There’s not enough great things I can say about Dr.Martin, I’m two weeks postop and i’m already planning another surgery lol . Everyone there is very friendly and professional! Great bed side manners very clean friendly environment they answered every question and phone call I had ,this is the short version lol again Dr.Martin is everything you want in a doctor! I’m glad I found him.

They tried canceling the day before my surgery because the doctor was stuck out of town. Had to reschedule my surgery to a later time. While I was laying on the operating table with an IV in my arm about to be put to sleep the anesthesiologist asks me “ so how are you going to be paying me”.. even though I had already paid in full weeks prior. Not given nor recommend proper after care garment. Had to find a proper one on my own. Follow up appointments were hour long wait. Questions went unanswered for long periods of time. They took me off pain meds and wouldn’t prescribe me anymore even though I was still in unbearable pain. They sold me a scar cream that didn’t work for aftercare and when I tried to return it they would not refund me. It’s not right to haggle someone who has spent thousands of dollars at your facility over not refunding me an $85 cream. On top of all of this when I shared all of the above concerns nothing was offered in return to try to make things right. Y’all have loss me as a client and I can no longer recommend coming here.

I absolutely love love love Dr Martin and his staff! Dixie is the most professional and kind nurse and he has the best bedside manner. I was scheduled for my surgery and his flight got cancelled so my surgery was delayed by one day. This was handled exactly as it should have been. Since I live far away I was staying in a hotel and he reimbursed me for the second night stay. He does amazing work my scars are barley visible and I had zero problems with recovery. He is the best in my opinion. He is patient and takes his time with you. ❤️ Oh and as far as a scar cream they never tried to sale me anything. I even ask about it and they said if you need it later we can talk about then. I highly recommend him!!!

Becca did my Botox and she is the sweetest thing ever! Dr Martin also came in to introduce himself and was so warm and friendly. Honestly, probably the best clinic I’ve ever been to. So happy I was referred to them! I will definitely be returning here in the future.
