Despite extended time allotted for effect, this time/drug choice for topical anesthetic was not effective. VERY uncomfortable during the procedure. The technician was awesome! She respected my issues, adjusted the therapy accordingly & she got me thru it. Lindsay deserves a bonus! She is a terrific asset to your practice. I will return because of Her!!! God Bless.

I really appreciated and recommend Dr Lauren Crawford. She really listened to my needs and made me feel very comfortable . What I really liked was that she is conservative in recommended procedures and actually made me feel better about myself. I had consultations at other plastic surgeon's office and they immediately start recommending more procedures even over the phone without ever seeing me. You go in because you're already self-conscious as it is. Dr Crawford is very sweet,patient and professional. I enjoyed the nurses Tori and Carmel too. I had a breast augmentation done they lifted one breast and I had stitches around my areola the stitches pushed out of my skin making my areola choppy and now it keeps and has blackheads I was told by the doctor that it would be fixed I came back a few years later after the scar had set and healed to have it fixed and they are asking for money to fix it after I was told it would be fixed for free . I also had a wedding ring on that I NEVER got back from them

Dr. Crawford and her staff were the most down to earth medical staff I've ever been under the care of. They evaluate your needs and your concerns. Dr. Crawford's beside manner is so endearing to her patients. Her medical staff are quick to return your calls, work around your schedule. Brianna did my injections. She was very knowledgeable of each product. However she did not pressure me into products. She advised me, answered all my questions, reassured my concerns and allowed me to make my own decision. Rochelle, my nurse during my procedure was very down to earth as well. She took very good care of me. Checked on me regularly. I asked her plenty of why questions and she answered all of them. Dr. Crawford was available to answer any questions I had before my procedures. She was on time and ready on the day of surgery. Her main focus was to ensure my procedure was performed with every safety measure in place. My follow up appt went just as smooth as every other appt.. Tori answered all my questions regarding my after care, my pain, swelling. What I'd expect by two weeks, three weeks, etc. I shopped around for quotes to compare with my quote from Personique and the two other plastic surgery businesses that I called told me "Wow, that's a great price" and the other was "We won't be able to come anywhere near that price." I did take advantage of their specials for the month so this made the financial part even better. I'm so happy with my results, the staff and the price, that not only will I be returning, I will be recommending all of my friends and family to please get over to Personique and find out what they can do for you!!!

I literally had my breast augmentation with Dr. Buckspan 2 DAYS AGO on Friday morning and it was the absolute best experience I could have hoped for!! I have zero bruising, no pain (I didn't even fill my narcotics prescription or even Tylenol for pain) and I just finished doing my lower body workout (YUP I feel that great!) I was able to raise my hands over my head that same day and have full range of motion for both my arms. All I feel is slight pressure but honestly this recovery process is going so much smoother than when I had my wisdom teeth removed and my sinus surgery. This was a total piece of cake and I'll be going shopping for clothes tomorrow since I'm off work and I feel great! Again, zero painkillers or Tylenol! THANK YOU DR. BUCKSPAN, TORI and my WONDERFUL NURSE with pink hair I'm so so sorry I can't recall her name. She was a true angel and kept me feeling so safe and cared for from start to finish. I'll add that I had gotten quotes from 2 other places close to home and this is a 30 minute drive for me into Austin but totally worth it and I would do it again.

I came and saw dr Lauren Crawford for breast augmentation exchange after seeing a minimum of 10 doctors before I made my decision and she was actually honest on what my options were and wasn’t forcing me to get a lift since I wasn’t ready for the scars she measured me and had an hour consultation with me answered every single question without rushing me out. I ended up going with dr Crawford for surgery and my breast came out perfect I’m happy with the results and if you are looking to get your breast done go get a consultation with her she’s awesome at what she does very knowledgeable and she listens to what you want instead of trying to force other stuff on you for extra money
