Amazing staff, pristine facility and luxury services from the best providers in the country. The atmosphere here is so welcoming, and it really feels like a day spa rather than a surgery center. I ONLY go to Lemmon Avenue Plastic Surgery Center, and will only give my business to the best of the best. Sivan and Dr. Dauwe, you have a patient for life in me! Sivan- Personable, knowledgeable, honest and pays CLOSE attention to detail. When you’re working on someone’s face, that’s obviously the most important thing. Too many times I have gone the cheaper route only to end up upset and searching for another provider to fix what the previous one did. I am so glad those days are over! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Sivan is the definition of a professional. She doesn’t take her job lightly and she is dedicated to customizing a treatment plan that fits every one of her patients personal needs. I’m so thankful to have her as my injector, and I’m even more thankful that a practice was opened and only the most quality providers were considered here. Dr. Dauwe- He’s on fire for his work. I recently had my first experience with injections. Sivan did my lips in February. I was anxious beforehand & just my luck that day they were having issues with the a/c so it was like 100 degrees in there. So once she started injecting I got super hot & sweaty. Besides being uncomfortable, I must admit I am super pleased with my results. If they weren't having a/c issue, I wouldve given 5 stars.

I went to Sivan for my lips and smile lines after going to previous injectors and not being happy with thrir work. Where do I even begin but to say she is PHENOMENAL!!! I’m 25, and have been getting Botox and what not since I was 20(i am extremely expressive with my face and my lines and wrinkles started early) and have been to a handful of places ... after going to Sivan and seeing the difference in her injections and the other places I have gone , I will not go anywhere else!! The difference between her and other injectors is incomparable. She takes her time to explain everything fully and make sure her clients are comfortable not only with the process but the after as well. I was so nervous to get my lips done but knew I needed to stop some lines from creeping in. I just turned 50 and am starting to see some things I'd like to change. I researched "the best lip injector in DFW" and up pops Sivan's name. I followed her Instagram stories for about a month then decided to go for it. Best decision!!! I'm an elementary school teacher and thought only the rich and famous did this sort of thing but Sivan was awesome and made me feel right at home. Originally I had been following one of Sivan's fellow co-workers, at Renew when I came across Sivan's work. Both are equally amazing at what they do. However, Sivan caught my eye with her Tear Through/Cheek correction back in 2017 on Candice. That is when I knew I had to have work done by Sivan one day. At the time it wasn't achievable for me financially, but I saved up some money here and there and kept following her. She kept growing, and her techniques became even more advanced. Fast forward three years later, and I was ready to take the plunge. Although I was mostly interested in my under eyes, I went ahead and scheduled my lips as well, because of some symmetry issues. March 7th, 2019 was my appointment date. When I arrived at Lemon Avenue, I was in awe of the building. The architecture was phenomenal, the décor was crisp and clean. Their receptionist was very friendly, attentive, and helpful (very important as I am not a local Dallas resident). My initial meeting with Jen and Sivan was really easy. They were both super chill, and down to earth people. For me it was nerve racking, because of my fear of needles. However, they both reassured me it was going to be okay, as their numbing cream was top notch (my lips were number for 4 hours afterwards). It was good stuff. She worked her magic, we chatted about different things, and booked my next visit four months later. The entire staff were friendly, and smiled a lot. It genuinely felt like they were all a family. Sivan and Jen are one of the best teams in this industry. It has been three weeks since I had my under eyes and lips done. The results, have far exceeded my expectations. I feel more confident, and have been able to wear red lipstick again without it bleeding/smearing. She did such a beautiful job, and has such an amazing eye for detail. I would follow her all over the United States if she ever moved. Sivan is AMAZING!!! Hands down, an amazing injector with a beautiful soul. She is a perfectionist and is worth it!!

After an incident left my face unrecognizable for a month, it was really difficult for me to look in a mirror & see myself the same way. My girlfriend Kortni referred me to Sivan & I was so nervous that I watched her Instagram for weeks before making my appt. She really took her time to get to know me, listened to my concerns & formulated an injection plan to get me to where I wanted to be in a safe & realistic way. Had my first experience with this amazing team back in October for a breast reduction. I was super intimidated at first, although the surgery was something I’d longed for 4+ years, the idea of permanently altering my body was still quite scary. Those fears and the anxiety didn’t last long after getting to meet Dr. Phillip Dauwe and his coordinators, Julie and Sarah. I truly felt like they were rooting for me the whole time while waiting for my insurance approval, and that meant so much to me. They were so warm and welcoming, but also very serious about their work and so informative every step of the way. They weren’t many times I would come to a visit and have questions about the procedure or recovery because they were all so amazing about providing me with all the info I needed! I first found Sivan on Instagram quite some time before I scheduled an appointment with her. I was scared because I didn’t want to go to just “anyone” to inject my lips because I had some scar tissue causing asymmetry in my top lip and I didn’t have much of a top lip to begin with. The first round of injections Sivan corrected my lip with filler, and added volume and symmetry, I loved them! I was so amazed that I had beautifully symmetrical lips. I recently had my first visit with Sivan in February. I came in for a full cheek augmentation and masseter Botox to help reduce my terrible clenching and facial pain. During my consult, i inquired about other treatments and she was thankfully very honest about what i did or didn’t need. A few days after treatment i had a minor freakout moment when my Botox kicked in, and i began to panic due to my anxiety issues. I was so embarrassed, but I reached out to Sivan at 9:30pm just to make sure i was ok. I was not expecting her to respond to me considering it being after business hours.
