His wife is his anesthesiologist, she really educated me on all the steps involved and ensured me I was in good hands. Brandi the office manager maintained a very professional character during the process and helped me obtain important paperwork. Sonia always greeted me with a smile and was attentive and delegated all my questions. The nurse Jana took the time to work on my paperwork and advocated for me as her patient. Shelby was also amazing, I love how she explained the medication as she applied to my incisions and kept me informed of everything that was being done to me. I truly trusted them with my life and I am so happy with my results and most importantly my health. I recommend Dr. Lapuerata to everyone who needs a plastic surgeon. 5 plus stars!

I am very pleased with the results from my operation. After having 3 kids, I wanted to fix an umbilical hernia that left my belly with a weird lump, as well as to get breast augmentation, which I explained Dr. LaPuerta that I wanted it to be as natural looking as possible. It’s only been one month after surgery and the scars are already looking very subtle, and the breast are starting to have a more natural look. On my first visit I was feeling a little nervous as this was something completely out of my comfort zone, but Dr. LaPuerta and his staff are always super attentive and make you feel very confortable. Brandi was super helpful during the whole process (before and after), and I could always go back to her with questions or concerns, which she addressed promptly. I am always on the run with work, and on my post-op visits I could be in-and-out very quick as they are very efficient, but they also took their time when I came with questions, so I never felt rushed nor had to wait for a long time to get back to the office. It was a perfect balance as they seem to know and understand how to approach each of their patients. I would very much recommend Dr. Lapuerta!

From the point that I scheduled my initial consultation, the staff has been amazing! I emailed Brandi, the patient consultant, back and forth with questions. She emailed me back promptly answering them each and every time. She was very helpful. During my initial consultation, Dr. Lapuerta and his nurse Jana took time to answer my questions and address my concerns. There was never any pressure from the staff to do more. Surgery went well and once again Dr. Lapuerta addressed any concerns I had before going into operation. I've had very few issues post OP but Dr. Lapuerta assured me that it was all ok. Jana, Dr. Lapuerta's nurse, has been amazing also. I emailed her quite often about my post op care and progress. She too emailed me back promptly. Everyone on Dr. Lapuerta's team shows a compassion toward his patients. They have helped me feel so much better about myself. Everyone has been so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lapuerta for your needs.

I had liposuction and Brazilian butt lift done $10,000 thrown in the trash, I picked this doctor after I interviewed with 2 other doctors he seen very professional and very knowledgeable, btw he was the most expensive one but I was very nervous and he made feel safe. Worst decision ever, 30 days after the surgery I told him that I felt the same he told me to wait because it was to early to see a difference, same thing after 60, days 90, days, 6 months, now a year later the only difference I see is my butt all deformed, I wish I would have chose a better doctor. He ruined my self esteem worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back in 2004, Dr. Lapuerta did my breast reconstruction. Was professional, though and a great doctor. I also went back to him in 2009 for a revision. Still incredible both him and his staff. A co-worker had gone to a different surgeon and her nipples looked like couch buttons. I sent her to Dr. Lapuerta and he worked to make her breasts look like they should. Unfortunately, when you've been butchered by someone else it's not easy. I've seen posts from those who weren't happy with the results. Did the doctor not do his job or are you a patient who would never be satisified with yourself esteem. Too many people are unhappy with their looks nowadays.

I was just looking at reviews, and I could't stop myself from replying to someone who recently left a review here. Shawn k, what a horrible review! I'm shocked! For someone with a, "dual masters in management and marketing," your spelling and grammatical errors make me cringe! You said you researched Dr. Lapuerta through a market research company? Wow, that just shows how lazy you are! You should've talked to people in the community, people who know the doctor, people who have had procedures done by him. That is how you research a doctor! I feel so sorry for you! It's a shame you call yourself an educated person! It's an outrage! That being said.. Dr. Lapuerta is a great doctor and his staff is amazing! I know from working with his office that he has the utmost respect for his patients and does his best to offer them the best treatment and recommends the most effective medication. Price is something he considers and he always gives patients an alternative to the higher priced products. They may not be the exact same, but will have similar results. His priority is making sure patients are satisfied with their procedures and their treatment! His staff is also the same way and he makes sure every patient is given the best experience at his clinic! Oh, and sadly, I only have a high school diploma, an advanced diploma in banking, insurance and retail management, a bachelors degree in business administration, a masters degree in international business and entrepreneurship, and I hope to soon start classes for my PhD.

Not a good experience. On our first visit we were asked to sign a blanket credit card authorization. We did not believe it was appropriate to our situation and when we questioned it we were flatly told, "if you don't sign it you can't see the doctor" We left. Certainly not an example of a caring organization. Very disappointed.

"Product" "Product" "Product" that is what you will hear until your ears bleed out. Don't trust the fake reviews. how do i know they are fake? I researched them through a market research company. He good product salesman and not a great doctor.I was only here as I was willing to try any thing but this place goes to bad experience list. If you want to spent $$$ for product advertisements and spent even more $$$ on the only "product" he sells, please feel free to visit them. With a dual masters in Management and Marketing, now I feel so lame to go here.
