I was extremely satisfied with the experience I had with both Dr. Fairbanks and his staff. I truly got the A -team. Dr. Fairbanks is courteous, respectful, kind and caring. He and his fantastic staff were always respectful to my wife and that put me at ease. I need to give Michelle a shout out. She genuinely has interest, care and concern for the patients. She is fabulous. Dr. Fairbanks is awesome and wonderful, you will not find a more skilled doctor. He is the very best.

Had great pre-consultation communication with one Dr. but when I called to have an appt with him, was mistakenly scheduled with another. Should take extra care when docs have the same name. An expensive $100 mistake for me--just wish I had just gone elsewhere.

I never thought that I would consider plastic surgery. I thought I would grow older gracefully and be ready to accept the changes in my face that life presented. But I gradually got tired of feeling 35 and looking 75 (I am 64) years old and started looking into doctors and options. When I found Grant R. Fairbanks, I hit the jackpot. This is what makes Dr. Fairbanks different from all others: 1. He spent 2 hours with me at my first consultation. He drew my face by hand because he is a true artist and explained the anatomy of the type of facelift he performs (deep-plane facelift). 2. He is one of only a handful of doctors in the world that performs this type of facelift. 3. He spent another 2 hours in consultation with my husband and me. He was very concerned that I have someone at home that was on board with me for this procedure. 4. He performs his surgery's in his facility with a full operatory theatre and recovery rooms. 5. ***He stayed overnight in his office with me after surgery. *** 6. After surgery, he told me I was beautiful even though I didn't feel very beautiful at that moment. I believe he had told me that again on at least 3 or 4 subsequent visits. 7. He is a perfectionist. He saw me every 3-4 days for 6 weeks when a small spot behind my ear refused to heal. 8. He took my medical history by hand and asked many questions about my family history. He gave me a thorough physical prior to surgery. He is not interested in quantity, only quality. He really cares about your health. 9. He recited poems and told jokes while he took out my stitches. 10. My parotid gland had been removed from one side 3 years earlier and he spent a lot of time reconstructing my neck to make it symmetrical (I hadn't noticed it wasn't). 11. Not one nerve in my face was weak following surgery. This is huge! 12. 1 1/2 weeks after surgery, no one could tell that I had a facelift. They knew something was different but thought I had lost weight. Funny! 13. His staff is terrific. Someone stayed overnight with me after surgery in the recliner next to my bed. His staff is kind, efficient and remember you at each visit. 14. I know there is more but I am sure this should be enough for you to also call Dr. Grant R. Fairbanks when it is your turn to feel beautiful again.

I had a privilege to get a few surgeries by Dr.Fairbanks. I was born with a cleft palate and a cleft lip. I was born in Ukraine right before the Soviet Union broke up and during those uncertain times I didn't get proper operations to close up my cleft lip and palate and didn't have the best looks and issues inside my mouth. At the first time I met Dr. Fairbanks he drew a profile picture of me and then drew another picture of what I should and will look like. After a few procedures I look exactly according to his vision. I am very satisfied with the result and now finally, after many years, I have a normal appearance! Dr. Fairbanks is 100% the best doctor there is!
