STAY AWAY...DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD I had a procedure performed by Dr. Phi Nguyen about 10 months ago and was devastated by the results. Not only did it not resolve the issue I had but created more problems for me which has changed the way I look forever. I have been a long time patient of his so was extremely disappointed by the way he handled my concerns during this last procedure and would not acknowledge my concerns and brushed everything off, overpromising and under delivering. My last visit with Dr. Nguyen he realized that the issues/concerns I had from the beginning which he GUARANTEED would go away did not so he agreed to a revision at no charge. At this point I no longer trust to be in Dr. Nguyen's care and instead consulted with board certified oculoplastic surgeons (Dr. Nguyen is not board certified) for a revision and requested that Dr. Nguyen grant a refund so that I could go and get the revision taken care of by a professional who specializes in the eyes. The method Dr. Nguyen suggested was unpredictable and was a high risk of additional complications. Spoke with his office manager who is also his wife and of course she defended the business and Dr. Nguyen and said that Dr. Nguyen would not be doing any refunds. All they cared about was the money they would lose and not the patient who has been severely impacted physically, mentally, and financially. My eyes are now a different shape than they were, the eye bags I wanted to get rid of are now worse than they were before and I now have little wrinkles under my eyes with the method he used that didn't exist before. I don't think they realize the severity and impact this has caused and acted like operating on the eyes was like playing with a toy they could just so easily take apart and put back together. Dr. Nguyen failed to explain the risks and potential outcome of the method he used and had been EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL in handling this whole situation from beginning to end. He should NOT be performing this procedure on anyone and I hope there will be repercussions for his actions. It is unbelievable that he would even offer a revision especially with the approach he suggested and create yet another opportunity to ruin my eyes. It took me 6 months to really heal and it seems like Dr. Nguyen does not understand what someone in this situation goes through not only during the recover period but after emotionally where they feel like they have to isolate themselves from the public and feel extremely self-conscious with low self-esteem. I got the procedure to feel better about myself and ended up feeling worse and my eyes will never be the same. Wish he would’ve turned me away instead of just taking my money and doing the procedure just to make some quick money and not really trying to help me. Based off my results I don't think he should be advertising anything with Asian plastic surgery as he clearly did not know my anatomy. Pay attention to the reviews with 5 stars - most of them either have to do with skin treatments or don't mention what surgical procedure was performed. I would be very weary.

Everyone at MIA is so nice from the moment you walk in you are welcomed with smiles! I recently started treatments for my dreaded Rosacea!! Katy is Amazing! We are 3 treatments in and WOW what a Difference!! Each treatment my cheeks are clearing up more and more! Love my results! Katy takes her time to explain what's going to happen and the after care - one is Sunscreen and ZO OCLIPSE is my new best friend! I am now giving ZO as gifts! Katy you're the best ! I saw results right away! It didn't hurt at all and left skin absolutely radiant. This is by far the best facial we've ever received not only because it left skin silky smooth (we seriously didn't want to put makeup on because it was so luminous), but because of the amazing service and bedside manner shown by our esthetician, Katy.
