After a 2-year post surgery, my significant was unhappy with her breast augmentation results. We found Dr. Fairbanks Sr. after doing a long amount of research and what she felt was wasted money on her first results. Dr. Fairbanks Sr. was very professional with his approach of helping her understand what he could do in reaching her desired result. He took hit time to make us feel comfortable, he was well educated in explaining his techniques in reaching a symmetrical look and nipple alignment. He is a true artist in his work from the art he explained to his work in cosmetic surgery. I would recommend the Fairbanks practice to anyone seeking Breast Argumentation.

I had a lipoma removed from my forehead and Dr. Fairbanks was great. I was a little nervous because it was my first surgery, but it was completely painless and they walked me through it before so I knew exactly what to expect. The surgery was super easy and the staff was very helpful!

Dr. Fairbanks is very knowledgeable and brilliant in what he does. Recently had breast implants taken out and had a lift three weeks ago. Scars are barely noticeable and he did an amazing job. He is also redoing my nose that I've previously over 24 years have had three plastic surgery nightmares. I'm interested in the one bad review four years ago with rhinoplasty, the pictures to show the claim of mess up. Knowing Dr. Fairbanks, it's hard to understand how he would mess up. After having three previous surgeries, I know it took a good year for everything to heal and stop swelling. I highly recommend Dr. Fairbanks.

I saw Dr. Fairbanks for facial rejuvenation after I lost 30+ lbs. I didn't have many wrinkles, but my face looked haggard with loose skin. The results were so natural that most people thought I had only gotten some rest! The recovery was very quick as well. No one really knew it was a surgical improvement unless I told them. My scars healed within weeks, and are not visible---even with careful inspection. Best thing I've done! My husband was so impressed, he had Dr. Fairbanks do a blepharoplasty--something he had considered for some time, but was too afraid to have done. His results were also very natural. Dr. Fairbanks' skill as a sculptor is clearly an asset. The results we both have are so natural, neither of us looks "done", or "worked on". Definitely recommend!

I regretably recieved a rhinoplasty operation from Dr. Fairbanks senior. I came to due to the reccomendation of some other local doctors. Before the surgery he met with me several times to go over what I wanted accomplished with the surgery. He agreed to make the projection of the nose closer to my face and to raise the tip of my nose slightly. I mistook his arrogance for confidence. After the recovery process I met with him to go over the results. The nose had not been made smaller and the tip still had a downward angle. Despite the obvious lack of change in the before and after photos he claimed he had "reached the goals of the surgery". I was so dissapointed that he refused to aknowledge his failure at the surgery. After much debate he frustratedly handed me a letter with some doctors that he thought could acheive my goals. I told him that this should have happened before the surgery not after. I am now left to seek out a revision rhinoplasty from a different doctor. Doctor Fairbainks charged me an exorbitant amount of money and then sent me on my way in a worse postition than when I started. He told me he would adjust the tip slightly for another 1,500 dollars. Which he said he was supposed to have fixed in the original surgery. I am very dissapointed in this doctor and would not reccomend him to anyone. I share this experience in hopes that no one else gets taken advantage of by doctor Fairbanks senior like I did.

I went to Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks for a face lift. I am so pleased with the results! The care that I received from start to finish has been excellent and Dr. Fairbanks and his staff are true professionals. I highly recommend Dr. Fairbanks for facelifts.

I went to this office starting in November for Cool Sculpting. On my first service I did not have a good "suck" or "grasp" by the applicator. I asked my technician about it and she said it was fine so I didn't think anything else about it. I saw no results after the first session so I had a second one done. They told me I was a great candidate for cool sculpting so I figured I better try again. Again no results, on my 3rd visit I finally meet Doctor Fairbanks, where he proceeded to tell me that I would be a best candidate for a tummy tuck. This was very frustrating to me. I wish he would meet with his clients the first time instead of having them waste money on procedures that wont work. He also talked about how its important that the applicator get a good connection of sucking in the fat, which is what did not happen at all the first time. I also didn't like that when I asked his technician if the procedure really works, they show me pictures of past clients who have amazing results after just one time making you believe that if someone can have that kind of result just after one time imagine what I can have after 2 procedures. Over all extremely disappointed in the dishonesty in the staff and the doctor. Hope this helps someone.

Exceptional experience. Dr. Fairbanks (senior) is a thorough and meticulous surgeon. My procedure was to have a previous doctor's disservice corrected. I am more than pleased with the results - currently close to 6 weeks post-op. Easy recovery, minimal scars, just beautiful work! As well as attentive and caring surgical staff. Highly recommend.

I spent more than 40 years with very small nasal openings due to damage to my septum in a fall down stairs. After deciding to have surgery to improve my breathing, I found information on Dr. Fairbank's successes in nasal reconstruction and met with him to schedule the surgery. I asked about having a face lift while under anesthesia for the nose surgery. He wisely counseled me that he does not do multiple procedures due to the increased risk to the patient. The nasal surgery was very successful, with no pain or complications so after several months I scheduled the face lift. This procedure was also very successful. The results are so natural people have asked if I lost weight rather than guess I had plastic surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Fairbanks for these procedures.

I had a privilege to get a few surgeries by Dr.Fairbanks. I was born with a cleft palate and a cleft lip. I was born in Ukraine right before the Soviet Union broke up and during those uncertain times I didn't get proper operations to close up my cleft lip and palate and didn't have the best looks and issues inside my mouth. At the first time I met Dr. Fairbanks he drew a profile picture of me and then drew another picture of what I should and will look like. After a few procedures I look exactly according to his vision.
