My whole experience with Dr. Ciaravino and his team was exceptionally professional. I felt very comfortable asking all my questions about my breast augmentation. I'm two days post-op and have had very little to no pain, just a little sore. The surgery went so smooth. The anesthesiologist was great at calming my nerves since needles scare me. I got the miradry procedure done about 4 weeks ago & I am loving the results! I don’t have to wear deodorant anymore and my hair has also reduced in growth. Salta did the procedure, she was very attentive throughout the whole process. She even followed up the next day to see how I was doing. I only had some discomfort for the first day and a half and the ice packs she gave me made it easy to deal with. Miradry is an investment but worth every penny as you won’t have to spend money on deodorant or replace ruined shirts due to sweat stains. I Highly recommend!

His surgical technique causes minimal trauma and the recovery is quick. His anesthesia team provides an anesthetic that significantly minimizes any risk of nausea (which was very important me me). I did TONS of research for months on who to go with in many different states. I looked at profile after profile, befores and afters for literally hours! I called tons of offices; the whole works! When you do something like this, you want to make sure your money goes to the exact look you want. I had a number of reasons for going with Dr. Ciaravino BUT I didn’t have some concerns. I read reviews from recent all the way back to 2015. Everyone seemed to like the outcome but there was so many negative things said about the staff which worried me because when you go in for an operation like this, you want people to make you feel comfortable and be friendly. All that aside, I was like okay whatever I’m going here anyways! So thankful I did!!! The staff was super friendly with me. I’m an out of state patient (I had all 3 of my appointments back to back for 3 days straight and at different times of the day) so I dealt with a new girl every time I went into a different room and all of them were super friendly and answered all of my questions. No one made me feel bad or insecure or dumb, etc. In fact, right after surgery the anesthesia had me really sick (typical for me) and the girl that I woke up to helped me sit up, grabbed a trash can super fast and RUBBED MY BACK! Like really?! How can that get a bad review. She even got my some water and mint. They wheeled me out to my SUV, helped me in, Buckled me in and out my glasses in the car for me. Once I got back home to Oklahoma, anytime I’d call and have questions (often lol) they were more than happy to help and all of my calls were answered or returned within the day (if i called after hours). I had a great experience. I think some people just want phone call after phone call and have unrealistic expectations. It’s been 2 weeks and 1 day since surgery. I just recently removed the tape off my stitches and I’m healing well and I look great. I’d recommend them again and again. Last thing, GO BIGGER! Everyone said it, luckily I listened and I’m so glad I did! You’ll want them bigger if you go smaller. Trust us! I wanted a very natural look and Dr told me I wouldn’t have it AS natural if I went bigger; i did it anyways and so pleased. I would’ve been bummed if I stayed with the first smaller size I was wanting. Just ask to see how big you can go. It’s worth it. I promise! :) I haven’t been sized yet because they said to wait 2 weeks but I tried to put on a bra that was over a cup size bigger than my normal and it didn’t fit so I’m pumped! Lol I hope this puts someone’s mind at ease with seeing these other reviews. Just remember, it’s usually the unreasonable that leave reviews lol

This doc is absolutely amazing. He is super nice and very knowledgeable. I have had 2 augmentations by another doctor 12 years ago, and my chest was past due for a redo, especially after having 2 kids. I had gone to 3 different doctors for a quote, and each wanted to do the most costly procedure. Dr. Ciaravino was the only one with a different solution that saved me lots. My new breasts look absolutely amazing. Very disappointed! After the filler injection went wrong, I asked Dr Ciaravino to dissolve it for me. It not only dissolved some of his injection also dissolved all my previous injection. Today, nearly one month went by, my laughing line is even deeper because the filler makes my apple muscle saggy and droopy. I called the office yesterday to see if they can give me a discount as I paid $650, which is actually higher than market price. I was told they are going to call me back. They never call me back. This morning I called again. The front desk lady said the doctor is very busy and has no time for this. I asked then I need call tomorrow and the day after tomorrow again. She said the doctor is very busy and maybe I can try to call one week later. Later on I called again and said I need her to let the doctor know about this. She then told me she already talked with the doctor and they suggest I just wait till all fillers wear out. When I asked for her name, she just hung me up. I feel offering a discount is a gesture. I am not only paying for the filler, I am also paying for Doctor's injection skill. That's why knowing the place charges more than other place, I still go there. If Doctor didn't inject in the right spot, my understanding is that Doctor could offer a discount at least instead of letting the patient pay the money but get bad result and need spend more fixing it by herself. I do not feel the place really cares about the patients. All they care is that you pay and walk out. How does the filler go wrong? I went to the clinic for filler injection to even my laughing line. Unfortunately, all the filler went above the laughing line and was absorbed in the lower of my apple muscle. Because of the extra weight of the filler added to the apple muscle, the area is droopy and the laughing line is turning deeper. I went back two weeks later and asked for dissolving the filler. Three days after that, I noticed the filler in the apple muscle didn't really got dissolved, instead, the previous filler I injected around my laughing line over one year ago was dissolved, which causing the apple muscle area still high, the laughing line area much lower. Now, my laughing line is much deeper and my face look tired and unhappy. I am really depressed about this .I spent $650 for the filler injection. I turned to look even worse than the moment I walked in the clinic. The doctor is nice and patient which I really appreciate. However, I am the one who needs to stare at my deep laughing line for a while:(.

I previously wrote a bad review for Dr. Phi Nguyen who I've been told is no longer doing business at this office. Dr. Ciaravino and his team saw my review and the awful experience I had with Dr. Phi Nguyen and kindly reached out to me and offered me a resolution on their end. They were very sympathetic in my situation and were very professional in handling this delicate matter. The saddest part is the actual doctor (Dr. Phi Nguyen) who actually did my procedure and left me in worse shape than I was before and caused me more issues refused to come to a resolution that I felt was fair for someone in my situation as they were concerned about the "labor" and 2 hours he spent ruining my eyes. I'm doing a positive review for Dr. Ciaravino because I would like to acknowledge them for their professionalism and doing the right thing.

Dr. Mohan did my breast implant revision surgery a week and a half ago, and I could not be happier with the results! She listened closely to me during the consultation and pre-op appointment, and the results were exactly what I wanted. The recovery has been incredibly easy. I had minimal pain for a couple of days, and the third day after my surgery I no longer needed pain medication. When I began searching for a Surgeon to perform my breast implant exchange and correction, I only wanted the very best because I knew I would be a difficult case! The staff is great! They are very helpful and always fully answer your questions or get Dr. C to come in to help. The office is almost always running on time if not early. Dr. C is very helpful when making the decision on the size of implant that fits your body the best. I am a very petite person and just wanted to fill in the stretched skin that was left after two babies and breast feeding. He helped me decide what would fit my small frame the best and not look overly fake. People have talked about how great I look, but no one has made any comments about having surgery. I'm not sure they can even tell!!! I quit taking the pain pills 2 days out and quit the Tylenol 2 days after that. I feel great and I'm excited about buying bras in 2 more days!! I'm only 12 days out!

After years of research and looking at many doctors websites I realized that Dr. Ciaravino was the right dr for me. Upon arriving at my consultation I was greeted by the front desk staff and signed in! I only waited for a short period of time and Stephanie came and got me and we started to talk about what I was wanting. She was very informative and asked me questions and let me answer and from there we looked at different patients of Dr. C's and I informed her of the "look" I liked. And then I showed her pictures of different looks I didn't like. After that we discussed my anatomy and what would be best for me. I was able to handle the implants and see how they felt and differ size and shapes. After deciding that the Mentor memory gel high profile would be a good fit we decided on 425cc. After looking at all my options Dr. C came in to the room he took measurements and went over what Stephanie and myself had discussed and he verified that he was happy with that game plan. He also looked at my pictures I brought and we were both on the same page! After my consult I talked with Sarah about financial information and took care of that she gave me some options on payment! She was very helpful. Also she set up my surgery apt at First Surgical Center in Bellaire. The facility there was wonderful and nurses were very friendly!!! I can't say enough good things about my entire experience! I was told with my procedure I would not feel much pain and they were right I had to constantly remind myself to not pick up my kids!!! It's very hard to not do when you are not hurting at all. I would do this all over again no question about! Dr. Ciaravino is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manor and very professional! I highly recommend him to anyone wanting a breast augmentation!!! My results are as followed I started out at a 36 very small B and after receiving 425cc high profile mentor gel over the muscle I'm a 36 DD. Exactly where I wanted to be. I can’t tell you how great it feels to go into surgery 100% confident in your Dr! I told him what I wanted and he told me what would be best for my body type. I did a lot of research on doctors before I found Dr. Ciaravino. I felt a lot of doctors can do augmentation just fine but breast reduction truly requires a lot skill. I had my surgery in December 2017 and I waited to do my review till my 3 month check up to let my healing settle in so I can give a very honest review. I asked the staff and Dr. Ciaravino a lot of questions and let them know my expectations and they were very patient and understanding with answering everything I asked. I have to say my breast reduction exceeded even my expectations. They look fabulous. My biggest concern when looking for a doctor was that I have minimal incision and small stitching. I went to a pre op with Dr. Ciaravino after a friend of mine had her breast augmentation done with him and after getting a few more consults and seeing her results I knew Dr. Ciaravino was the doctor for me. Dr. Ciaravino and his staff are amazing. I went to a consultation in another city and was so sketched out by their before & after pictures and also the way they conducted the consultation. I trusted Dr. Ciaravino 100% with my breast augmentation and felt comfortable with letting him pick my size after telling him what I wanted, and they ended up being the perfect size. They had a 3D imager that lets you have an idea of the end product too - but I ended up loving them! Side note - the anesthesiologist was really good too... Dr. Ngyuen called me that night and went over a lot of questions that no one has ever done in any of my previous operations, and even when he did my IV I didn’t feel anything (I’m a wimp with needles). I researched doctors in Lubbock, Dallas, Ft. Worth, and Houston, and am so glad I found this team. 100% positive experience.

Awful customer service. They don't even answer your calls most of the times! Surgeon didn't show up for consultation! I didn't even meet him once! I was about to schedule and pay for my surgery when I realized Dr. Ciaravino is not doing the surgeries anymore!! They didn't have the courtesy to say this in advance. And they provided zero information or portfolio for the new surgeon. So I just escaped and I'm so happy I did my procedure somewhere else which was extremely great. Do not recommend this place :)
