I truly recommend him if you want a nice & natural result plus my scaring is literally almost non-existent my scars healed so nice & flat. My recovery was so smooth didn’t feel no pain just a little nauseous which is normal. Dr Vitenas & his staff made me comfortable & gave me tons of information before & after surgery. The nurses call you a day after surgery to make sure you’re okay. The only thing I wish I would have done is go bigger! But I am so happy with my surgery & results I just recommend trying on a lot different sizes of implants first & he will also tell you what size is best for you since everyone is different!

Dr Vitenas, I went to Dr Vitenas based on recommendation of my friend and I am extremely happy I went there. First of all Dr. Vitenas goes about ensuring you are relaxed and comfortable. He then startled me by asking me what my expectations were. He really listened and gave me honest feedback and professional recommendations to achieve what I wanted. He never tried to upsell me on any unnecessary work. After our consult was completed, I was given some time by myself to make a decision. Both Dr Vitenas made sure I was clear I was under no obligation to commit to any procedure. I asked for some time and was allowed to just sit by myself and think about all the options. There was no pressure for me to commit or to leave. I had two procedures the same day. My prep was professionally done and the procedure was done by Dr Vitenas with a qualified assistant present. It was quick and pain free thanks to local anesthesia. The changes were subtle but very effective and I am very happy with the results. I had no downtime. I went to the gym the next day for two hours, there was no swelling. I just did my 2wk follow up and again I saw Dr Vitenas and not an assistant. She went on about why and I was listening because she was telling about the doctor at the office. I have had the best experience with Dr. Vitenas. I was in and out of my surgery same day. I barely needed any of the painkillers he prescribed and I was okay taking only tylenol extra strength. I was able to immediately work from home a few hours after surgery. I removed bandages 4 days later as per Dr. Vitenas and my scars were completely healed. Vitenas and his staff made sure I was well taken care of the day of surgery, after surgery, and after I went home. Read this if you're considering cosmetic surgery with Dr. Vitenas - truly, one of the best! At 52-years-old, 5' 5 1/2" tall, mother of two 20 somethings, and approximately 162 pounds (give or take a few either way), along with working full time, I simply decided it was time, and I was worth it. To provide a snapshot: I am a regular exerciser and have been for most of my life (translation: run 3-4 miles about 3 times a week, lifted light weights on off days; and I have always watched what I ate - at times hard core dieting where I might lose 5 pounds over 3 months, and then other times allowing splurges here and there, but truly not excessive); but, even with a somewhat healthy lifestyle, I just could never seem to rid myself of the fat around my mid section, and it was becoming worse/more saggy the older I became. After trying on a dress for my son's upcoming wedding, that was the tipping point for me - I decided I was going to make a significant investment in myself. On May 15, 2019, (a mere 17 days or so ago) I arrived at Dr. Vitenas for a lower body lift and small breast augmentation, and as humbly and as grateful as I can be, I cannot believe how my body looks. I'm in awe that it's actually me looking back at myself in a mirror. If you're reading this post, and trying to figure out which doctor to use, I was right there in mid February. I live in Oklahoma, but my husband commutes from Houston, and I knew I would need him to help care for me the first several days, so I had no clue about doctors in Houston. As I researched on the Internet, three things caught my attention with Dr. V: 1) he referred to "it" as liposculpting, not liposuction. I liked that phrase a lot, because I wanted whomever I used as a doctor to look at my body like a piece of art; 2) he emphasized a natural look; and 3) both he and his facility are board certified (that was extremely important to me). Then, the customer service experience was incredible - his patient coordinator, Esther, was my first stop, and she was amazing. Truly feel like I made a friend there. She set up a Skype call with Dr. Vitenas first, and then, I felt like I needed a face-to-face consultation solely because I was anxious. So I flew to Houston, met him face to face; he took time with me, and quite simply, I just felt comfortable. Plus, he didn't push anything on me; he listened to what I wanted. Then, I became nervous about the breast implants (because I did NOT want to be big/fake), and he had another call with me primarily to put me at ease. All of these visits were complementary prior to my procedure. Now, 17 days later, honestly, it's the best gift I could have given myself. I would advise anyone to have a caregiver pretty close at hand for six days or so after the procedure. I never had a point where the pain was so much that I was crying or asking why did I do this; the meds do make it bearable. Also, consider renting a lift chair - that helped a lot as well. Don't get me wrong you are hurting, but, like I said, it's bearable. I think it was on Day 8, I slowly, very slowly, walked a mile - sharing only for perspective. I did have an allergic reaction to the tape adhesive, and on the Friday night of a holiday weekend, I called the emergency number. Nurse Gina, who was/is phenomenal, called me right back, and called in a prescription and by midnight, I had relief from the itching. For anyone considering this type of surgery, I urge you to consult with Dr. Vitenas. His years of experience coupled with his truly talented and remarkable skill (and passion) for what he does do make him one of the absolute best! And along with that - EVERY member of his staff I interacted with were beyond superb. And lastly, to you - I would say: "YOU ARE WORTH IT!"

I cannot review the doctor bc I never made it to surgery. His staff did not carefully review my medical history and the day before surgery at 2pm asked me for thyroid bloodwork after telling me previously that they would do any bloodwork necessary the morning of surgery. The nurse told me she went to all three anesthesiologists but all of them wanted recent thyroid function numbers and she was so, so, so sorry! It was all about my safety. Blah Blah Blah. They were booked for the rest of the month and it was not going to be possible to reschedule me until March. Therefore, as my surgery was 25K I asked to be refunded everything except my deposit and I would repay them 2 weeks out. Who wants someone else keeping 25K for 3 months???? This really showed their true colors as they then stopped profusely apologizing and started claiming it was my fault and about medications not bloodwork!!! Unfortunately, this office is full of liars and frauds. When they started attacking and accusing me of wrongdoing simply to keep my money I realized that I could never have the procedure with them. In addition, during my dispute with our CC company they LIED and said I planned to have the surgery at a later date knowing full well that I had already clearly stated I no longer felt comfortable going under the knife there. Who would want to do a 5 hour procedure under anesthesia and then multiple post ops with people who are liars and accusing me of wrong doing simply to hold onto my money???Definitely not me. I also incurred 2 thousand dollars of wasted costs on childcare I reserved and a medical lifting chair that was recommended. They continue to lie to my CC company so 3 months later we are still in dispute and I have may to take them to court over this. Absolute absurdity!!!! If you care if your surgeons office has any integrity I would stay far away from this one. All I can say is to be this concerned about holding onto money they did not earn they must not be doing as well as all his reviews and fancy facility makes it appear. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I was in a hurry to have breast done before my vacation and the staff worked me in and 6 weeks later I was zip-lining with no problems. He comes in and seems to be in a hurry, but he is not he just knows what he is doing and you just have to talk or ask questions. He will explain anything to you. I had my first surgery in 2017, developed grade 3 capsular contracture and had to have a second surgery earlier this year. I came to dr.Vitenas to improve my slightly sugging cheeks. He advised me to inject some fillers under my eyes area first. He told me I needed two surringes of a filler ( I chose radiesse as a filler), one under each eye. Right after procedure one side of my face was swallen more than the other one . I got a lump on the left side of my face that did not go away after 2 months after injection. Because this filler is not reversable I have to wait up to a year to get my normal face back. I am very dissatisfied with my result. I paid $1250 and got my face worse looking than before procedure. This doctor might be a good surgeon but certainly he does not know technics how to inject fillers. I would not recommend to do fillers in his clinic.

I am very thankful to Dr. Vitenas and his team. Dr. Vitenas is clearly an expert in his field and tells it to you straight. My body is completely changed post pregnancy/c-section and post dramatic weight loss. I highly recommend him for any lift surgery. The incisions are shockingly fine for major surgery. I felt little to no pain at the breast lift site and felt almost immediately recovered in that area. He and his team were very specific about instructions for recovery and were constantly available all night after my surgery for questions/concerns. His facility is beautiful and accessible with good parkig and his staff is extremely friendly and compassionate and professional in often embarrassing situations like being naked in front of them with your less than impressive body. I appreciated that. Now my body has completely changed for the better and now I can be proud about my weight loss because it is actually visible on my body thanks to Dr Vitenas’ work. Hopefully I won’t need any more surgery in the future but if I did, I would absolutely use Dr Vitenas and his staff.

Before choosing Dr. Vitenas I went to three different doctors, but as soon as I met him I knew he would be the one I was going to choose. Dr. Vitenas, from the get go was very straightforward and didn’t beat around the bush. He guided me in the best direction for what would look best on my body and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. My breasts look so incredibly natural and are very proportional to me. From my very first consult to every checkup I have had, I have been blown away by the staff and Dr.Vitenas. The day of my surgery I was out and about, lifting my arms, and massaging my breast myself. I was off of my pain medications by day 3, and honestly felt fine those days. Dr. Vitenas’ method is superb and I don’t think anyone could top it. I cannot rave enough about how clean everything is also! Everyone is so sweet and professional as well. On surgery day I was freaking out and my nurse was so sweet and patient with me and just talked me through it so I felt better. My anesthesiologist was amazing, they took precautionary measures on me since I get sick from anesthesia and it worked! While waiting in the OR they gave me what felt like a million warm blankets until I was warm enough, so I was really thankful for that. Overall, I cannot and will not stop raving about Dr. Vitenas and his entire team, they’re amazing and I will forever recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Vitenas is the awesome! When you meet him it's like he just walked off a page from his magazine and his eyes were unreal , they were so blue! His work is amazing!
