His staff were extremely rude to me as well as the doctor himself. Having not been rude to anyone, I just can’t see why I would be treated so coarsely. During my consultation the doctor kept saying things like “it won’t look like the picture” and “I’m not going to revise this three or four times”.. it was very unfair and mistakenly targeted at a person who said and did nothing to deserve such hostility. I am not going to be treated like this by anyone, especially a doctor who is moderately expensive. Dr Leif Rodgers in LA does an excellent job and his work is immaculate from what I’ve seen.

My best friend and I wanted for years to have surgery done until one day we decided to go see Dr. Kridel. We had seen a few of his patients (one was my sister) and new that if we were going to do it, it had to be with him. We had surgery 5 months ago and we both love the results! I had face and eye surgery and can't tell you how happy I am. I just look refreshed without that "she had plastic surgery look". The recovery time was short and painless. He takes some much care of his patients along with his staff. Words cannot describe what a wonderful experience it was with Dr. Kridel. This is an important disicion that we take. Don't hesitate, Dr. Kridel is the best doctor there is!!

It took me years to take the plunge. But, I did. I had a facelift and eyelid surgery with Dr. Kridel and I am just thrilled with the results. I attended a wedding and all of my friends asked what I had done because I looked 15 years younger. The recovery was much faster than I thought it would be, very little bruising. I couldn't be happier.

I had a primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Kridel, and he left my nose very crooked at the tip. Even Dr. Kridel's staff agreed that my nose looked a lot better before the surgery. When I asked Dr. Kridel to fix it and make it straight, he said he couldn't. I have written reviews on other websites, and almost always they have been removed. So beware!

I am about 6 weeks out from a grade 4 rhinoplasty revision and septaplasty surgery with Dr. Kridel. I did EXTENSIVE research before I chose my doctor. I was even willing to travel out of state if necessary. I wanted to choose the best, most capable, and skilled doctor, and I did. Dr. Kridel is still the BEST! I had my first septaplasty and rhinoplasty surgery almost 30 years ago and it was a horrific ordeal that left me feeling like I had PTSD for many years. My nose was never the same and eventually the tip started curving to the right and I could not breathe through my nose. I was too scared to go through the experience again, and I was afraid that I'd spend all the money and end up with similar results. Medicine has come a long way, in the past 30 years, and sometimes you get what you pay for in life. Dr. Kridel was not the cheapest, but I am confident that he is indeed the BEST possible option for me. I needed nine grafts to rebuild my nose, and my surgery was over 6 hours long. I woke up after surgery with minimal swelling; whereas, in my previous surgery I woke up with my eyes swollen shut and all bruised up. I never took a pain pill, as it was not needed. I did take Tylenol a few times. Bruising and swelling lasted a couple of days and then subsided. I've been waiting to review Dr. Kridel until I could fully determine the success of my surgery, and I'm super grateful to report to you that I can see that my nose will hold it's shape. I'm able to breathe and my nostrils are now symmetrical. There is no question that Dr. Kridel gave me his best work, and I'm so grateful! I've read reviews that claim that Dr. Kridel needs to move on, as he's getting older, but this is EXTREMELY false. Dr. Kridel is still very passionate about his craft and about teaching and helping others. He is still on the cutting edge of medicine in his field. He helps write text-books on these procedures, so he's clearly still extremely knowledgeable. On the day of surgery, you could tell that he was eager to help me and excited to do the surgery. There was nothing bored, checked-out, or overworked about him. I recommend that you do your research and interview a few doctors. You will see that Dr. Kridel and the two doctors that work with him are top-notch. I have met all three of them, and you cannot go wrong with their bedside manner, knowledge and expertise. This is the place you want to go for sure! I have seen Dr Caceres many times post-surgery, and he was always patient with me, kind, and caring. I was terrified to have my stitches and packing out, but he helped me get through it without any tears! Dr. Caceres truly cares about his patients and that goes a long way! Let me also point out that very few doctors do both procedures: plastic surgery (rhinoplasty) and ENT work (septaplasty). When it comes to the look and function of your nose, you want someone highly skilled at both.

I had chin liposuction with Dr. Kridel, and my results are phenomenal! I look natural but there is a huge difference. But not only am I pleased with the results, I also really enjoyed being a patient of Dr. Kridel and his staff. They were always professional, kind, and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Kridel and Associates. If you are thinking of having facial plastic surgery, he is definitely one of the top plastic surgeons in Houston.

Dr. Kridel did a face/neck (F/N) revision originally done by another acclaimed Houston MD, I will call Dr. “X”. When Dr. X did my F/N surgery, he exchanged breast implants that were placed 30 yrs earlier after a large weight loss. This 1-stop shopping approach to plastic surgery doesn’t work! Dr. X improved my F/N, but residual loose neck skin & a somewhat tired look remained; he also did not remove built up breast scar tissue with the implant exchange. My “new” breasts were dysmorphic & tender. So I went to Dr. John LoMonaco, who specializes in breast, "tummy tuck", and excess skin removal after weight loss procedures. Dr. LoMonaco removed the breast scar tissue, gave me an AWESOME lower body lift & highly recommended Dr. Kridel for my residual F/N issues. Dr. X offered to fix my F/N at the cost of the OR, but I chose Dr. Kridel. The cost of another face/neck surgery with Dr. Kridel was worth it! My face is now more natural and less tired appearing. I also LOVE the lack of loose neck skin! I find it interesting that Dr. Kridel established and oversees “The Face Foundation”, a charitable organization which helps financially–strapped victims of domestic violence undergo facial procedures, that otherwise would not be available to them. I think it is a telling testament to the level of his skillset, his integrity and his own emotional centeredness. Probably many of those battered and broken individuals are problematic and complex cases, some maybe permanently limited from ever achieving cosmetic perfection. I would imagine a few surgeons, even if paid, would chose to opt out rather than have their work displayed for possible judgment. Nonetheless, Dr. Kridel proceeds; perhaps with the goal of relieving pain, or rebuilding function, maybe restoring dignity and/or offering hope for a brighter tomorrow - nonetheless, he proceeds. Now that’s the physician I want doing my facial surgery!

I had a perforated septal perforation from a previous sinus surgery. My symptoms kept getting worse, so I wanted to see if anything could be done to repair the hole. I was referred to Dr. Kridel by my ENT doctor who said he was a specialist in this type of surgery. There is no question in my mind that I made the right decision to have Dr. Kridel do the surgery. My perforation is gone, my symptoms are gone and my life is back. The attention to detail and the level of care I received was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

The staff here is absolutely rude and nasty towards certain people. I had a consult scheduled in 2018, in which I asked if I could be re-scheduled since my meetings went over at work and I was advised that since it was same day, they still considered it a no call no show. I then had an appointment scheduled for the 31st of December and when a lady called me from the office to see if I was still coming, I told her that I was on my way and was approximately 30 minutes away. She then told me the doctor said I cannot come since I was late. She then told me that the doctor said that I can not come for a consult at all, nor get any procedures done with him since this was my 3rd time supposably having a no call no show. I then asked when was my first no call no show, and she stated that it was back in 2015. Even though I had an actual consult after 2015, she said it did not matter. I have never heard of a doctor telling a customer that they can not schedule a consult or even have surgery with him because of a missed appointment. Especially when I was actually on the phone with the office and in route to my appointment, so clearly they know that it was NOT a no call no show. Also, to try and go back to 2015 and say that I had a no call no show is absurd, especially when I had an actual consultation after that. When I initially called, I told them that I wanted to go ahead and just schedule the procedure and was advised that I had to come back for another consult since it had been a while since my last consult, which was fine with me. This office is extremely rude and unprofessional and only treat certain people this way! This is ridiculous and unacceptable as a business and especially as any type of surgeon! I even asked since I was late and they did not want me to come, if I can still pay the consult fee and get a new date and she told me NO, the doctor said that I cannot come anymore or have any future appointments. Everyone has schedules just as well as this surgeon and I am sure that he knows people would not just call them for fun to schedule a consult that they have to pay for, and then intentionally miss their appointment or just not show up for the fun of it! This is not the only surgeon and I am sure there is always better, so to treat a customer that wants to give you business very nasty is very baffling and shows how this doctor, along with the staff really is! They don't treat everyone this way, I guess they pick and choose whom they want to mistreat! This is shocking and no one would even feel comfortable having surgery with this doctor anyways after being treated as such! Dr. Kridel and the staff were extremely rude to me!! You never know who people are nor whom they know so you should always treat everyone with the same kind treatment unless you are given a reason not to! To argue with a potential customer over missing an appointment or being late and turning them down from ever doing business with them again is unheard of and very unprofessional! If a doctor and office staff can treat a customer this way, it shows how they truly are inside!!! BEWARE!!!!!! T. Richard
