I initially went to Dr. Cash in 2006 for a breast reduction which was life-changing. 2008, I also received botox for my "11"s, after that treatment those wrinkles have virtually disappeared. Why I am writing now is that through the years I have put on a substantial amount of weight, going up to 196 lbs. Dr. Cash recently began to offer weight loss services as part of her practice. I knew this was my “silver bullet,” I was ready to make a life change and knew this would help me along my way. The stories of Dr. Cash’s staff encouraged me as like me have thyroid issues. (I had my thyroid surgically removed.) The fact that they have not put the weight back on encouraged me. These are real tangible people who have lost weight, kept it off and have changed their lives in a healthy way. I could do this! And I have, with her medical supervision I have gone from 196 lbs to 157 pounds, I am now 1 pound away from my goal weight and wear a size 8. Dr. Cash has helped me become me, only better.

My review is solely based on my appointment scheduling experience. I called on a Monday morning to schedule a consultation for either lipo or Kybella and I was told there was a $100 consultation fee regardless of procedure prior to doctor knowing BMI or knowing if you're a candidate for either. This fee is only used towards your procedure IF you decide to have it performed that same day. There is no way I would have lipo performed same day as there is precautions to make days and sometimes weeks prior to any invasive medical procedure. I was actually referred to this facility by someone who had this procedure performed by Melanie Frye the nurse who is no longer at this practice. However I did research this Dr. Cash days in advance. I never experienced this thus far being rushed into making a payment with this policy is only in favor of the doctor making money for 15-30 minutes consultation. This phone call gave me Greed vibrations. I recommend looking elsewhere. Check the reviews and make sure the doctor is board certified plastic surgeon with many years of facial experience especially for procedures done to the face or chin.

I feel like I took 10 years off my appearance. I had a bad experience with fillers a few years back, so I was nervous, but Marty was great! She's very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns, and to explain my options. I chose Dysport , Restylane Lyft for filler (temples, cheeks, nasolabial folds), and Restylane Silk for the fine lines around my mouth. She use numbing cream, so there was minimal discomfort. There was some slight bruising around my mouth but I was able to cover it up with make-up. Happy to say there were no side effects, and I'm looking forward to seeing how long it lasts!

Doctor never followed up or even came back to check after surgery. Surgery was 17000 and made minimal difference plus left some pretty ugly irregular bulges. Months later still not what I had hoped for and certainly not worth the fee. Not terrible but Dissapointing.

Dr. Cash is truly the best!! After many hours of research, I decided to go in for a consultation for a breast lift and augmentation. She immediately made me feel so comfortable and I had no doubt I wanted her to be my doctor. I had the surgery about 5 months ago, and it really has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. She and her staff are so unbelievably nice and make you feel so comfortable. Everything from the consultation, to the day of the surgery, to my follow up appointments have all been a great experience. I am an 83 year old woman and Dr Cash did my reduction mammoplasty.. I have been wanting to have this done for years but life and circumstances seemed to conspired against me. My Primary Care Physician was totally against the procedure because of my age, but was unable to refuse because I was essentially healthy. Dr. Cash is phenomenal! I had a body makeover after massive weight loss. She performed a fleur de lis abdominoplasty, breast lift and augmentation, and brachioplasy. I couldn't be more happy with my results. Her team is amazing and you really get the sense of compassion and care when visiting her office. Dr. Cash provided clear post-op instructions and managed my post-op pain adequately. I need to have a couple more surgeries on my lower body to finish my transformation and plan of using Dr. Cash for those procedures. Dr. Cash and her staff are AMAZING!!! Everything started by me visiting her beautiful office for the open house and getting some fillers to make me look younger. I was so happy with her services I went back for a consult. She had a particular attention for detail and understanding the outcomes I was looking for from plastic surgery, since this was my second surgery... without making me feel unattractive at the present time. Because she understood what I wanted she had the perfect eye to pick the size I had envisioned. I love the results, the recovery was fast and the incisions are well hidden. Wasted time and a large amount of money. I went in to have old scarring minimized. The office recommended several sessions of skin pen. It did not work. 0% results. Asked for at least half of refund. The office denied refund but recommended skin pen with injectables. Well of course i accepted because my goal was to have scarring minimized not money. Did not work. Researched both treatments. The treatments recommended to me are for acne scarring. Basically they didn't know what they were recommending nor have they treated "old" scarring before. They should have said they never treated it before and referred me else where but instead they took my money. This is malpractice. I guess they needed the money that bad. Its too late to sue for my refund. Avoid going to this place. Oh and the product "skin ceuticals" is a waste of money as well. It does not clean your face good. Over the counter cleansers work better than that brand.

So the lady or expert they call her was supposed to check my skin and tell me what type of skin do I have. SHE DID NOT. she asked what type of skin I had and depended on my answer. I did not even do a consultation with her. Anyways, my friend told me about their hydro facial. So I did a hydro facial. It did NOTHING to my skin. I feel like I threw my money in the garbage. I paid $175 and it is not even worth it. I noticed NO difference after doing the hydro facial. I wasn't expecting something big, I just wanted to see a small difference after some time because I wanted to keep on doing a hydro-facial and take care of my skin more regularly. I will not recommend this to any of my friends. Also, some of the products that she showed to me were out of date and expired. I told the lady about that and she took it as a joke. I don't understand how they can use expired sunscreen even if it was just for testing it. I am not going to go there ever again. WOW

My armpits are hairless and this bikini line needs no prep. Daniella the laser tech is the best. She makes sure it doesn't hurt to the best of her ability. Jaclyn in the front is crazy amazing. I do not typically write reviews, however; I am compelled to share my extreme pleasure following my Abdominoplasty and (lower) Blepharoplasty procedures performed by Dr. Cash. I had friends/family in the medical field question whether or not I should have the same doctor perform both procedures; as typically a surgeon may specialize in a particular area/region of the body. However, I could not be more pleased with my results!! Dr. Cash is indeed skilled and talented in sculpting the body. Along with the abdominoplasty, she basically had to “create” a new belly button for me that is beautiful! During an exam, I recently showed my Ob-Gyn (who delivered my 2 babies), and she was impressed with the results herself, and amazed at how natural my belly button looked, further explaining that many surgically created/repaired belly buttons she has seen, do not appear authentic. Truthfully, I was extremely nervous going into the process from the beginning; however, 8 weeks post-op, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I chose to work with Dr. Cash, as I am thoroughly pleased with my procedures, her staff, nurse and post-op instructions/treatments that has my surgical site/scar fading beautifully!
