I started my journey back in Oct 2016, I was looking for the perfect Doctor to do my BA. I had consults with a dozen doctors in my area and Dr. Obaids' office was on my list. I went in for my consult and met with Dr. Obaids partner Dr. Jon Ver Halen. From the moment I set up the consult to the moment I left everything was Great! The front of house staff was very kind and I cant brag enough about the Patient Coordinator Melissa (will get more into that later). Dr. Ver Halen sat and talked with me for almost 2 hours about what I wanted, concerns I had, and about an existing medical issue I have that would need to worked around. He didn't seem to care about the time it took or the crazy questions I asked, he just happily sat there and talked with me. When I left I was certain that he would be my PS but, I had to finish my list. But as soon as I did I went back to schedule my surgery with him. Oct 10, 2017 was my day for surgery and it went smoothly, I chose 450cc IDEAL implants. Recovery went even better. Melissa called and sent me text messages to check up on me and also let me call and text her when I had any concerns or questions. She didn't mind taking time to talk to me when she was off the clock. She is GREAT! When I started going in for my postop appointments I saw Dr. V. at first, but then found out that he would be leaving the practice to pursue other ventures. So, I continued my postop appts. with Dr.O. Through my 8 month time with him I decided that I wanted larger implants (my decision)! you know the old saying "its bigger in Texas" lol. I chose to go up to 700cc IDEAL implants and I had my surgery on June 5th 2018 with Dr. O. The days leading up to surgery were kinda crazy for me because I was starting to doubt my decision. But the girls in the office helped me clam down and talked with me about everything so when the big day came I wasn't nervous about my choice. Dr. O's bedside manor is second to none and the nursing staff that prepped me was fantastic. Im a week out now. Melissa is still checking up on me. I am back at work feeling great, not 100% yet, but ill be there soon enough. I can already tell I'm going to love my results once all the swelling goes down and my implants settle.... If I decide to have any other cosmetic surgery's Dr. O will for sure be the one to do them! I hope my review is helpful to anyone considering PS.

Love Dr. Obaid, Melissa, and staff! In fact, my whole family is in love with his beautiful work of art, truly an artist. Can't even imagine what I'd do without them. They have taken care of many of my family members and are many to come. You may be able to find tons of surgeons, yet there is nothing compared to how humble and kind hearted Dr. O is. Every time I see him I'm just amazed by his beautiful heart and work of art along with his attitude toward patients and even his staff members. I've been to Beverly Hills for a different procedure yet now I regret it and wished I had started with Dr. O from the start. He is truly a gem!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Obaid, his staff & his talent as a surgeon. I had a tummy tuck & fat transfer a month ago. I was checked up on regularly, never rushed & my results have been outstanding! I will be back for more work once I have healed from this procedure. This establishment is run properly and patient care level, superb! Highly recommend making the effort to have any of your plastic surgery needs taken care of with NTPS.

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing Dr. Obaid is, along with his staff. I am now a year and half out of surgery. I am beyond happy with my results!! I was nervous about having a tummy tuck in his surgical suite vs a hospital, the suite was such a wonderful experience!! The staff was there for me every step of the way after my surgery. Daily check-ins and comforting when I needed it. As someone who works out all the time and does a lot of cardio I could not lose that subcutaneous fat. I could not be prouder of my newly shaped body. I actually went on a cruise in February and for the first time in my life wore a bikini at 58!!! As for my scar, I can barely see it anymore!! I have wanted this procedure done for 20 years and was afraid. I wish I did this years ago!! Dr Obaid is a master of his craft!!!

From my very first phone call with Melissa (patient coordinator / mentor and supporter for the overly concerned such as myself!) through the actual procedure was a pleasurable experience. Melissa went above and beyond to accommodate my busy calendar and even provided me with her cell number that I utilized more often than any person should! I had my consult last Friday and my procedure literally 7 days later. Meeting with Dr. Obaid and feeling his energy and confidence, I canceled all other consultations I had booked and immediately knew that North Texas Plastic Surgeons with Dr. Obaid and his staff was exactly where I wanted to be. It was trust from hello! Nurse Heather helped fit me into sizers and even the day of surgery Melissa and Lindsay put me back into sizers (I still wasn't sure the size I wanted) and gave me their honest opinions on what looked best for my body. During the procedure Dr. Obaid had an excellent bedside manner that was full of optimism and made me feel 100% confident in my decision for the procedure and the surgeon I'd chosen. Being board certified and Harvard trained are just a few of the perks I found pleasing with Dr. Obaid. I'm anxious to heal and see my final results and am confident that Dr. Obaid genuinely wants his patients to be completely satisfied with their results. I'm already planning my next procedure with him (and with the help of the lovely Melissa) now! If you're looking for an artistic, highly trained, outstanding energy, and caring surgeon, look no further than Dr. Obaid!

Dr. Obaid and his staff were so kind and helpful. He was at the top of my list when I was picking surgeons for my BBL and after I met him it was a done deal for me!! He was so helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I ABSOLUTELY loved the results i got. It was better than what I expected. I always love going to follow ups becuase they treat you like family. I had some skin complication after surgery due to my skin tone and Dr. Obaid was great on helping me deal with the complications. Best decision I have ever made. You wont regret it.

I am amending a review I posted earlier in the week. I had originally given the office a 1 star rating because of the lack of communication and other factors (the original review is below). However, Dr. Obaid called me personally to rectify the situation. If only all Doctors cared this much about what a patient went through! Our case is a very small cyst that has to be removed from my son's head, and he could just as easily moved on to bigger cases. I am extremely impressed that he would take the time to call us and actually cares about what happens to my son. Original Review: If I could give this office less than one star I would. We had a consultation to remove a small cyst from my sons forehead on December 1st 2014. I was told that they would get back with me within a couple of weeks once benefits had been verified. I gave them over a month and when I still had not heard back I called and was told that someone would get back with me. Almost two weeks later still nothing. Called last Thursday and was told by the office manager that the person I needed to speak with was on the phone and that she would get back to me within the hour. 5 days later, I called again to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes only to be told that we have not met any of our deductible. I do medical billing and am well aware that we are over halfway to our deductible. I thought that after waiting this long at least the information would be correct. I was looking at my benefits page as I was speaking with her. Absolutely deplorable professionalism. Not even an apology. I guess that since we were not there for high end cosmetic surgery, we did not qualify for professional, courteous or even accurate service.

I had my BA a little over a month ago with Dr. Obaid. I'm super pleased with my results! My augmentation looks and feels extremely natural, which was my goal. People who know me would probably notice the difference, but anyone else would never guess that I'd had cosmetic surgery. Dr. Obaid and his staff made the whole process easy and seamless, from my initial consultation to surgery and then throughout recovery. Post-surgery, Melissa always responded to my texts extremely promptly to answer all of the questions that popped up. (Yep, even after hours). All of the nurses in his practice are really nice and professional. Everyone makes you feel really comfortable. Dr. Obaid was the only surgeon I met with - although I had additional consults scheduled, after meeting with him I cancelled them all and immediately booked my surgery date before leaving. I'm not sure how their pricing compares to other places, but I felt like the price was affordable and after the fact I'd definitely say it was worth every penny and I'd totally do the whole thing all over again! Recovery was only slightly rough the first couple days, but I was able to return to work 1 week post-surgery. (Probably could have sooner, but I'm a baby and I welcomed the extra time off to take it easy!) The only negative or *semi* drawback is that for my initial consultation, as well as during followup appointments that the wait was a little longer than anticipated. I think it's because they don't rush anyone out the door though, they make sure each patient's questions/concerns are addressed during their appointment time. When YOU'RE the one in the room with the doctor/nurses though, you appreciate that they aren't trying to push you out the door; They make you feel like you're their only patient when it's your turn, which is really great!

Dr obaid did my sons cleft lip repair. He did a great job. The only thing i wish was that we were able to meet with him more during the appts. We only saw the nurses in his office after his surgery.

I had breast augmentation done with Dr Sacha Obaid and I am happy with my results! The nurses, receptionist, everyone was positive and helpful. Dr. Obaid is not the type of doctor that will convince to go bigger, but my advice (coming from a petite patient) is to go at least 25cc bigger which may not make a difference but that’s just my advice. But overall I am SO HAPPY with my results! I told him the look I was waiting to achieve and he listened and made it happened! A couple hours after my surgery I took a pain killer and I felt weak etc and I called Dr. Obaid and he answered right away and he called me the next day to check on me, I never had a doctor called me personally to check up on me. I also want to mention Melissa too, I was able to to text her anytime with any questions or concerns. She was super helpful with that and also my financing questions before I paid for the surgery.

I just got off the phone with his patient coordinator and I was very offended with the way in which she handled herself. I was calling to schedule a consultation with Doctor Obeid because of the great reviews I have seen and was expecting to be treated with respect instead I was treated very poorly. I am not sure if the way I was treated was in regards to my ethnicity or my accent, but I found it very unprofessional. I was told upfront the price in a very condecending tone and asked if I was going to be the one responsible for the account. I am insulted with the way I was treated. I feel as though a consultation is necessary beforehand. If this is how his staff choses to treat potential patients, it might be in his best interest to reevaluate the staff he employ. After expressing my complaint I was told "We like to give as much information as possible up front to make best use of your time" ..My time? Or Doctor's time? I think if I'm calling is because I can afford it.

My experience with Dr. Obaids' office and team was extraordinary from start to finish! His team of nurses and staff went above and beyond any expectation I could have ever had. Every post surgical question, concern was heard and responded to promptly day or night. Cell phone numbers were offered without my requesting them, and when these were used...response was fast, if not immediate. Results have been incredible!

Dr. Obaid and staff are absolutely the best. If you are looking for the best plastic surgeon and staff in the country no need to search anymore. My husband did a great deal of research and I can tell you hands down Dr. Obaid has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this field. He is not only sharp, but he takes the time to connect with you. He is very professional, kind and caring. I love that he asks you what results you would like and he personalizes your surgery to meet all your needs and wants. He goes into detail on what to expect and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. Throughout the recovery he was available to answer any questions or concerns. He even provided his personal cell phone number to contact him at any time. I can tell you not many Doctors don’t do this. I am very pleased with my results and feel and look like I did in my 20’s. I will definitely recommend Dr. Obaid to all my family and friends.
