I had a lower face lift and am beyond happy with my results. I have recommended Dr. Lopez to many of my friends who were equally thrilled with their results. The reason I chose Dr. Lopez was because I know at least 15 of his patients ranging in age from 40 to late 80's and they all look fantastic. When I was doing my research, I never heard a negative remark from anyone. I asked every friend to get recommendations from their Estheticians who they have seen the best results from and 9 out of 10 recommended Dr. Lopez. His attention to detail is so evident especially if you compare scars from other surgeons to Lopez's patients. You will be amazed at his work. You will also have to look very hard to even find scars as they are so perfectly placed in creases or hidden. The one thing I hear over and over (and feel is the best referral) is that after a patient has surgery with Dr. Lopez, their faces don't look like they have had all this major work done (that changes their faces dramatically), they look like themselves but 20 years younger. I also respect Dr. Lopez because he doesn't "push" surgery on you and is honest when deciding what will benefit you. I asked is I should go ahead and do my eyes since I was doing my lower face and he said no that it wasn't necessary. He could have easily said yes and made more money but he is an ethical doctor who puts his patients needs first. If you research him and learn about his extensive training you will be as impressed as I was and know he is the number one choice.

I had a nose so badly broken, I couldn't breathe through one nostril for YEARS and Dr Perro fixed it up and I don't even have the smallest scar! Kristy, his second in command, is so sweet and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all of my questions and get me any paperwork i needed for my job. Even when i had an unexpected complication from the surgery, I could call the office and they made sure to see me THAT DAY and took excellent care of me. They made sure that I was comfortable and in little to no pain for the whole experience. I know that they mostly do cosmetic procedures, but Dr Perro was great for my functional surgery as well. I would highly recommend them to people who need a broken nose fixed up. The whole staff was kind and thoughtful and honestly, their pricing is extremely reasonable for such delicate and professional work.

I cannot say enough about Advanced Aesthics Lopez Plastic Surgery. We go there for all of our dermatological, aesthetic, and cosmetic needs. Dr. Lopez and his staff are top-notch. I especially like the girls in the Boerne office because I visit there more often, but the Sonterra office is a very close second. We will never go anywhere else. Anyone on the fence about rhinoplasty? I was skeptical for so many years. I’ve wanted my nose done as far back as I can remember but I was so scared it would hurt! Also if a surgeon would mess up, this is my face! So many things went through my head. I looked up surgeon after surgeon for years, blew it off for a long time. I have a few friends that have went to Dr. Lopez for several different procedures so I looked him up. Long story short, I loved all his work. I felt confident and safe that he was the surgeon that was going to do my nose. Dr. Lopez and his team are the most caring group of people. Dr. Lopez exceeded my expectations with my nose. No complaints here! I had very little bruising that lasted 2 days, swelling was minimal and absolutely no pain! I was kind of shocked that I wasn’t hurting. I’ve always pictures of people that look like they got into a bad accident or something extreme. Honestly the worst thing was sleeping on my back. I was able to breathe out of my nose in 2 days, not completely but to where it was comfortable. Lastly, my nose is perfect!! He made my nose exactly the way I had been wanting it my entire life. It’s been a little over 2 months and I’m 100% happy with my nose. I no longer am self conscious about profile pictures. I’ve had a bad experience with another surgery and remember cheaper is not always better! Not when it comes to your face or body. Hope this helped anyone with their decision.

Joey Dixon-Julian was excellent and very thorough as she was the first to perform Botox on me. The results were incredible... Dr. Lopez did a "mini" facelift on me almost three months ago and the results are amazing! Every time my sister doctored my stitches after the surgery, she commented on what a "masterful" job he had done. (She sews and the stitches were tiny like sewing machine stitches.). The stitches are totally hidden in my hairline and behind my ears and not noticeable at all. AND, there's no excessive tightness in my face or neck, so the results look totally natural. The main result of this is that people meeting me for the first time now guess me to be much younger than my chronological age. One woman recently thought I was 40-45, until her daughters looked me up online and found out I am 69!! And she's not the only one to think I'm in that age bracket! Dr. Lopez is also very personable and easy to work with - and extremely thorough from a medical standpoint. He would be an excellent choice for anyone who wants facial plastic surgery. PS. I came from out of state to see Dr. Lopez, because my sister-in-law said he had such a good reputation. That reputation is certainly well-deserved and I later found out I would have paid an extra $2000 for my operation if I'd done it in Arkansas.

There is a reason why he is rated basically a 5. I’ve had consultations with other doctors and I just seemed to be another customer getting me in and out with the quotes. While being with Dr. Lopez, He genuinely seems interested in getting me the results I want. I’ve had some lipoatrophy to the face for 8 years (I’m in my twenties) and I would cry myself to sleep sometimes. I had a fat transfer to the face and I cried happy tears to see a big difference.. now it’s not the final product (I had a lot of scar tissue and lots of loss of volume that I will need another) but I definitely am in a totally different place and it’s thanks to Dr. Lopez. His staff is so unbelievably professional, kind and welcoming. I’m telling you... do NOT go anywhere other than Dr.Lopez’s office.
