I must thank Dr. Lawton and staff for taking care of me during my breast explant procedure. As a result of 27yrs of military service, I have many medical conditions, but I was convinced that I also suffered form breast implant illness. Dr. Lawton took the time to literally go down the list of questions and concerns I developed based on internet "research". He instantly put my mind at ease with his candor. Initially, my only concern was removing my breast implants to improve my health no matter the appearance, but I felt so confident in Dr. Lawton’s experience and expertise that I included lipo. Dr. Lawton exceeded my expectations. My breasts look and fill full and soft. My stomach no longer has an over hang pouch. It’s not often a doctor takes the time to listen with empathy for your over all health. I just want to express my appreciation to Dr. Lawton for his service and dedication to soldiers like myself.

Dr. Lawton not only performed a BA on me but performed a BA twice! Each time being much different than the other as far as recovery. However, staff and Dr.Lawton were all very helpful and accommodating to my needs and questions. I get compliments often on Dr. Lawton's work! I have sent 3 girl friends to him, all of which are so impressed by his work as well! From my very first consult in 2012 to my most recent follow up in 2018, the staff has always been welcoming and kind! I consulted 2 others prior to Dr. Lawton, one being his colleague and all gave me a very unnerving feel about the entire process! Dr. Lawton was definitely the best decision I could have made for my cosmetic enhancements.

My partner had ftm transgender top surgery (double mastectomy) with another surgeon out of state. When he began having some issues a couple of weeks after, when we were back home in Texas, the surgeon who performed the surgery was no help. A friend recommended Dr.Lawton because his transgender son had top surgery with him. When I called, the office staff was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. Dr. Lawton agreed to see my husband and they worked him into their schedule for the next working day (despite their busy schedule and that Dr.Lawton would just be returning from a holiday trip). At the appointment all the staff were great! Dr. Lawton spent a good amount of time with us, answered all our questions, and gave us a clear set of instructions for after care, as well as wrote prescriptions for several things to help with healing and to reduce scarring. Dr. Lawton's after-care instructions were different from what the other surgeon had told us to do, and there was a significant improvement in healing within a couple of days! He was disappointed that we hadn't come to him for the surgery (!) but he took my husband on as a patient for after-care and will be seeing him again for a check-up in a couple of weeks. To top it all off he didn't charge us anything for the after-care visit. He knew we'd already paid so much for the surgery and travel, and that our insurance won't cover this. So all we had to pay for were the prescriptions. We are so thankful we found Dr.Lawton! I only wish we'd found out about him before going out of state for the surgery! He was extremely gracious and wanted to give my husband the best treatment. We highly recommend him and his staff!

Laser resurfacing from Dr. Gary Lawton is one of the most effective ways of dealing with the aging process. One of the things that bothered me the most was the lines around my eyes and the deep creases on either side of my mouth. I was also worried about developing a double chin from sagging skin. Every day when I looked in the mirror I became more and more discouraged. Then I found out about laser resurfacing. It truly changed my life. Dr. Gary Lawton was able to perform laser resurfacing on my face in order to turn back the clock and make me look years younger. Now I look better than I have looked in years and I feel good, both physically and emotionally. It has given me the confidence to reassert myself in the world and to take charge of my life. This is something I could not have done without the amazing results that I experienced through laser resurfacing.

Professional, caring, and uses the latest technology with 4K camera. Surgery facility is excellent. I presented him with a picture of what I wanted to look like, and he hit the mark with my breast augmentation. I am extremely active (dancer, swimmer, and runner), and none of my fellow dancers nor coworkers have noticed my augmentation (up several cup sizes). It looks so incredibly natural, and Dr. Lawton helped pick a size that fit my frame perfectly. I also have a sensitivity to some of the meds used in surgery and his anesthesiologist was well aware of these sensitivities and adjusted accordingly. He advocates a specialized wound care regimen and so my scars are barely visible. Highly recommend him and his team without reservation!

Don't go anywhere else! Dr. Lawton truly cares about his patients. Not only was he 100% thorough and attentive with every step before and after my surgery, he even helped me with a totally unrelated health issue an entire year after my surgery. He really helped me solve a problem that my normal doctor totally dropped the ball on. I'm so thankful to him, truly. He is also extremely responsive to any questions. Any email I sent was returned within an hour or two with a thorough response. His staff is amazing and I always felt welcome and wanted. And as to the results of my surgery? Absolutely beautiful. Life changing. Everything I could have hoped for. Dr. Lawton is the best!

Dr. Lawton is a champion for beautiful breasts. You can trust his expertise and artistry. I had an explant of my 15 year old implants and was terrified about going through another traumatic surgery (the last surgeon did a lift and implant at the same time and I nearly lost a nipple). However, Dr. Lawton's confidence and reviews won me over. I nearly went with another surgeon who would have caused more harm than good. The other surgeon (in Austin TX) recommended another breast lift, combined with the explant which this time was completely unnecessary and would have most certainly caused loss of nipple function. After my initial consult with Dr. Lawton I had a new understanding of breast surgery and I had the power to make an informed decision. This surgeon prides himself on excellent results and thats what I got.

I went to Dr. Lawton after I lost about 100lbs with gastric bypass. I was adamant that I wanted breast lift and implants plus a tummy tuck/panni at the same time. Well...he clearly explained that he would not do breast lift and implants at the same time. He discussed the increased risks of having both procedures done at the same time. I totally respect that he was honest with me and didn't put me at any extra risk just because I wanted what I wanted! So my first procedure was a breast lift, tummy tuck/panni in November. I am feeling great, and I look amazing! A flat tummy is a first for me!!!! Thank God I have had a positive experience. This week I will be having breast augmentation and I can't wait! I trust Dr. Lawton and his rationale for not pairing particular surgeries together. He has taken his time with my husband and I when we have questions. His nurse Julie is amazing, completely down to earth and makes you feel very comfortable, Dr. Lawton really should give her a raise!!!!! I plan to go back to Dr. Lawton in a year or so for liposuction and a trunk/lateral thigh lift. Thank God for Dr. Lawton! He totally rocks!

My experience with Dr.Lawton and his staff was great! I decided to have a breast augmentation and it was the best decision I ever made. He was very professional and made sure that I chose the right size for my body frame without going too big and looking dumb. I was scared the day of my surgery but everything went very well and they explained everything throughly so I was barely in pain. The best advice I can give to someone who is considering surgery is to go with Dr.Lawton because of his expertise and professionalism. I would do it all over again!

The nurses that work there are very rude and very no customer service skills. I was so pissed I about just went in back and took my wife out of there because it was that bad. They better be glad my wife didn't have her cell phone on her because I was calling her telling her to leave and I will be back to pick her up. They do not know how to talk to their customers. I am not sure yet how the work came out. They were even being extremely rude to my wife as soon as she walked back until she left. That is what I am being told by my wife. I wish they had a zero star.

I have been very pleased with the expert care and advice I have received from Dr. Lawton and his staff. I have been a RN for 40 yrs, I did a great deal of research before selecting Dr. Lawton, he is the best. I had silicone breast implants about 40 years ago and after about 5yrs I began to have nausea continuously, body aches, and just never felt well. No other Doctor could determine the cause or cure. Recently I had a MRI of the breast which indicated the implants were leaking. There is no way to tell for how long but I had a mammogram before that which showed calcium like deposits but was actually silicone in my tissue. Dr. Lawton removed the silicone and replaced them with saline implants...the nausea stopped immediately and so did the other symptoms. It was life changing for me. I would advise anyone considering silicone implants not to do it if you value your health. There is very little pain for a very shot time. The saline implants feel more natural. He and his staff are so caring and professional care. He is the expert listen to him he will guide you to making decisions best for you. 

My heartfelt thanks to Dr Gary Lawton for, mostly, his genuine care for his patients, his professionalism but most importantly for his COMPETENCE!!! I would be remiss if I failed to mention how at ease and how I got peace of mind everytime I had any form of worry which he immediately addressed and gave me the immediate peace of mind. I'm a 65 year old who just had my tummy tuck on June 28, 2018 and despite a couple of adversities beyond his control, HE WAS THE ONE WHO IMMEDIATELY INTERVENE AND RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY!! His staff always returns my calls with answers to all my questions with the answers and instructions of what I should do. His medical regimen pre-op is incredible. Follow his instructions to the T and all will go well! You need to do your part. Finally, I need to say that i need to thank my husband was who did the research for the best plastic surgeon since he's always wanted the best care for me. We can honestly say that Dr Gary Lawton is beyond a 5 STAR rating. 10 STARS RATING! MORE!!! Actually, I was the first to review and wonder why it was not posted. I was a former patient of Gary Lawton and regret it to this day! He is the rudest, most inept self aborbed pig. He takes no time in explaining the procedures and at the time of surgery he was in a foul mood. His nurse was non hygenic in the sense that she was cutting strips and putting them on the arm of the operating bed which several people touched when wheeling me in. When I made mention to her that point she got angry. Needless to say, I should have followed my intuition and got up and walked out immediately. He is intimidating, abusive and is the least skilled practitioner in the country!! STAY AWAY from this butcher. His staff also violated confidentiality and told someone that I had had a procedure. I tell anyone and everyone about this horrible pathetic man! This is one of the most arrogant, rudest WORST surgeons that I have ever encounterred; and he has has NOTHING to be arrogant about! I went to get my eyes done because I had heavy skin coming down to my elyelid. He was to do the top and bottom of my eyes. I had an early appointment and he was already in a horrible mood, He grabbed a pen and in a harsh manner went over my eyelids. I thought it was a pretty bad way to measure the eyes but he was the one with a medical degree. He RUINED ME!! Then when I came back he screamed at me to stand up and got mad that he had to take out my stiches. I cried for months about the horrible way he left me..it was visible and even he could see it. His staff violated confidentiality as one of his secretary/nurse happened to know someone I did and I was told by that person that she asked if she knew me. THE WORST DOCTOR EVER..his breat augmentation are done with DR. GREEN...BEWARE of Gary Lawton, a temper tantrum throwing little boy who is unskilled!!!!! Worst staff ever!

Dr. Lawton did my breast augmentation on 9/21 and I am very happy with the outcome. I am four days post op and I have no bruising and feel great. Dr. Lawton was very helpful when informing me of the differences between saline and silicon implants. I was given 2 sets of multivitamins, then 1 to help inflammatory response, 1 for bruising/swelling. I was also given medicine: 1 antibiotic, 2 pain medicine and 1 for nausea. I've only needed to take 1 of pain medicines and only half of the dose once or twice a day. I would recommend Dr. Lawton to anyone considering breasts implants.

Dr. Lawton was amazing very personable. I was ready to walk out because my fear was getting the best of me, I couldn't even sleep the night before surgery. Once he and his staff gave me reassurance before I went in, I felt really good about my decision. The day after surgery I took my best friend with me we were both so amazed at the outcome they look so beautiful, so real! I had no pain, just a little sore as if u had worked out for the first time. That was my biggest fear and it was far less than expected, I'm not even taking my pain pills. I'm ready for the next procedure and so are my other friends who saw the outcome. And out of all other six surgeon s I went to see he was most knowledgeable. He did rush me out of his office like the others did, he made me feel comfortable about my fear. He is the best!!

Dr. Lawton and his full staff are beyond amazing. They’re all very friendly and have great customer service. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Dr Lawton performed a Double Incision Mastectomy on me a year ago. Although he did absolutely NOTHING wrong during the surgery I just wasn’t happy with the results. My own insecurities. Everyone else loved the work no complaints,I just wasn’t happy. So because Dr Lawton feels it is more important that the patient is completely satisfied he did my revision FREE of charge. One of the WORST suregons ever! He is the rudest, most self-absorbed, digusting person! He was in a hurry when I arrived for my surgery. He rushed, took a pen and just ran it across my eyes and said lets go to the nurse. He never bothered to measure and take his time to do a good job. He has a cattle call, all about money. His nurse was non hygenic and unethical as she and a staff memeber up front openly discussed that I had been there to others. I HATE THIS MAN HE RUINED MY FACE. My experience with Dr. Lawton and his entire staff has truly been phenomenal! From pre-op to surgery and post-op everyone has been 110% dedicated and compassionate. Never was I rushed. Not once was a question left unanswered. I really enjoyed how well his staff worked independently yet in synchronization. It's always awkward when you walk into an office when the staff is not on the best of terms. This is quite the opposite here, and it's refreshing to see the staff happy and dedicated to their jobs. Well, my sister won't post her experience, but I will. I took care of her the day of surgery and a few days after. She had breast implants and a tummy tuck. I've watched it all unfold and he did a horrible job. First of all, one of her breasts wont drop into place, so now she is on medication to help with that....S-I-G-H!! Her belly button looks like a cauliflower stub....and he says its still healing. NOT!! Its been over 2 months now. I know they see all this at her follow up appts., but I don't understand why they haven't made it right. The longer they wait, the worse this becomes! I didnt let Dr. Lawton do my surgery...

I saw Dr. Lawton in January of this year, after consulting with a couple of surgeons after the holidays, he was my choice the moment we had our first meeting. He told me everything I needed to know regarding my procedure and was very clear answering all of my concerns, what to expect for the post-surgery days and recovery. NEVER go here for LIP INJECTIONS. Dr lawton has no idea what he's doing, breasts are what he specializes in. he doesn't know that dissolvent is even available. he put a whole syringe in my upper lip and made me look like a duck, LITERALLY, when I specifically asked him to do very little and make it look NATURAL. After 3 big babies (one over 10 pounds) and years of nursing this body needed some help (tummy tuck and breast lift). Dr. Lawton's office was very responsive and appointments were made with ease. I do not like pain, and sweat and tense up in a dentist chair. I was so scared of waking up from surgery in intense pain. It just wasn't the case. I was sore and very groggy but I remember being so relieved I wasn't in severe pain. My surgical nurse (who was awesome) gave me pain meds, helped me use the restroom, helped me get dressed and was a comfort by my side. Dr. Melish (the anesthesiologist) knows what he is doing. I had no nausea, no dry scratchy throat, and just a slow gentle "wake up". I am loving my results. My only regret is that I waited so long to do this.

Simply the best! I've had a fantastic experience with Dr. Lawton, highly recommend him and his clinic staff. To make a long story short, I had a very bad experience with a previous breast augmentation (with a different cosmetic surgeon) so I'm here to tell you that I've been on both sides of the spectrum. Who wants a surgeon who is a social butterfly but isn't knowledgeable, trustworthy or compassionate? Not me. Dr. Lawton was trained at one of the most prestigious institutions, is highly knowledgeable and has received many accolades. Dr. Lawton and his clinic staff will take the time they need with their patients; if you are a complicated case or have questions, he will take the time to explain. I've been in the healthcare field for over 15 years and have worked side by side with many physicians, surgeons, nurses, etc; I really appreciate Dr. Lawton's work ethic and compassion because I know that isn't always the case. I would also like to mention that because I'm a healthcare provider, I'm able to pick up on details that some might not recognize such as how Dr. Lawton and his staff go "the extra mile" to make sure their patients are completely satisfied. One simple example is how they work through lunch and work late hours with the ultimate goal of delivering the highest quality of care and customer service. If you want a perfectionist, compassionate and trustworthy surgeon with excellent work ethic, then Dr. Lawton is the way to go!

I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with Dr. Lawton as my surgeon. I am about 3 months out from my breast augmentation. The entire process was so easy and stress free. He and his staff went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt completely comfortable. The consultation itself was free, you get the chance to look at before and after pictures of other surgeries he has done, see the types of implants he uses, meet one on one with him and try on bras with the size of implant that you are hoping to get. He listened to what I wanted and provided recommendations explaining how he would achieve it. From then on I knew he was going to be my surgeon. He goes through the armpit laparoscopy so the scaring is minimal and the outcome is outstanding. I had minimal pain after the surgery but he made sure even that was controlled with appropriate medications. I had absolutely NO bruising at any point after the surgery. He starts you on an excellent regimen of vitamins and anti-bruising medication so you have the best surgical outcome possible. I went from a 32 B to a 32 DD while still looking completely natural and not overstuffed. I did some shopping around for a surgeon before I scheduled my consultation with Dr. Lawton and I can say without hesitation he is the absolute best. Dr. Lawton is a perfectionist and an artist and I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a breast surgeon.

Dr. Lawton is amazing, I had my breast augmentation redone with him. He also did the first surgery that’s why I returned to him. The last surgery was done 2 years ago. I had some complications and Dr. Lawton redid my left implant brought his whole team in on a Saturday night to redo the surgery. I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Lawton four years ago and I can tell you that I am EXTREMELY pleased with the results. I went in initially for a consult and was nervous about the procedure. Dr. Lawton was extremely professional. Dr. Lawton along with his nurses and staff were very friendly which immediately put my mind at ease. He thoroughly explained the process, took my measurements and we worked together to obtain the goal of finding the perfect size! I have since referred friends, co-workers and family. I wouldn't hesitate to send someone his way because of my own personal experience. I loved that the consultation, surgery and all follow-ups are all done on site at one location rather than having to drive to different centers. The procedure itself was minimally invasive and it was a seamless recovery. A+++ to Dr. Lawton and his staff!

I had breast augmentation back in 2008. At the time I was very happy with the results. I could finally fill out my bras and didn't have to buy the super padded ones. About a year or 2 ago I noticed that the implant in my left breast was protruding up in the top corner of my breast, around the armpit. My bra strap would cover this up. Sometimes it would poke out when I wore a sports bra and fitted tank top. April or May of 2016 I notice this same left breast is smaller! No longer filling the cup of my bras. Went in for a mammogram and was told I must have had a leak in the implant. Thank goodness I went Saline. Wasn't noticeable unless I wore a bikini top. But I knew I couldn't avoid bikinis forever, I had to get this fixed. My friends recommended Dr. Lawton. He told me he would be able to make them the same size again and make them look more real. He gave me hope that it would be fixed and improve the look. He delivered and then some! Couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Lawton and his staff are always friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone for the first time or to correct another surgeon's work like I had done.

My heartfelt thanks to Dr Gary Lawton for, mostly, his genuine care for his patients, his professionalism but most importantly for his compassion, professionalism, empathy, and mostly his competence!!! I just recently had a Breast augmentation with Dr. Lawton about 2 weeks ago. I researched many other plastic surgeons in the area, however, for some reason I was drawn to Dr. Lawton and his the reviews. His staff is his family, they have been with him for 18 years, so that even says so much. I decided to schedule the consult and oh my goodness I felt like the atmosphere as soon as I walked in was where I was going to be getting my BA done. Dr. Lawton, is professional and also will make you feel like you are the only one that matters in that time. He knew exactly what I wanted, I was tongue tied and nervous but after talking to him... it was just meant to be. I felt like this is where I felt safe and confident that I would receive the care I deserved. His staff is really amazing and are the sweetest people in the world. Dr. Lawton is an skilled plastic surgeon. I cannot say enough positive about the work he does. It is near miraculous the results I had with my 2 procedures with him. I'm in my 30's and had never had any surgery, more or less plastic surgery. However, I had become very concerned and unhappy with my body after two babies and way to many cheese enchiladas. I decided I'd consider lipo and something to make my breast look like they once did. I had 3 consultations with plastic surgeons that my friends had used, including Dr. Lawton. I opted for Dr. Lawton not because of how nice or friendly he seemed. I decided to put my trust in him to operate on me because he was and is the most knowledgeable and prudent. I am focused on results and so is he. I am SO HAPPY with my results! Lipo--By far and large a game changer in my life. Amazing results. Dr. Lawton is a sculptor of women. He made me my best looking me. Know this though, lipo recovery is painful. Plan on 2 weeks of wowser pain and 2 more of mild pain. After that, life is even more beautiful. Breast lift-I was droopy at best---I wasn't looking to look like a pole dancer, just a perky me. He did a great job and now I am high an tight. Who knew! Thank you, thank you, thank you to Dr. Lawton and his really nice staff. They treated me with respect and kindness.

I absolutely loved using Dr. Lawton's firm for my plastic surgery. I wanted to wait to write a review until my body completely healed and I saw the finished results. I would highly recommend Dr. Lawton to anyone looking for a plastic surgery that he practices. Comparing the procedure rates across other surgeons in the Texas market, his fees are a little above average, but it's absolutely worth every dollar spent! Plastic surgery is a huge, permanent investment, and spending the extra money on a doctor as skilled as Dr. Lawton is priceless. He also invests in you as a patient through his partnership with a company that provides you with a free body analysis, nutritional advice for your individual lifestyle, vitamins for pre and post surgery, and IV hydration electrolytes the day after your procedure to replenish your fluids. I'm beyond happy with my surgery results, and couldn't have asked for a better doctor to oversee my procedure and my recovery. I rated his practice 5 stars!

I had a consultation with dr. Lawton at 4pm. I arrived 15 min. Early to fill out paper work. At 4:15pm they still hadn’t called me back and the office wasn't busy at all. After asking how much longer it would be, I was called back and sat in a room for the rest of the hour. At 5pm I decided to leave because I was upset that a whole hour had passed and no dr. Had showed Or actual consultation had take place. I’m sure he’s a great dr. But the office management is horrible and they’re very unorganized. I had to take time off work for that, it was such a waste of my time. I would’ve rather had them be honest and schedule it initially for a different time, then have them waste my time like this. I will not be returning to this office.
