Dr. Ha did a great surgery for me. I read reviews that said he wasn't personable but I didn't feel that way at all. I don't need my surgeon to be my friend, I need him to be knowledgeable and skilled. I researched many plastic surgeons and have had surgery before with doctors that are closer to where I live. My experience with Dr. Ha was much better and worth the hour drive for appointments. I felt safe and in confident hands. I love my results and would highly recommend him. His scheduling manager Leslie was also very helpful and kind. She really put my nerves at ease! Overeall, great experience!

Dr. Richard Ha is a wonderful and talented plastic surgeon. He removed my forehead osteoma and made sure I would heal with the most minimal to no scar. My surgery was Oct 23 and he is still seeing me every 4 to 6 weeks and I can hardly see a scar. He’s a perfectionist!

Dr Ha and his staff are AMAZING! They are my army of Angels. I cannot begin to tell you the level of personal care I have received ...FROM DAY ONE!!! And let me tell you, from day one to 2 months later, I'm still receiving that same level of care. Actually, I'm receiving MORE, which I wouldn't think possible. Let me first start with Angel #1, Hanna. When I say, if it weren't for her, I could very well nor be here to type this to you today, that's exactly what I mean. I'd seriously be here typing all day if I had to tell you everything that she's done for me, but let me summarize. She is the sweetest person EVER, but she also knows her job. She easily connects with patients and gets to know THEM, not just the reason or treatment hey're there for. She is very personable, is open and honest with you about your treatment or care, and is super accommodating. She came in on her day off one day just to do my wound care treatment for me. Tell me how many times anyone from your doctor's office has done that for you. Hanna helped me through rough times when under the care of the surgeon who did my reduction. There was very much a lack of care, concern, and especially communication from my first surgeon. Hanna had to explain things to me that my first surgeon was not explaining. She was the one who firgured out why I was having excruciating headaches when we started treating my breast for circulation problem following the surgery. She gave me support," encouragement, and hugs...even though I didn't ask for it, but she knew when it was needed. I had a billing question...she took the initiative to find out what happened and why. She didn't have to do that. Because of her referral to Dr Ha, I got the treatment I needed. I almost lost my right breast due to the lack of care and concern of the surgeon who did my reduction and wound care. But Dr. Ha willingly (thank God and thanks to Hanna) took me on as a patient and has been helping me back to full recovery ever since. Angel #2, Christi. These guys HAVE TO love their jobs. Due to different issues that have come up after hours, Christi has had to come in to the office, or go to the hospital to assist in my care. Not once did she make me feel like I was a bother or thorn in her side. She's definitely Dr Ha's right hand woman

Had breast reduction done about a month ago with Dr. Ha and I couldn't be more happy with the results. For years I dealt with severe back pain, I could barely hold myself up some days and it was nearly impossible to do most exercise routines. After a week I already noticed a huge difference with my on going back pain I had for the last 5 years. After 3 weeks I feel 30 pounds lighter, little to no back pain, I can fit into my clothes better and I feel confident in my body for the first time in years. Dr. Ha did an amazing job of removing several moles from my teenage daughter's neck, scalp, back and one in a very critical area, the bottom of her eye. She was worried about missing eyelashes and a visible scar. There is no visible scar and very few eyelashes were removed. Dr. Ha gave my daughter the chance to ask questions and explained what he was going to do. I believe that helped her feel more confident about the procedure beforehand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Ha to others. He would be my first choice if I too had a surgical need.

Dr. Ha reconstructed my skull/forehead due to complications from brain surgery. He truly is an artist! My forehead and skull was caved in in areas and deep crevices in others. My head looks amazing! Dr. Richard Ha and his staff made all the difference in the world to me. In early 2016, I suffered an infection which left a crater in the very center of my nose about the size of a pencil eraser and millimeters recessed into the skin. It was deep, fibrous, and completely visible despite all attempts to conceal it even with film-grade filler cosmetics. I was devastated and shut indoors for most of my time. After extensive research, I chose Dr. Ha to perform a scar excision in January of 2017. His staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. I knew that when one of them showed me their own scar revision performed by Dr. Ha, that I was making the correct choice. Dr. Ha was careful to look at my medical history and meticulous with his surgical plan, which he explained in depth to me. He excised my scar and worked with me on aftercare to achieve the best results. It has been just over a year and after healing from the excision surgery, along with two microneedling treatments to aid in evening the skin texture, you cannot tell that this horrendous scar ever happened to me at all. It is in the middle of my face and you would never know I had a scar there to begin with. I find myself looking in the mirror – it's hard to believe! Dr. Ha was the best choice I could have made. He and his staff took a traumatic experience and turned it into a healing one. I have my self-confidence back and owe it all to the staff at his practice.

I had two moles excised from my face approximately a month ago, and my face is healing very nicely. Initially, I was anxious about my procedure as I worried about significant scaring. However, even at 2 weeks post-op, my scar was barely noticeable! Dr. Ha did a great job! On the downside, the wait time is long (like most doctor offices), and could definitely be improved.

I am never one to post reviews but Dr. Ha and his staff deserve every bit of recognition. From the initial visit, testing, surgery and recovery every encounter was a breeze. I visited Dr Ha concerning my craniofacial trauma. Dr Ha was very compassionate and thorough. He took extra time in explaining each fracture, various treatment options available and my restrictions to me and my mother. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Ha and his staff. They were very comforting and accommodating to my wheelchair restrictions.

I did find it unprofessional that Dr. Ha failed to explain all the post surgical symptoms I would experience. This was a shock and a surprise to me because I was not told of month and a half long nerve pain I would endure following my surgery. Also, after I developed a fever, a day following the surgery his office could not be less interested in my new found predicament and told me to go to my primary care physician, which I found odd because my fever was directly related to the surgery. I developed a skin infection on the surgical area. This was a huge red flag that Dr. Ha does not care about what happens to you after you write him a fat check. Dr. Ha at times lacks bedside manners and comes off as cold or not interested in what the patient has to say. He has failed to listen to my concerns following my surgery. I was not happy that someone of his stature would disregard my concerns without a medical explanation, be disrespectful to me and at times be condescending. Overall, Dr. Ha is a good at what he does but so are the most plastic surgeons around. If you want a surgeon who will do a good job, inform you in advance of all symptoms that will come post surgery, have great bedside manners, be respectful, listen, be polite and treat you with respect then you should definitely not go to Dr. Ha but please find another plastic surgeon nearby. Hope this helps you not to become Dr. Ha’s next victim.

One of the OR nurses called him a perfectionist....which if you need a plastic surgeon wouldn't you want the best?! I couldn't be more pleased with Dr Ha!

This review is long overdue. Dr Ha did a tummy tuck on me with muscle tightening 7 or 8 years ago. I could not be happier with the result. Not only did it take away my baby apron and about 1/2 of my stretch marks... the reconstructed navel is beautiful...the scar is perfect and my abs are as tight today as they were right after surgery. I could not have asked for a better result. It's a tough surgery but even with a fairly lengthy recovery I would do it again. Dr Ha is an awesome plastic surgeon and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering making a change.
