I recently moved to Houston from Southern California. I had been trying for almost 5 years to get insurance to approve a breast reduction. I came across memorial plastic surgery on yelp and scheduled a consultation with Dr. Mohan. I was so surprised by how beautiful the office is and how nice all the staff was! Dr. Mohan is the BEST surgeon I've ever had a consult with, and I completely trusted her with my surgery. After insurance gave us approval for surgery, I was able to schedule my surgery for as soon as a week away. I had a pre-op a little over a week before surgery, and they answered all of my questions. Then I had a pre op with the hospital where my surgery would be, and they were kind as well. The day of surgery I was so excited, but kind of nervous as this was my first surgery ever. Dr. Mohan made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything! Her bedside manner is remarkable, and she has such a kind heart. She called me the day after surgery to check up on how I was doing. I went in at 1 week post op, again at two weeks, and again today at my 1 month post op. The staff has been so wonderful, and I couldn't be more blessed to have found memorial plastic surgery and Dr. Mohan. If I ever need anything done in the future, I will go to Dr. Mohan without a doubt. I recommend this office to all of my friends. I'm so glad I waited 5 years to get this surgery with the best surgeon!

Waited nearly 15 years and saved up for the perfect moment to get a procedure done to fix an insecurity I'd always had. I researched plenty of doctors and their before/after pictures never being quite ready to take the plunge for the results I had seen in their pictures. I came across the Memorial Plastic Surgery website and made my decision just based on the few photos they had up of the procedure. Dr. Mohan absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations with both her demeanor/presence and the work she'd done. Attentive, genuine, understanding of my perspective of why I wanted the procedure done, always ready to accommodate any concerns or needs I had, professional... I couldn't be more grateful. I was recommended to this location to try Dysport. I’ve gotten Botox in the past but wanted to try this, the location was very clean and staff very friendly the real downside was that I waited an hour and a half if I didn’t ask the front desk I think they would have forgotten about me I saw patients coming in way after me and being called back I was the only one in the waiting room,, not a very good impression for a first time patient. I was hoping to love it so I could schedule my breast implants. Not sure if I’ll be coming back.

I don’t normally write reviews but I am so disappointed in this place. I scheduled a consultation over a month in advance and the doctor had to cancel due to weather which I totally understand but I travel out of town the end of the month and was looking for a mid December surgery date. They offered me one other time that I have a Doctor’s appointment. I was going to spend over $15000 in surgery and she said it’s not about money to them. Clearly it’s not about the patient either because now I have to find another doctor and that didn’t phase them at all.
