them even though I'm sure they have heard it all many times before. That individualized care and attention meant the world to me. When arranging my surgery, work leave, and other miscellaneous questions, the Practice Manager- Deena, was ALWAYS in contact with answers or support in less than 24hours- many times within the next hour or two. The experience of Dr. Crofts was easily verifiable from online reviews and photo albums in his office of PS cases. Dr. Crofts is so genuinely likeable and his bedside manner is completely professional but with the warmth that many physicians lack these days. His nurses, Amy & Andrea, helped me to feel completely at ease around them and are invaluable assets to the team. I will be using this group for any and all future cosmetic procedures, no matter how minor or major.

2 months post I am a 42-year-old female mother of three. I had a Tummy tuck, Lipo, and a breast augmentation revision with a lift. I am so happy with the results I have been wanting to have these procedures done for years. I finally got enough courage to go into Dr. Crofts office for a consultation. From the second I walked in the door I felt like I was in the right place and he was the doctor to help me. Dr. Croft's office is a very welcoming and comfortable environment. The consultation could be quite embarrassing but quite the opposite when you're dealing with Dr. Crofts and his wonderful staff, They have the ability to make you completely comfortable in an uncomfortable situation which I was very thankful for .They had a cancellation and fit me in for my surgery five days later. From start to finish it has been a great experience any questions along the way or concerns I've had have been answered very promptly and professionally. Dr. Crofts and his staff take their time with you making sure that you're healing process is going perfectly. I am now just over seven weeks post op and have had a wonderful experience start to finish. I would recommend Dr. Croft's office to anyone. Their kindness and attentiveness goes above and beyond. I recently finished my 3rd treatment of the Femtouch procedure at Aesthetica. I have been SO happy with my results. Prior to the treatment I was struggling with vaginal dryness, lack of sensitivity and urinary incontinence. I could tell a difference even after the first treatment. After about a week I felt like the dryness had already improved. I noticed I was a lot more sensitive and also noticed that I was not dribbling urine AT ALL. I was expecting just improvement of the urinary incontinence but have not had any issues since doing the treatment. I used to wear a pad every day just to help but don't have to do that anymore!! They said I could have intercourse after 3 days but I did feel like 4-5 days was better for me. I had zero pain. It just felt like a mild vibration. The external did not hurt either since I had numbing cream. I just feel so happy and highly recommend this treatment at Aesthetica. Rachiele the nurse was so professional and made me feel so comfortable in an awkward situation. She took time to explain everything and told me what to expect.

Hands down one of the best decisions I've ever made was deciding to get my pre-baby body back, and having it done by Dr Crofts. Dr Crofts staff was incredibly friendly and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. This was my very first surgery ever (breast augmentation), other than the birth of my 2 kids, so I was pretty nervous about the anesthesia and recovery aspect of the surgery. But those concerns were totally unwarranted - I dont remember anything about the surgery (lol) and recovery was INCREDIBLY easier than I expected (based on what you see in movies, lol!). I finally have my pre-baby "ladies" back and I feel confident in my own skin again. For anyone that is debating on going to Dr. Crofts, know that both he and his staff genuinely cares about each and every patient. You will not regret your decision!

Let me start by saying that I did A LOT of research and went to many consultations with other plastic surgeons BEFORE choosing Dr. Crofts as mine. He is extremely knowledgeable and confident in his abilities to help you achieve the body that you are hoping for, and rightly so. Since losing 150 lbs in 2009, I have now had 2 extensive surgeries with Dr. Crofts (a full tummy tuck in 2009 and most recently a bra line lift, reverse tummy tuck and breast augmentation) and I am extremely happy with my results. They are better than I imagined and I am still healing! I cannot wait to see how I look in a month! Dr. Crofts has given me back my confidence! I am a 41-year-old female professional and mother of four. I had a Tummy tuck, and Liposuction with Dr. Kimball Crofts at Aesthetica. I am loving my new body. I have been wanting to have these procedures done for years. I have always exercised and eaten healthy, and never was able to improve my problem areas of sagging skin or large upper thighs. I finally decided it was my time and I scheduled a consult. The nurse I saw first was hands down amazing. I came to Dr. Croft with a bottoming out issue. I did a lot of research and he was the only Dr who even mentioned bottoming out on his website. Dr. Croft went over all my options and discussed what he thought was the best way to proceed with my issue. It was a long journey but I am thrilled with the results. If you have a bottoming out issue I highly recommend coming to see him. The only con is there is always a long wait at the office so just plan for that for all of your pre op and post op appts but trust me when I say he is totally worth it so I never had a problem with it.

I am so pleased with the skin extraction and lipo by Dr. Crofts on my knees. I am older, and one doctor close to where I live wouldn’t even look at me after seeing a picture of my knees and learning my age. My knees were big. It was hard fitting into slacks, and they would touch and rub when walking. I had had two other lipos on them years ago (by different doctors), which made them worse. Dr. Crofts corrected the wrong done and has helped me have normal knees. He did so with complete confidence and accuracy. He showed compassion and treated me with care. I'm actually quite surprised because I've heard from family members that breast augmentation surgery is super painful. I had a hard time the first day but only because I was dehydrated so I got a migraine right out of surgery but now I'm 4 days out of surgery, totally off pain meds and going about my day as usual (no exercising yet, of course). I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and will continue to use the Aesthetica med spa!

Don't try and do business with this company. I scheduled an appointment months in advance and then as it drew closer to the date of the appointment (that I had taken time off for and planned on; as had my husband as he intended to accompany me), the office started to harass me with texts and phone calls (while I was at work and unable to respond as my company doesn't allow personal calls) and the day before my appointment? They cancelled it. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful; quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I wonder if Dr. Crofts is at all aware of how badly his front desk is run. They told me not to come in and that they didn't want to do business with me when I called and complained about their actions. There are so many other surgeons to choose from in the area; you don't need to be doing business with one who will arbitrarily cancel your appointments.

I met with two different plastic surgeons in Northern Utah before visiting with Dr. Crofts. A friend of mine referred me to him and as soon as I met with him and his great nurses I knew this was where I wanted to have my mommy makeover done. Dr. Crofts gave me guidance that I was really looking for in deciding what implant size would look best on my body. I have had five children and my breasts were deflated and pendulous. The other two doctors gave me zero help in trying to decide what breast size would look best on my body. I am 5'10" with a fairly athletic build. I have never been busty and felt nervous making such a change to my body. Dr, Kimball Crofts came in and without hesitation told me where the human eye looks when it sees a body and what is considers to be beautiful. He also had me stand to the side and explained to me how the projection of the chest should match the projection of my buttocks. If the buttocks projects out further than the chest projects out on the front, things seem off to the human eye and out of balance. The vice versa is also true. If your chest is projecting out far and you have a flat bottom that does not seem attractive to the human eye either. I was so grateful to have his help in deciding what looked best on my frame. The other doctors almost refused to give me any guidance saying that it was completely my choice and that they would do whatever I wanted. The thing was, I did not know what would look right. I did not want to look hugely augmented, but I did want to have the right amount of curve to my body. I really appreciated his honesty and help in choosing the right breast implant for my body!! Like I mentioned above, I had a mommy makeover done with Dr. Crofts. My abdominoplasty looks so great right now, and I am only three weeks out from surgery. My stomach is flat as can be and the scaring at this point looks amazing! I not only had a breast augmentation performed, I also had a breast reduction and lift performed at the same time. Like I said before, I have never been a really busty girl, but Dr. Crofts thought I would need some tissue removed from the base of my breast to make the breast and nipple placement look best after the lift. Neither of the other doctors I met with considered doing this. I really felt like a number in their offices and not like a patient they wanted to help look great. They were only going to do what I asked for and no more. Well, My breasts look great and the scaring I was so nervous about that comes with a lift are almost invisible. That was another reason that I really liked Dr. Crofts. In his gallery I could see the scars on the patients with breast lifts looked very minimal, and that is my result as well. The nurses have always been available and helpful if I ever had any questions after surgery and the service at Dr. Crofts office has been second to none. They were even so kind as to give me multiple gift cards to their spa for a massage on the areas I had liposuctioned (which look amazing by the way) and for a microdermabrasion, and for six laser hair removal treatments of my upper bikini area. Just another example of them helping to make sure that I am going to be very happy with the end results of the procedures I had performed by Dr. Crofts. These guys are awesome, you will not be disappointed!!

There were various reasons why I chose Dr. Crofts to do my breast augmentation. I did 2 other consults before meeting with Dr.Crofts & I knew he was the right surgeon for me as soon as I met him & his amazing staff! I have a petite narrow torso with an asymmetrical chest wall, so I was very concerned with how my end results would turn out. When I met with Dr.Crofts I immediately felt that he was really listening to what I was wanting from this surgery & my concerns going into it.
