Absolutely love this place. Michael is very professional and very attentive. He happily answers any questions you may have and puts you at ease of any surgeries you're considering. He's not afraid to tell you what you don't need as far as cosmetic surgery, which I love. It proves he's not out to take your money. Dr. Thornton is an excellent surgeon who has great passion. I had a consult regarding a procedure and after speaking to him, I realized he had a vision of me that would be over the top. His vision became my reality. I had an unbelievable transformation following a revision tummy tuck and lipo. I look fantastic, and feel great about it. He was available before and after surgery for any concern I had, showing compassion and understanding. His staff is equally caring and my appointments had practically no wait time. Dr. Thornton is an unbelievable surgeon. Not only is he a great surgeon, he truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to their needs and concerns. He doesn't just do something you think you may need, he is honest and open about what is best for you in particular. I've had my Botox injections done by him for the past five years, and I swear his Botox injections last longer than other places I've gone to! I know I've been told before it's not possible to have Botox diluted, but again, for some reason I feel I don't have to go as often to see him as I did in the past with other doctors. I also have never had any pain, swelling or bruising when he has done my injections. So almost a year ago, I decided I needed help with my trouble areas. My lower abdomen and flanks I could never get the results I wanted through diet and excerise alone. I set up a consult with Dr. Thornton, and Tina was there as well to set up my surgery date, as well as field any questions or concerns I had. I ended up having him do lipo surgery on my upper and lower abdomen, as well as my flanks. The results are incredible!!! He truly is an artist, I have never been so happy with the way I look. If you are looking for a world class surgeon with experience, as well as kindness and top care for his patients, look no further. I will not go to anyone else now but him! P.S. He is also a perfectionist. Six months after my surgery, there was a stubborn layer of fat right above my belly button. Hardly noticeable, but you have to wait to see the final results a minimum of six months after surgery. He offered to fix that stubborn area for free!! I was shocked, and so overwhelmingly grateful that he took the time out of his busy schedule to fix a spot hardly noticeable. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Thornton and his staff!

I love Dr. Thornton. I had a breast augmentation 3 weeks ago and the healing has been great. This Dr knows what he is doing and I would recommend him to anyone. His staff is always very nice and friendly. He answers all of my questions clearly. The surgery center he uses is also very nice and has great nurses/doctors assisting him. He was my first and only consultation. Within minutes of sitting down with him, I knew he was the doctor I wanted to use and there were no other contenders. After the surgery, he took the time to talk with my husband about how it went and how to care for me once we leave the center. My ONLY complaint is that it was fairly hard to get my initial consultation scheduled due to his busy days. But in the end, I can only see that as a good thing that he is so booked up, because he's such a great doctor that everyone wants to go to him.

I figured it was going to be a long drawn out sales pitch of all the things that were wrong with me and how everything could be fixed. Let me start by saying I do not work for this office nor was I paid to write this review. I am a real patient. I wasn't referred by anyone. I found this office simply by doing a search on the closest cosmetic surgery offices in my area. I went to at least five different offices before making my way to Mansfield Cosmetic. All of those other offices either didn't want to do my procedure or wanted a ridiculous amount of money from me just for a consultation. But when I discovered this office, I must say that based on the few minutes I got from speaking to Dr. Thornton, it's very apparent that he is an extremely talented, fair, and passionate person. He's definitely not one of those money-hungry surgeons. He's in this field because he loves what he does and knows that he has what it takes to make people happy. I had two minor keloids on my right ear from an industrial piercing I got a few years ago. It was very unattractive. I contemplated getting it removed for at least a year but was so afraid of the cost. I kept pushing it aside. One day, I decided that it was enough. No more explaining those ugly things to people. No more hiding my ear behind my hair. I needed them gone! I went to see Dr. Thornton, we talked for a few minutes, he explained to me how the procedure would be and then told me how much it would cost. So affordable, seriously. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. His staff are super sweet and warm people as well! He's very meticulous with his work and wants to make sure it's done exactly how you want it to be. What's even better is that he backs his work. In other words, if it's not the way you want it to look, he will fix it. He cared enough to even schedule several post-op appointments with me to make sure everything healed perfectly and that I was happy with it. I really am. THANK YOU, DR. THORNTON! :)

Appearance has a major role and influence in today's modern world, especially for young female. For many years I was self-conscious about my look; dark circles under my yes and lip lines which had made me look a lot older than my age. I met Dr. Thornton through my sister and made an appointment to go and see him, but I was not ready to commit at this point. After meeting with him and his friendly staff I felt like I was at the right place and I could trust them with the procedure. Dr Thornton took fat out of my belly (nothing major to make you lose your belly fat, lol) and injected around my eyes and lip lines. Now after almost 6 months I still feel great about what he did to my face. I laugh and I have normal or you could even say sexy cheeks;) Dark circles around my eyes have reduced dramatically. All I want to say is thank you Dr. Thornton and Tina, I feel great about myself, I get lots of compliments and i definitely feel and look a lot younger than 6 months ago!
