I got the best facial from Robin!! It was a facial I’ve never had before, and I’ve had many from other medspas! It was specialized with treatments such as a jelly mask, blue light, and a CRYO cooling effect. My skin felt so hydrated when leaving the office! Robin and the staff were once again amazing. I’ve had many skin issues and she made me feel better about it. Will definitely be getting other facials from here, and more fillers in the future!

I couldn't be more pleased with my experiences with Dr. Johnny Franco and his staff. About 3 years ago I got an eyelid lift and brow lift (from another doctor). While I was pleased with results I still felt like my upper eyes were droopy and wanted a more arched eyebrow. I saw Dr. Franco to have my first botox injections. He listened carefully to my desires and explained what he would do to deliver the look I wanted. His bedside manner is better than any doctor I've been and his professionalism and expertise put me at ease. He was very gentle; I could barely even feel the needle. About a week later I was able to see the beautiful outcome of his work. I had a much more open eyelid that allowed me to create great looks with eyeshadow; It made me feel like I had doe eyes. I also got filler in my lips and the results were outstanding. He made them more symmetrical and gave me the "key-hole" pout. I am always complimented on my lips and how natural they look. Since then I went to go see the owner of a prominent and well known dermatology clinic (whose name I will leave anonymous). I had seen this doctor for smart lipo and trusted him. He was running a special on botox and it is true: you get what you pay for. He injected me in all the wrong areas despite me explaining what I wanted. He actually made my eyelids more heavy! This was about 4 months after my first injections and he totally undid the work Dr. Franco achieved instead of enhancing it. I live in south Austin and I make the trip up north to see Dr. Franco for my injection needs. I WILL TRUST NOBODY BUT HIM WITH MY FACE. Go to see him. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Robin gave me the MDK Enzyme Facial and it was heavenly! She definitely knows what she’s doing and she makes sure to educate you on what each treatment is like so you get the best treatment suitable to your skin. My skin continues to feel incredibly smooth after her facials. I can’t get enough!!

Do not go here. They treat you like a number instead of a person. The waiting room is always over filled and appointments are rushed. Though the staff is really nice it doesn't make up for the experience. It should be QUALITY OVER QUANTITY especially when it comes to ones health. They just want your money and on to the next. So disappointed with this experience.

Just kind words for his staff and the doctor himself. Very attentive staff and the doctor noticed my concerns about my breasts before telling him. Previous doctor of mine just would blow me off. Not Dr. Franco, he noticed right away and that’s when I knew I was in good hands. Also they make sure you’re comfortable and nausea was a ZERO I had none and I did terrible dealing with it on my previous surgery with someone else. Again huge thanks to Dr.Franco and his staff! THE BEST!

After having three kids and breastfeeding I wanted breast augmentation. I waited years to go through with it and after research I went to Dr. Franco. He made me feel very comfortable to talk with and discuss options and what was best for my body and my desired outcome. All questions were answered and surgery was scheduled with ease. Surgery day went well as well as follow up appointments. I also ended up adding lipo for flanks and back, best decision to add with it. Results are fantastic and such a confident booster. This doctor genuinely cares about making his patients happy and taking good quality care for them. Very professional and such phenomenal work with his hands when stitching.

Couldn't be more happy with Dr. Franco and his amazing staff! I'm currently 2 weeks post op from a breast augmentation and so far I'm loving the results! Everything from my consultation, my surgery day, and my follow up appointment with them has been very professional, personable, and lovely! Every time I walk into their office they greet me by name and remember who I am. Dr. Franco constantly gives helpful information and guidance and is always ready to listen to any questions I have as well as how I am doing. I can't recommend them enough!

Dr. Franco and his staff are amazing! First impression, the ladies (and gentleman) at the front are very friendly and the office is very clean and well kept. The exam rooms are very nice with a lot of visuals to look at while you wait. Dr. Franco took his time with the consultation which was refreshing compared to everywhere else. Dr. Franco has a very hands on approach to his consultations which made it easier for me to follow when explaining how the procedure would work. I knew right away that I had come to the right place and I left that same day knowing who my Dr. was going to be. Leesey Is so sweet and was such a huge help to me during my recovery. She was available for questions or just to talk about my progress whenever I needed her which was very comforting. Anyways, My results are AMAZING! I had a BBL and fat transfer to my hips and butt, and now I have a body that I once dreamed of. My confidence has sky rocketed thanks to Dr. Franco and his staff. I can’t say thank you all enough. If you are thinking about setting up a consultation, DO IT!

Best plastic surgeon in TEXAS! Dr. Franco is the most friendly person you will ever meet. You will never feel uncomfortable in consultation. Pre and post op the staff does an amazing job! My wife has had a couple surgeries after the birth of our son and she feels like a new person. We have recommended him to other family members and they as well have had a wonderful experience. Anyone looking for cosmetic or aesthetic surgery, should not hesitate and plan to see him and his fantastic staff.
