I can’t say enough about this office. Dr.Ashby is so nice and personable as are all of his staff. From consultation to surgery, they are great. They are very patient-minded. They constantly asked me if I was I comfortable and If I needed anything. They gave me heated blankets when I needed them ... played one of my favorite artists, just went above and beyond for me. I felt like they were all my friends. Great atmosphere, as waiting room and offices are all updated.

I had my breast augmentation done by him I researched several doctors nearby and although they looked great too I had seen more work from friends done by Ashby . I went to the consult and was scared because they said I might need an external and internal lift and I really didn’t want those scars... I told him how I felt and said if anyway you can make them look good without cutting me like a lollipop let’s do it . I woke up from surgery and he surprised me by saying I didn’t need that external lift and everything went perfect . I’m so in love with how everything came out he and his staff were amazing !!! They really listened and made my dream breasts happen!

I was very impressed with Dr. Ashby and his staff from the very first visit. They took a lot of time with me and I felt like they were interested in what I was looking for and the results I wanted. The augmentation surgery went extremely well and I was very surprised that I had very little, if any, pain. I took the pain pillls for the first day, just so I could spend it sleeping, but didn’t need to take any more after that. Dr. Ashby did my tummy tuck 2 months ago and I am so happy with my results. He took his time during surgery (went 2 hours over the time he predicted), but he stayed and made sure I was perfect before closing me up. I’ve had surgery at other places before and I’ve never encountered a doctor that took their time during consultations and surgery. After surgery, I had concerns about swelling. He never brushed me off and he allowed my husband to bring me in 3 times during the week after my surgery just to make sure that nothing abnormal was happening. At each visit, he dressed my incisions and sent me home with a ton of extra dressing. I’m two months post op and already walking around the house in broad day light in my underwear feeling confident and wishing I would have paid the good doc a visit years ago. Thank you Ashby! You have a life long customer.

Dr. Ashby is the best plastic surgeon by far! He is very thorough and makes sure your entire process is perfect! The girls there are so sweet and friendly. Everything is catered to the patient and they make you feel so good. They even go as far as making sure you have the best bra that fits your needs and you can go in any time to have them fitted and they take time to do it! Im pretty disappointed after being a long time patient. I had my nose rasped twice , i think 3 injections to (break apart scar tissue). Mind you my tiny bump was very minor so since he did not shave it enough it was noticeable. after complaining numerous times i was told if the injections did not work they would rasp it again. Well at my last appointment i brought it up yet again and was told " the bone grew back " and he would get a quote with a price rasp it again. U also brought up complaints on my boobs . Seemed like ashby was annoyed and in a hurry to get out of the room. I also dislike my lipo because one side is still uneven and i was told my hips are uneven. Ill be getting a second opinion on both. Ive sent numerous friends and family to him and one even got her boobs redone shortly after . I feel like after ive spent 15000 at your office you need to make it right. Why should i pay for a third surgery because it was not done right the first time ? Seems like I've had to keep going in to fix things. Update ... Ashby did call me personally and offered to fix my nose for the third time free of charge . It finally was done the right way . Now I have an issue with getting my operative records . I’ve asked them for almost two months now , and nothing ! I had a lawsuit going on and they did not send over the full report . I’ve called numerous times and I just went in and was told he had to sign off on it but he has a full schedule. Two months ???? This is such a joke and I feel like there’s some shady stuff going on . So I informed them that I’ll be calling daily and be that pain in the ass ex patient ! I need these because now after 4 years I’m explanting . I’d like to see what was done during my surgery so my new surgeon knows what mess he is getting into .

Dr. Ashby is amazing at what he does and his staff are so great. I am very pleased with my tummy tuck and breast lift/augmentation. That being said the three stars are due the one hour to two hour wait times every time I go in and his lack of bedside manner. I feel like I am a bother everytime I go in and he didn't take care of an infection properly. I was told to just continue to put ointment on it and then after it healed he told me that it could have been fixed with a simple injection as I now have a scar but that was never told to me before.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Ashby's office! I had Micro Needling done by Lindsey and she was great. If you have anything done with the med spa treatments, I would recommend Lindsey doing it! She explained the process before we started and through the procedure she was checking in with my pain level and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I really enjoyed going to this office and felt it was a very clean environment!
