Dr. Lapuerta is THE best plastic surgeon ever! I fell and bit through my lip, opened up my head at the brow line and severely bruised my face. I can't even remember how many stitches he had to use, but I have NO scars. I have sent myriad friends to Dr. Lapuerta for everything from face lifts to breast augmentations and they, too, swear by his work. He is tops in his field.

The staff at Dr. Lapuerta's office was fantastic! They are all so friendly and accommodating. Dr Lapuerta is wonderful and very easy to talk to, he makes sure to really listen to what you want and address all of your concerns. Surgery day was so smooth, they offer TIVA IV, which was a lifesaver, I wasn't sick at all after waking up from surgery. Dr. Lapuerta is also available for all questions, he was available via cell phone after hours for any and all questions. I would highly recommend anyone going here for all their plastic surgery needs!

Could not have picked a better doctor! Decided to get a tummy tuck and being my first procedure, I was very nervous. Despite this, Dr. Lapuerta and his staff were able to inform my husband and I of the entire procedure without difficulty, and we were treated with the utmost respect from beginning to end. He was the first and only doctor I consulted with because I knew he was the one to do it. He gave his honest advice on the procedures I had in mine and didn't just say sure to do the service and get the money. He really looks out for your best interest and ending results. The staff is amazing. Very easy and comfortable to talk to. I saw Brandi on most preop visits and she really took her time with me and let me make extra appointments towards the surgery when I was getting nervous. The price is very upfront. It covered the procedure from the first consultation to the last post op. Amazing work. Dr. Leo Lapuerta and his staff take pride in their work. I would definitely refer anyone to him.

I highly recommend Dr. Lapuerta for any of your upkeep or maintenance needs. I chose his office years ago and the main deciding factor other than he was great, was his staff. They are wonderful. And this is a big deal as they are your primary interactions before and after surgery.

Their customer service sucks. I was supposed to be their new client and was told that they would call me back with the information in regards to my insurance which they never called until after i called them three time! After setting up an appointment for counseling, i got late getting there due to traffic. I called them twice to inform them and I understand that the Doctor has other patients to take care. Well, I still managed to get there after 2 hrs from Katy to Pearland although i knew it was too late. So now, when i finally got there, their business door is locked and through the video camera they asked me what i need and when I said i want to fill up necessary paperwork to speed up my next visit they said they are sorry and can't open door, i need reschedule. I am very disappointed for wasting my time driving all the way there with all that traffic and the hassle to get there!!
