I saw Dr. Cilento for cosmetic treatment today for the first time. I was super impressed with his office and the staff were so friendly and fun. I have had cosmetic procedures in the past but I haven’t really been satisfied and I didn’t know exactly what it was that I didn’t like. Dr. Cilento was very patient and gave me exactly what I needed and I couldn’t be more happy. I will most definitely be back and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family!

Dr. Cilento and his staff were fantastic through the entire procedure. They talked through every step and never rushed anything. There are a couple of parts that are uncomfortable. Not painful, just a little uncomfortable since you are not used to someone shoving soaked cotton that far up a nostril. Again, nothing was painful. And again, Dr. Cilento and staff were extremely patient through every single part of the process. The only after affects were a slight headache when I left. 2 Tylenol took care of that. I did not experience anything else except sinus relief afterwards. I highly recommend this procedure to anyone needing sinus relief and experiencing ongoing sinus infections but uncomfortable with the idea of nasal surgery. This new process is a fantastic alternative! And I highly recommend Dr. Cilento to anyone wanting to pursue this procedure.

I went to DR. Cilento for a mandibular fracture, The office staff was polite and knowledgeable. Had almost no wait time. Dr.Cilento was incredibly nice , and made me feel like everything was going to be OK, no rush consultations . If I could give a zero star review I would. I have to say I am very disappointed in their service and when I mean their service. I went in for my voice. I have been having some hoarseness and loss of voice in recent months. So I went online to my insurance website and I ended up here. Worst decision ever. He performed a simple Rhinoscopy, basically to visually inspect my vocal chords. upon completing the test he mentioned that I had a lump or nodule on my vocal chord ( never mentioning which one) To me it seemed like he went directly into talking about allergies and sinus issues. I didn't mention anything about headaches or severe allergic symptoms. I had no interest in talking about my allergies. I just wanna know why my voice is acting up. Now I know I am not a doctor, by all means I am not. but I left honestly just disappointed so I opted out for another opinion. I went the next day to another doctor that was referred to me by a friend, I didn't even think of getting my medical records sent over from his office, but last minute I thought well he should have them on hand so they can see what they did, what they found and so forth. I get to my new doctors appointment and when he reads the records I am pretty confused because they said I had CT scan?!? what in the world, I clearly didn't and he fails to mention anything about my vocal chords. no nodule findings, nothing of that sort. My new doctor was confused as he did the same procedure and found that I have a paralyzed left vocal chord and also a nodule. which I knew about the nodule or lump but Dr. Cilento failed to ever mention the paralyzed vocal chord. I just feel as though I wasn't given the proper medical care I deserved and after calling to seek some answers well I was never called back like they said they were. My main concern is why there medical records were wrong. You have 2 ppl in the room with you. The Dr. and one jotting down everything so how in the world do you get CT Scan from a simple procedure. So by just reading the medical records my doctor wouldn't have known I had a nodule on my vocal chord, he would have simply said there was no record of that but I did once again have CT scan. It just amazes me how careless they are. The lady on the phone when I called was rude as well. saying she had no answers and would get back with me. I want my money back and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. though I have to say the girl when I was leaving was really nice.

Dr. Ben Cilento is an amazing doctor and I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know! I first went in for allergy related sinus issues, migraines, and nosebleeds after my sister referred him to me. He was very knowledgeable and after a very thorough exam, noticed that I had a deviated septum and would be a good candidate for a septoplasty to repair my nasal airways as well as have my tonsils taken out. While I was there I decided I also wanted to have the outer appearance of my nose fixed because I have always been extremely self conscious about it. It has been almost 6 weeks after the surgeries and I feel amazing! I can breath so much easier now which has resulted in certain foods tasting better, sleeping better, even my sense of smell is better. The staff at Dr. Cilento's office is just as amazing as him! Everyone is extremely nice, knowledgeable, and always make you feel like a part of their family.

The staff is a nightmare! I attempted to pay for almost $7000 with $1000 of it on care credit financing and the rest in cash from my bank account/card; however they stated they would not take anything on care credit unless it is over $1000! So I guess you'd rather have someone finance the whole thing to get your money than get over 75% of it all of front! Also by asking this, they would not give me the "discounted price"! The staff was super rude because I called back two days in a row to try and get answers to these questions but no one but one person in particular could help and they were out of the office for 2 days. I explained that I needed to schedule and in order to do so, I need all the numbers and options (can I use part care credit, part in full, etc.) and I was told “well his schedule is out until the end of the month anyways”. My reaction... SO?! I, like most, work and need to give adequate notice for this surgery so I would like to know what I need to, to be able to schedule it. You also can't get the pricing for the extra hospital and anesthesia expenses because, although they really only do them one or two hospitals and how many of them so they should know, they have to send your information to the hospital to get them and have the hospital call you?! Well, gee that’s convenient for me, the patient, who you are supposed to be helping and who pays for your massive salary! In order to get these numbers from the hospital, they want you to schedule the surgery first! Who in their right mind schedules a surgery such as this without knowing how much it is going to cost in its entirety (besides those with tons of money who don't care I guess)?!?! Not only would they be getting this total amount out of my pocket, I would have been having a portion of the surgery done where my insurance would pick up the total at 100% (on top of the $7,000). Little FYI, most other surgeons offices know all of this information and allow you to use part care credit, etc. and there are PLENTY of other ENT/Plastic Surgeons to go to that will love to take your money (as well as be polite and accommodating at the same time)! Ridiculous waste of my time. I can only imagine if it took this much to get these answers, which I have yet to receive all of them (still need the $ for the hospital and anesthesia), and the ones I did get (like pulling teeth) were horrible; how much fun the actually billing would be closer to surgery and after! No thank you!

It doesn't seem to matter what type of nose you have, he can make you breathe better, look better and does it all with the gentle touch of a true professional. If you are thinking of going elsewhere, you are making a big mistake...

As a first time patient, I was really impress with the staff, they made the check In for a new patient easy and hassle free. I was going in because my wife is tired of my snoring/heaving breathing. I thought a sleep study or something like that. After a CT of my sinuses , Dr. Cilento carefully explained that he had some big concerns about my sinuses, and my ability to breathe properly. He explained it pretty thoroughly, that I'm excited to move forward, and it fix right away.

Would have loved the opportunity to see this doctor. The customer service I received just by the phone called I made with whoever answered the phone is the reason I will not step foot in his office. From that first contact with the office should be a good experience. Lost out on a potential patient and money due to the girl you have answering your phone. Rushed me off the phone like I was nothing while trying to set a appt to come in and sounded irritated while I tried to work something out around the dr’s schedule.

Edited 6/18- the office reached out with an apology and an effort to make it right. I have updated my review to reflect that. The doctor is talented and very capable. But the office staff is incompetent and complete liars. It’s very unfortunate because it’s this doctor’s name on the line. But they tell you one thing and do another. Don’t honor the words that come out of their own mouths. I applied for credit and was ready to book surgery but based on these business practices I will look for another provider. It’s really a shame because it’s a beautiful office and I loved the doctor’s knowledge and bedside manner. But I am now out money and everyone is just saying “sorry”. No accountability. Imagine if I had had the surgery!

I was referred to Dr. Cilento by Dr. Bednarski due to Right nasal valve collapse and obstructive sleep apnea. He recommened I get nasal valve reconstruction, tonsilectomy, and Triple P which means getting my palate trimmed. He felt that it would help me breathe, rid of obstruction which is causing me to snore, lack of sleep and stop wearing nasal strips on my bridge of my nose. I decided to do all of this in one surgery and was very warned that it was going to be a difficult recovery due to pain. Nonetheless, I did not want to go and do two surgeries, I decided to do all of it done at once. After getting clearance from my insurance, I got the surgery done. Instantly I can breathe through my nose however the pain was difficult and anxiety from the anthsesia and nausea from pain meds was hard for the first 3 days, after those days, I was able to get off all narcotics and just do tylenol and ibuprofen and drank lots of water. There is no way to avoid the pain, just need to push through it and day by day and it does get better. I am writing this after 3 weeks of surgery and my husbands reports of no snoring, I sleep way better. Still getting my energy back but I can breathe!!! I was able to reach staff and Dr. Cilento easily with question and support. Dr. Cilento was very easy going, kind, courteous, knew what he was doing, and the best bedside manner. Loved the office staff, wait time was minimal. I strongly recommend him for any of your needs for ENT facial plastic surgery.

I had been suffering with ongoing sinus infections. In addition when I tried to sleep at night I had a chronic cough which would keep me awake and required me to sit almost upright to be able to get any sleep. Dr. Cilento performed balloon sinuplasty and now after just three weeks my cough is gone and I'm breathing so much better. Dr. Cilento and staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend making an appointment if you have recurring sinus problems.

The Most Talented and Skilled Surgeon !! Dr. Cilento has an artistic gift in plastic surgery; he knew exactly how to make my nose look naturally beautiful and I got a perfect result. After doing extensive research, I finally met Dr. Cilento for a Rhinoplasty and it was clearly apparent that he has extensive knowledge and experience. In our initial meeting, he was very patient and answered all my questions. On the day of surgery, he made me feel comfortable and was very caring. I had great results and no bruising because of the extra time and care Dr. Cilento took during surgery. After surgery, I was able to call him on his private cell phone and get a quick response. He was very attentive for my care before and after surgery. I am so thankful for my improved breathing and beautiful nose. Dr. Ben Cilento deserves 5- Stars! Dr. Ben Cilento is an excellent and experienced ENT Surgeon with clearly strong abilities in Aesthetic procedures. His strengths are: • in being a highly intelligent clear-thinker; • in having a trained eye for aesthetics; • in having considerable senior-level experience; • High empathy levels with patients and his staff team. How I came to know Dr. Cilento: I had suffered for 4 years in Houston from constant daily nose bleeds, deafness, and allergies. ENT surgeons, hospitals and clinics provided silver nitrate to quarterized the veins; a sleep apnea device to help me sleep; and a number of sprays and pills. They all stated there was no cure. It was a miserable predicament!! I then consulted Dr. Cilento who found an abnormal bone formation (terbinate) located in the left nostril. All of the other consulted ENT doctors/ surgeons missed this, even with several X-Rays and Brain scans. Owing to the thin layer of skin on the nose, I found that Houston surgeons generally were not prepared to operate. However, Dr. Cilento was able to do so and carried out a very long operation successfully. I asked him how he did it. His response was “There was no rush. I took my time.” Following the operation, there was some bleeding and swelling which was my fault (carrying things around at home after the operation)! Dr. Cilento treated me to full recovery. I would say he is surgeon of “uncommon talent”. Where I am today as a Result of Dr Cilento’s Surgical Treatment: The deafness in my left ear was healed as a result of the operation. I am now able to breathe through both nostrils which obviated the need for a sleep apnea machine. I now live a normal life and being able to play the piano again has been a miracle!! I was taking my daughter to see Dr. Cilento for her tonsil issues. I knew he was also a plastic surgeon. I mentioned I thought I needed a neck lift. He said no you dont..... But, you could use bletharplasty. (This can be done on upper and lower part of your eyes.)I didnt even know what that was at the time. When I left his office I was obsessed with my under eye wrinkles and excess skin. After a long dilberation I decided to get the almost 7k surgery. During certain visits with Dr. Cilento I found him to be rather moody. I never knew what I was going to get. I was nervous and had apprenhension about the surgery....., as I am sure most people are. I did not feel like he had any empathy. He would just say if you are this nervous then perhaps you should not get the surgery. Why wouldnt he just reassure me if he was confident the procedure would go well and I Would have good results? He does not own his own practice and is affiliated with Allergy amd Asthma. So you end up paying Allergy & Asthma, Cilento's fee determined by A&A, surgery center ( which he is vested and self referred) and anesthesiologist. Your pre-op and post-op are not included in the price of the surgery and certainly not your 3-6 month appt. I was supposed to have a 3 -6 month follow up. I have decide not to go and pay him approx. $100 visit charge to let him know I am unhappy with the results. I used to have about three tiny skin folds under my eye and now i have just one less skin fold after the $7000 surgery. I can still see two skin fold under each of my eyes. I doubt he would admit he could have done better.I realized that my surgery results should have been better when I saw before and after pictures of other patients that had my same surgery. They looked like I envisioned I would. Smooth...... results. I am sad and :( disappointed. His male nurse was great though.

Dr Cilento is very knowledgeable, approachable, and just an all around good person. He doesn't try to push any procedures and makes sure you're at ease both before and after surgery. Dr Cilento has great experience and you can tell he knows his stuff. I went to 3 other doctors before coming to Dr CIlento but I'm glad I did, everything came out perfect. If you're looking for a plastic surgeon/ENT around the Spring/Woodlands area, Dr CIlento should be your first option.

I went to Dr Cilento for a revision Rhinoplasty. 2 prior surgeries had left me without the ability to breathe out of my nose, smell or really taste food. It was misshapen and crooked. I am 2 weeks out from surgery, feeling fantastic! Not only can I breathe normally, my nose looks perfect! I also had a face lift and liposuction on the lower part of my face and I can now see my beautiful jawline! It is amazing. I went to see Dr. Cilento for throat issues. Staff was very friendly and had bottled water upon request. At the initial visit, Dr. Cilento took his time talking with me about my symptoms. He was thorough in his explanations and thought processes. I was then scheduled some diagnostic testing. A few days later, after the ordered tests were received, he went over the results on the phone with me (I work across town, so this was a major convenience). He was patient with me on the phone despite not having scheduled an appointment and answered all of my questions. His staff set me up with an appointment at a different specialist for a separate test on the same phone call I was very impressed and will rely on him in the future if necessary. Great doctor, great people working for him.

I have had severe sinus problems for over 40 years. I started having severe respiratory problems around Thanksgiving 2017. It kept getting worse and finally I went to see a respiratory specialist. After an MRI and CAT scan along with several breathing tests he said I needed to see a ENT specialist ASAP. My wife did quite a bit of research and became convinced that Dr. Cilento was the man for us. On my first visit I came away super impressed wit,h him and his staff. After looking at my scan he told me what we needed to do to make the last 40 years go away. In less then 6 weeks he changed my whole world. I would recommend Dr. Cilento to any one having any sinus problems. You could not put yourself in better hands.
