Had two rhinoplasty , first surgery did not improve my concerns , A symmetry, scarring and tip. So second time I was told he would take cartilage from my ear and implant in my nose to make any improvement but when I woke from surgery, nothing had been done. I'm left with very noticeable scarring and A symmetry that is devastating . My nose turns completely purple when it's chilly and snoring started after procedures but that's irrelevant compared to the embarrassment and daily reminder .

I underwent elective gynecomastia surgery at the Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery Center of Texas several months ago. From the initial consultation to the final follow-up visit, I commend Dr. Wilcox for his patience in answering my questions. The office staff has been all-around friendly and professional. It was apparent to me that the staff there truly enjoy what they do and are happy to be there. As for the results of my surgery, I believe that this has been one of the best choices I've made for myself. I am glad that I chose Dr. Wilcox since his technique involves going in through small incisions underneath the armpits, resulting in minimal scarring that is mostly hidden. Additionally, there was no drainage tube necessary immediately after surgery. For me the hardest part of this whole process was the fear of undergoing general anesthesia (my first time doing so) and also wearing the compression vest afterwards for a couple of weeks. The recovery wasn't anywhere near painful, instead it was more sore than anything. The compression vest is really crucial to a successful recovery. Four months out, my chest contour looks flat, natural, and I don't have any lingering pain or soreness from the procedure. Anyway, do your research, and of course I encourage you to compare doctors. I chose Dr. Wilcox since he does a high volume of these procedures annually, so I was more at ease that he would have the experience to pull off good results. You shouldn't have to suffer the embarrassment of gynecomastia. I wish I had done this sooner!

Dr. Morrissey did my removal and replacement of breast implants and a breast lift just seven weeks ago. I'm have never been more happy or in love with my breast! My incisions look great and have already started to become less noticeable, my breast just look so incredible. They are absolutely amazing, I don't think I could have asked for better results. Dr. Morrissey is the most kindhearted and caring doctor. He listened to what I wanted and exceed my expectations. I will never go to another plastic surgeon practice. Dr Wilcox was professional and the nurses were very comforting during the surgery process. The doctor is very attentive and making sure the wound looks normal and scheduling follows up as needed is comforting that I am being taken care of. However, scheduling was a bit confusing and highly stressful. It was only over phone and no email or calendar invite for confirmation. Several miscommunication of the time of the surgery. There was no preparation materials for the patient to work with. It did cause quite a bit of anxiety because I had to personally coordinate with another dermatology office for timing of procedures and treatment. Other than that, I would recommend other to come but would caution others to be extremely patient with the scheduling process and just ask questions when there is any hesitation or information missing.

Unfortunately, four years later, I decided to get a second opinion on my rhinoplasty, and the new surgeon listed quite a bit of revisions (all of which I knew all along). Dr. Wilcox is an amazing plastic surgeon! Dr. Wilcox was able to correct the problem with the tiniest scars. After scouring the web for nearly a year looking for doctors that perform gynecomastia surgery , I found Dr. Wilcox only an hour and a half away. His technique was different than all other surgeons I had talked to. After speaking with him in person and consulting with him, I knew he was going to be the best. Little to no pain and swelling. He told me 6 months after surgery I wouldn't even be able to remember what it looked/felt like. He was right. I could not be any happier with my results. Thank you so much for helping me. Great experience! I feel Dr. Wilcox is THE place to go for mild to moderate gynecomastia surgery. His procedure is unique, he goes in from the armpit for the smallest scar possible. His staff were all very professional and left no doubts about his attention to detail. Being overly self conscious in tight or light colored shirts is no longer a thing for me. I had the operation in mid April, and six months later my only regret is having put the operation off for as long as I did. Thanks again Dr. Wilcox and staff!

Had gynecomastia surgery by Dr. Wilcox in August 2016; while I was initially pleased with results, I realized that one side of my chest was larger than the other. Attempts were made to correct the problem, via injections, but the problem remained. In addition, although I was told the pain and numbness would dissipate after (approx) six months, for me, it remains 15 months later. When I went to see Dr. Wilcox for assistance with these problems, he flatly said there was nothing he could do. I would recommend to others wanting this surgery to go elsewhere.

Usually when you go into a physician’s office the staff members are behind a glass enclosure and barely notice you when you walk in. Not so at Dr. Wilcox’s office. WORST PLACE EVER, STAY AWAY!!!! This Physician and his practice are simply con artists and I would highly recommend people think twice about using his services. He is money hungry and not patient focused. His staff are inattentive and even after voicing complaints about dissatisfaction with their services, he proceeds to state that I do not want to pay my bill, even though I have been paying my bill all the time. Please, there are so many good surgeons out there and I would highly recommend staying away from this practice because they are not very caring nor skilled clinically and I am both an RN and aesthetics trained as well. He was recommended by colleagues. He is too busy to understand that his staff are running his business into the ground. They fault you and flat out lie in order to obtain monies from you for poor quality service. He should be reported to his Board for malpractice and is not customer centered. If I could give no stars, I would. He is very disrespectful and refers to me as "this woman...she simply does not want to pay her bill." All those years of medical training still cannot teach him class.

This gorgeous, high tech facility houses some of the most professionally oriented health care providers I have ever encountered. My experience was top knotch from beginning to end. I am about to be 48, and I have been very interested in fillers to plump up my “smile/frown” lines. Buddyann, a highly skilled nurse and nurse injector, restored my aging face with Bellafill. All I can say is “wow!” She went the extra mile to make sure things were executed perfectly. And perfectly they were. I am beyond pleased with my results, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience. It was excellent!!

Worst experience ever! My first appointment I was there waiting for the Doctor 2 hours and the front desk girl named Dianna advised me he will be in the room to see you in 10 minutes well, 10 minutes became into a hour. Some kind lady called me that same day apologizing to me which I appreciated, but then I call again to make an appointment and the worst customer services ever. I'm beyond displeased with this business from the lack of professionalism and courtesy to its clients. I came into have a consultation done for a VERY small amount of gynoclamastia. I met with the doctor for about 5 minutes and then directly after I met with the office manager to receive my quote, definitely not a case by case cost for the procedure. They quoted me $5,775 to remove the small amount that I had. My brother-in-law had his gyno removed and liposuction done for his chest and paid the same amount. Let me just say I have very low body fat and the procedure would be a lot less time consuming than his. I was able to remove the small amount I had with letrozole, thank goodness. I canceled my appointment and asked for the $500 deposit back, this was a LONG and painful process. It took them over two weeks to process and mail my check out. I had to constantly stay on top of them and call continuously to remind them to refund me my money. They kept giving me excuses on why it was taking them forever to do their job. There are a lot of highly rated plastic surgeons in the area. If I ever need to have this surgery in the future, I will definitely take my business elsewhere in order to receive a proper consultation and individual care from the doctor. I felt like I was on an assembly line. Thanks for reading.

My journey has been a long one and I am so grateful I found Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Center Of Texas! I had my breast augmentation surgery almost three years ago. A year and a half after my first surgery, that was at a different doctor, I developed a capsule on my right side and my left implant was deflated. I had surgery to replace both implants, my left implant was successful. My right implant was a different story. About a few weeks after getting the right one replaced again I had to have to it removed due to complications because of developing my capsule again. I then had to go five months without my implant. I then had it replaced and three weeks after that surgery I started to feel like I was developing a capsule again. I started reading about the Apsen treatment and how it has helped so many women going through the same thing I was going through. I decided then to change doctors and go and see Dr. Morrissey. Best decision I ever made! They were able to see me right away! After my first treatment, I was able to see a difference! I was completely blown away that after ONE treatment I could tell a difference! Tracey, who does my treatments, is AMAZING! The treatments don’t hurt what so ever! You only feel some pressure but that’s it! Long story short is, a lot of people are unaware of the Aspen treatment and undergo abrasive surgery when sometimes that isn’t necessary! Like I said best choice I ever made to go see Dr. Morrissey and Tracey! I 100% recommended them and wouldn’t trust anyone else besides them!
