Dr. Rohrich was definitely the best doctor I could have ever imagined going to. He listened carefully to everything I asked for and always had a very positive attitude, not only to me but to those working around him. I had rhinoplasty. I'm very happy with Dr Rohrich and staff. He is very nice and I knew he was the right Dr. after my first interview with him. I had seen two other Drs but did not feel as comfortable for whatever reason. Dr Rohrich has the ability to know what will look best with your particular face. (I don't think I knew what was best) I'm glad that his clinic was close to me and I would recommend everyone to use him. His clinic, staff, and assistant were great . I fell on my face 2 times in my life, one of which broke my front two teeth and I believe that trauma is what caused my nose to become crooked. My septum was extremely deviated, and the tip of my nose was pushed in, almost causing the tip to look cut off. Getting a rhinoplasty was an extremely hard decision for me because I didn't want to change how I looked from the front, but whenever I turned to the side (in particular my right side which was the crooked side) I felt like it wasn’t even me. That being said, this surgery was so important to me, and something that would really impact my life. I made a consultation with Dr.Rohrich after reading a bunch of his reviews online. From the minute I stepped in I knew I wanted him to do my rhinoplasty. He was extremely kind and charismatic. He asked me what bothered me about my nose and told me exactly what he could do. He was quick and to the point always making sure to ask if I had any questions even giving me his email address and phone number to contact him if I need anything. I booked my surgery almost immediately after my consultation. The entire process with his office was easy and professional. I always felt welcomed and well taken care of. I had SO much anxiety before my surgery. I had so many thoughts on what could go wrong and I was so afraid of how different I would look after the surgery, but If i could go back I wouldn’t feel fear, anxiety or anything. My surgery went extremely well. The week of recovery was a breeze. I just got my cast off today and my nose looks better than I had ever imagined. Even with it being swollen it looks exactly how I had pictured it and I am so happy with my nose. I had a septo-rhinoplasty with alar base resections, there were so many things Dr.Rohrich had to fix in my nose and you wouldn’t even be able to tell that I had surgery. My nose looks like it was supposed to look this way from birth. I feel like my words don’t do justice to all the work that was done at all, I just have to say that if you’re looking for a surgeon you should stop looking because the best decision you could make would be to go with Dr.Rohrich. You can 100% put all of your faith in him and put your worries away because he is an expert and a truly gifted man.

My decision to have cosmetic surgery was not an easy one. In fact, I struggled for months trying to weigh the pros and cons of having this particular procedure. Once I made this monumental decision, it was even more difficult for me to find the right Dr. I wanted someone who was outstanding in his field: recognized as the best among his peers. I wanted someone with great credentials and years of experience performing my particular procedure. Plus, I wanted someone who was warm and caring and would really listen to me: someone who would take the time to hear my hopes, wishes, concerns, and fears. Dr. Rohrich performed my surgery, and his warm, caring, bedside manner, coupled with his expertise, made the operation a great success. The day I left the hospital, Dr. Rohrich made certain that my husband and I had his personal cell number and he assured us it was ok to call anytime. I ended up calling him on that number more than once, and usually not at the best time of day or night. Dr. Rohrich always responded immediately.!!!! I remember thinking, "Wow, He really does care!!!" My recuperation was longer than I expected, but Dr. Rohrich and his staff were there to help me at every stage of my healing. It's been six years since my surgery, and I am still amazed at how caring and attentive Dr. Rohrich and his staff were then and still are today. I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty done with Dr. Rohrich in Dallas,TX. And I am more than thrilled with the results. I have had breathing issues thru my nose for the last 30 yrs, and they have been getting progressively worse. I got to the point where I had to do something about it because I just could not breathe when sleeping. And breathing thru my nose was uncomfortable if not impossible. Dr.Rohrich immediately identified the issues in my consult and explain to me how it could be fixed. Sepo and rhino is not an easy procedure. It is a procedure or millimeters and more of an art form, experience really matters when getting this done. Do your research, Dr. Rohrich is the best out there, and really a leader in the field of plastic surgery. Other Dr's learn from him. He's absolutely incredible. His positive energy and enthusiasm is also comforting. Everything went super smooth from start to finish. From the consult, the procedure and the recovery. Absolutely flawless and pain free. Even after I woke from the surgery, no pain. Just took it easy for a few days. Day 6 got the splint off and the results are incredible, even with the slight swelling I had I could tell right away. It was PERFECT. I have never been able to breathe like I can now, its so amazing and wish I did this YEARS AGO. I sleep better and wake up fully rested now. Had absolutely zero problems through the whole ordeal. I love it. Also, I want to add, that I have never had any health issues before or even had surgery ever. This was my first experience with all that. Dr.Rohrich and his whole team explain everything to you and make sure you're fully informed and understand everything. Even Dr. Melanie Kaspar the anesthesiologist was great, no pain during the IV or anything, she is amazing. Like most people, I don't like needles and I felt nothing when getting my IV. This was my biggest worry, and I felt nothing. Dr.Kaspar is an example of the great care standard Dr.Rohrich has, the whole staff is great. I hope this review brings value to others who might be considering these procedures, don't wait or worry about it, contact Dr.Rohrich and let him help you. I wish I had done this years ago.

Dr. Rohrich is an incredible surgeon! After 6 years of being ashamed and embarrassed of my post c-section stomach and seeing no real results after working with a trainer and losing weight, I asked Dr. Rohrich if it was possible to reverse just a little of what was left after having my son. I didn’t want to look 18 again, just back to the body I had before my pregnancy. The results are FAR BETTER than I ever expected! I look and feel amazing! I am writing this review after 14 months of being operated for rhinoplasty. Some of you might wonder why now. Truth is I waited for results to show after swelling had become minimal. Having had three ops with unsuccessful results in the past (by two different doctors); my fourth op, according to Dr. Rohrich, had to be my last attempt. He clearly mentioned that I cannot have any more ops. And I'm glad to write that the last surgery- his first on me, is successful. In previous attempts, results were unclear due to swelling. Initially, it would look 'not so bad' but as swelling would subside, the 'not nice' results would become evident. Hence, this time I thought to do justice to the situation; to be more analytical and wait for a year at least, and then share my views. Some of you might thing the wait is too long, but it only made sense to be patient for ultimate results. So, if you’re looking to regain your faith in a doctor, Dr. Rohrich is the person you must seek advice from. If he assures you there is room for improvement, he shall give it to you. Having gone through a difficult stage of my life; (I was 19 when I had an accident which injured my nose) and now I am 34. For complicated cases like mine, having the wrong doctor made things more difficult and also took away time; (we are most energetic and usually look best in our 20's). I am glad my previous surgeon was honest to tell me he could not fix it and recommended one name; and that was Dr. Rohrich’s. So, I can say that if you need a redo, Dr. Rohrich is the right one to approach. I would also recommend those seeking first surgery; why let it mess up the first time when you can get it right!. A case only gets more complicated with a change of hand. 'As the old proverb goes, 'too many cooks spoil the broth!' When I returned to Pakistan, I visited my previous surgeon to show him the results. He had asked me how my overall experience had been...to which I had replied, 'the most difficult part was to put my trust in a cosmetic surgeon for the fourth time'. So, I am grateful to Dr. Rohrich that he did the job right and I can finally close this difficult episode of my life. P.S.: I know most of you would be curious to see pics, but I apologize for being secretive here. That's one thing which I won't be able to put up as I am uncomfortable with it. I hope my review covers for it and is helpful to those seeking the right doctor.

He is the best! I did my research to find the best doctor and it paid off. He treats you like he is your only patient. I had rhinoplasty/septum reconstruction. My nose was an extremely difficult case because my septum was very deviated, I had an over project nose, bulbous tip, large and flared nostrils. He fixed it ALL!!! I can't adequately express how happy I am with my results. My past experience with plastic surgery hasn't been the best as I've had two breast procedures (with two other surgeons) that didn't turn out how I expected them to. That being said I was extremely nervous to go through with my Rhinoplasty as this is probably the most complicated plastic surgery procedure. I've been wanting this procedure for over a decade and interviewed several surgeons. I HAVE HAD TWO PROCEDURES DONE BY DR.ROHRICH, my breasts in 2016 which look nothing less than AMAZING, thanks to him of course and this past Monday I went in for a very complicated rhinoplasty/deviated septum ( to say the least) and broken nose procedure. Please note that my nose had been broken twice around 5 years ago and I also had head trauma on that side which builds up cartilage come to find out and makes it more difficult as time goes by. Today I got my cast and stents off and got to see my perfectly straight, no knot, no deviated septum nose and for the first time in years I could breathe and smell again! Dr. Rohrich is a top notch surgeon but even more he really cares about his patients and has a good heart and you don’t see that much anymore which is one of the many reasons I chose him as my surgeon after researching and consulting with many doctors. On top of his qualifications and excellent work, I can’t tell you how many surgeons I went to that were asking me what I wanted, how big, under or over the muscle rather than just telling me their recommendation, he was the only one who told me exactly what would work best and sure enough it did, it made me feel at ease. Over the last two years several people have contacted me debating between surgeons because one is closer etc and always end up regretting it if they go the easier route and not with him. Do yourself a favor and get the best surgeon. Thank you Dr.Rohrich and staff!

After my surgery with Greg Stagnone I was left with a hole in the center of my nose, my nose was bent and leaning to the right, and I had severe deviations. I wrote a response to Caitlin Hartung's review but don't see it so thought I would try this way! Dr. Rohrich was my daughter's plastic surgeon. We were referred to him when she was five years old to correct a large hemangioma that covered about 80% of her nose. His kindness, reassurance, skill, and expertise were and are astounding. We returned to Dr. Rohrich over a period of about 13 years with Caitlin's surgeries. As a young mother, he gave me the comfort, peace, and confidence I needed to know that my daughter was going to be okay some day. She is more than okay; she is gorgeous! Dr. Rohrich is undoubtedly the most skilled surgeon in his field but more importantly, he is an outstanding human being. I can't imagine having gone though those years and that experience without his kindness and compassion. I truly believe he treated my daughter as he would have treated his own child. My wife is the most important person in the world to me. Her choice of a doctor was one of the most important decisions she would make and I was delighted that she involved me in the process of helping selecting her plastic surgeon. I personally had a complicated world's first nine and a half hour composite face lift many years ago by one of the world's best plastic surgeons and I hoped my experiences would help her make a good decision. My wife's doctors interview process with the excellent plastic surgeons in Dallas went on for over a year. Dr. Rohrich is more than just a cosmetic doctor to me. He's my hero. I was born with a strawberry hemangioma on my nose. It grew until it looked like a clown nose. This was back in the early 90's, so obviously times have changed, there are more doctors who would probably be willing to try this surgery now, but back then the only one willing to remove the hemangioma and reconstruct my nose was Dr. Rohrich. If it weren't for this man, I would have had it so much worse. He removed my tumor when I was 5 years old. He rebuilt my nose and refined it as I grew. He pioneered the technique used to do so. He's a true genius, and an artist. When everyone told my mom to accept me as I was, to teach me to love myself despite my tumor, they didn't understand what kind of life that was sentencing me to. No one walks around like Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer and turns out normal. Especially kids. Dr. Rohrich healed me. He fixed what was broken. Is my nose perfect now? It's as close as I could've dreamed. He literally built me a nose from the remains that weren't eaten away by my tumor.. and I look NORMAL. Thank you, Dr. Rohrich. I hope you read this and know that I truly couldn't be more grateful to any other human being (other than my parents) than I am to you. Because of you I don't wake up every morning feeling like a freak and avoiding the mirror. If you want any sort of facial reconstructive surgery, you would be a fool to go to anyone else.

Eyelid Surgery Correction -- Amazing Results!!! In August 2017 I had eyelid surgery with another surgeon - it was a complete fail. I ended up with medial canthal webbing on the inner corner of my eyes. I felt and looked like an alien freak. I was devastated. I had been to 3 surgeons looking for help. One (oculoplastic surgeon) wanted to do a skin graft, the other (facial plastic surgeon) straight up said he didn’t want to touch it and referred me to another oculoplastic surgeon, and that surgeon told me “what you’ve got going on is very complicated, you need to go back to your original surgeon, only he knows what he’s done.” We're into January 2018 at this point and I felt defeated. How much more disappointment could I handle? Then I saw the reviews for Dr. Rohrich, messaged with a former patient, took a leap of faith and made the appointment. BEST decision of my life!!! He looked at my eyes and immediately said "OK, here’s what we’re going to do..." He spelled out the plan. Because of his decisiveness and confidence - immediate trust and relief hit me. Then when I was out in the hallway leaving, he was on his way to his next patient, he then turned around, came back to me and said “don’t worry, we’ll fix this.” I wanted to cry. I had been waiting to hear that for so long. The plan was 2 kenalog injections spaced apart, and if all else fails, z-plasty surgery. In the end, we were able to avoid surgery, the injections worked and I am thrilled with the results. I cannot thank Dr. Rohrich enough for making me look normal again, for giving me my confidence back, and for his kindness.

Cannot say enough what a positive experience this was. I had a face/necklift, upper and lower blephroplasties and laser around my mouth.
