Five stars for their professionalism, cleanliness, friendliness and awesomeness. Dr. Saman is more of an artist than a surgeon. Today he operated to remove a skin tag and the entire experience lasted maybe 30 mins from the moment i walked in to filling out paperwork to having the consultation to getting anesthetized, sutured, post op, etc! The visit was fun, staff were very professional, kind and caring and smiling. Chair-side nurse was very accommodating and friendly and fast. I strongly recommend their services to everyone

Phenomenal service. When I say phenomenal, I mean to every level possibly fathomable. Me being a guy with a broken nose, I was very skeptical on the entire process and whether I even wanted to do; however, I thought I should still atleast go into the office cause my nose was barely functional.... from the beginning to end of the visit I was WOW’d! Shiva was the first person who I intersected with when I came in, and she alongside the help of Chelsea eased all my worries on what the structure of the visit was going to be like once I go to the back for the checkup. Dr. Saman & Keeling took care of me from A-Z. I told them how much pain I was in, I told them I didn’t want to look different, I told them I was new to all this. I told them I had heard some scary stories about “plastic surgeons & nose jobs”.... mark my words, I have no idea what type of verbal wizardry they had said, but somehow by the time I left the room to go and schedule my appointment I had absolutely NO WORRIES.... I was just ready and excited to get this all done now! Then I went to the front and Jessica helped me with all my scheduling and insurance and pretty much held my hand through the entire logistical process. THIS WAS A MAJOR HELP. I repeat MAJOR HELP because I work full time and definitely didn’t have the time be on the phone non stop with insurance companies and hospitals. She helped explain to me everything that I needed to do on my part and she explained what she needed to do on her end. I don’t remember much of the surgery cause I wasn’t awake, honestly can’t remember much from that day because it all just so happened fast, but here’s what I do know....... my nose is beautiful now, I can breath phenomenally, and I get compliments on my profile almost 3x a week at a minimum. So moral of the story. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I hope I don’t have to go back for anything broken ever again, but if I do..... I already know I’m in good hands if I go to this office!

As a writer I find it a bit difficult to fit into a short review ALL the incredible things that I was blessed to experience while under the care of Dr. Saman and Dr. Kelling, along with the supportive staff that just completely tied up the entire experience perfectly! As an ex Professional athlete I have also had my fair share of injuries and reconstructions. Among the several surgeries, including 5 knee surgeries, left hand complete reconstruction along with being in a cast for 13 months due to the delicate nature of the surgery. I've had my top 5 discs removed and replaced,, lower 3 discs removed and replaced, and a few others along the same line with reconstruction. As i have been involved with dozens of Docs and their supporting staffs over the last few decades, there is not ONE PRACTICE that stands out that of what Dr. Saman and Ketting along with their amazing staff have put in place! I believe maybe once in a lifetime you come across a perfect situation when dealing with the medical field and a doctors spectacular busy schedule, day in and day out. Not only is their a bedside manner from EVERY member of the team that i would liken unto a 6 star hotel with the care you receive, there is a special genius in which both Dr.'s Samon and Dr. Ketting bring to the office, the hospital and the operating room that you can only experience to truly understand! With one of only 53 other cases of the type of Cancer we were dealing with, there was NEVER any hesitation, doubt or re thinking the amazing care and process needed to goo through to rid my body of such a menacing and potentially dangerous unknown cancer. I not only heard it once, twice, but maybe a dozen times from the hospital staff that the work Dr. Saman performed was as PERFECT a surgical procedure could be. Some even said it was his BEST work EVER!! So, along with the perfect care from all supporting staff, and the best procedure to rid my body of a very rare and near unknown type cancer, I can only say that this is the finest surgical and medical practice I have EVER had the privilege of needing to use! I will even be so bold as to speak to anyone in person that may be a bit perplexed about the path to follow and with whom to follow it with! You will NOT, as I believe with all my heasrt, find a better and more medically up to date and unbelieveably competent Surgical Practice in the entire country!

I was also seen by Dr. Kelling who is also very nice and spent a lot of time explaining things to me about my healing process. His staff is also very nice and welcoming. Botched my nose. Completely unnatural looking. No bridge anymore just a large tip. Gave me no confidence at all to go out in public anymore after that. I had to get it fixed with a nurse injector else where. Spent 12,000 on my nose job. Paid 800 for filler to fix it with a nurse. NURSE. I have one nostril bigger than the other. I also have cartilage sticking out inside my nose it’s bumpy and bleeds on a daily basis. Unprofessional and money hungry. Never going to him again. Has more photos of himself than of his work on his instagram. If you love your face he isn’t the right doctor for you. Please do more research on who you want touching your face.

I was referred to Dr Saman by my dermatologist after she found a rare type of skin cancer on my ear. Dr Saman came highly recommended and it goes without saying that his credentials back that up. He is one of the best in Dallas in the treatment of what I had. From the first contact with his office to the last, everyone at the Saman Center was very friendly, very professional and kept me well informed about all steps of my process. Dr. Saman and Dr. Kelling are very nice yet very thorough. They answered all my questions in a way that I could understand exactly where we were in the process. I always felt well taken care of by everyone. Everything went very smoothly. They took care of everything in regards to scheduling the surgery and engaging the insurance company. All I had to do was show up. I am extremely satisfied in my experience with the Saman Center. I’d recommend them to anyone. They quite literally saved my life.

May I just say that I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Saman and his wonderful staff, especially Ashley! People that know me, know that I typically don't write reviews and I'm the pickiest person on the planet (ok, maybe not the pickiest, but pretty picky). I was told when I was 13 years old that I needed to have a septoplasty done but since I was a kid, I did not want anyone to mess with my nose even if that meant I had to have difficulty breathing for the rest of my life! The first time I met Dr. Saman at the Medical Center of Plano, I was the assigned nurse for one of his patients. After he met with his patient while I was also in the room, my nurse instinct kicked in and I knew because of his bedside manner, his genuity, and to top it all off the world of knowledge and competence he possess, I would gladly have him perform a septoplasty and a possible rhinoplasty on my beloved nose! I took a leap of faith and went into surgery without ever seeing the results of his previous works and I can comfortably say that I was led to him by God and I couldn't be happier with every aspect of my care! Do not look any further because he truly is the best in what he does, he delivers his promises and he truly listens to what you want but does not hesitate to give his professional and knowledgeable insight. This is all coming from a picky nurse that has cared for some of his patients and I'm sure everyone knows that nurses don't easily approve of doctors 110%!

I'm writing this not just because I had a terrible botox experience with Dr. Saman for the most simple procedure, but because he did not take responsibility for his mistake. I understand that mistakes happen (I mean not that it is ok to happen in a facial procedure but anyways ...), but the fact that he even denied that there was a problem is what was unacceptable. Just saying that I did not get botox to make the issue that I wanted to fix, worse!! Please do your research before going to any place for a facial procedure and even if it's the simplest thing, don't just think that it is a simple procedure, anyone can do it!!!!

My experience with Dr. Saman and his staff was nothing short of amazing. They a very professional and personable group of people. I came in for Botox with his NP Dr. Kelling, my results were perfect! 3 months later and the Botox is still holding up. Dr. Saman came in and introduced himself during my appointment, which for a busy doctor, I was very impressed with. Dr. Saman is definitely the best in Texas. Not just for plastic surgery but also sinus issues. Dr. Saman not only fixed the deviated septum in my nose that had caused me breathing problems my entire life but he also recognized that something more was wrong and sent me for an MRI, where I found out I had a brain tumor. This doctor b/c he is so awesome referred me to a great neurosurgeon and kept in contact with me constantly throughout my entire ordeal, just as he said he would. Dr. Saman is not just a great doctor, he is a great person that has true compassion for his patients and that's what makes him a great doctor! Very professional and friendly group of people working at Doctor Saman’s office. Dr.Saman did an otoplasty surgery on my son about a month ago.before the surgery we did lots of research and looked at lots of pictures of the other people who had this surgery with the other doctors and non of them looked normal to us. After the surgery when Dr.saman took off the covers that was on my son’s ears we couldn’t believe our eyes(it looked like he was born with those ears). Now he’s very happy that he did the surgery and we always appreciate dr.saman for what he did. Thank you so much Doctor.

I’m writing this a year later, because I had the worst experience at this place. Last year around this time I went in for a rhinoplasty consultation. I wasn’t treated like I mattered. When he walked in immediately started pointing out what was wrong with my nose instead of asking me what I even wanted done. Then he told me my rhinoplasty would be a very long recovery, I would need a open rhinoplasty and stitches in my mouth because he’d have to cut something in my lip to keep my nose from going down when I smile. He told me my recovery would be wrong and tough then told me I could get immediate results that same day by doing a non surgical rhinoplasty, which was gonna be using fillers to fill in the parts of my nose to make it straight. Which seemed amazing to me. So I went ahead and did it. Even though he said it would be temporary and only last a couple of months. I said I wanted it. A couple of days later my nose got swollen and looked bigger than before (he didn’t tell me that would happen) I went back in and they told me they’d do it again for me. They did it again for me and didn’t need use any numbing cream. It was horrible. A year later I got a closed rhinoplasty with a different surgeon and I’ve never been happier. My Recovery was amazing. It was a waste of money at this place, and I’ve never written such a detailed review. If you’re looking to do a rhinoplasty....do not go to this man.

This doctor seriously puts the human in humanity. He puts his patients first and really cares about them. You can really see the art of his work and he is very passionate about it. I was not able to breathe through my nose and he changed my life. Not only does it look aesthetically pleasing but it functions better than ever. I had the pleasure to have had Dr.Saman for my son's two rhinoplasty surgeries. My son broke his nose two separate times within 6 months and Dr.Saman was able to reconstruct his nose the second time with no problems. I think the world of Dr.Saman he worked a miracle with my son. After a accident that left him with no chin or tongue or palette he removed muscle from under his forearm and made a flap for his tongue and used bone graph & stem cell to make him a new chin. I don't know what would have become of my son without Dr Samans . Me and monte thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

This review is long overdue. I had a revision rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Saman in February and cannot express enough just how happy I am with him and with my results.
