I cannot say enough great things about my experience and how wonderful it was with Dr. Basu and his staff! From my first visit on I worked closely with Vivian, and she is awesome in many ways! Any question I had she never hesitated to answer and I never felt like I was asking a dumb question! I am more than happy with my breast augmentation and love love love my results!! The recovery was exactly as they explained it would be and overall great experience! Yesterday I went in for the cool sculpting on lower abdomen and that was amazingly simple and an easy procedure to get through. After speaking with Vivian, their Cool Sculpting specialist, we came up with a plan to go over the rest of what cool sculpting I want done and I cant wait to go in for those procedures as well. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Basu for any surgery you may be interested in. Dr. Basu spends quality time with you and answers any questions you may have. A++ service guaranteed!!

Why Basu Plastic Surgery? After spending countless hours in the internet reading reviews and met someone who had breast augmentation by Dr. Bob Basu I was convinced to have the procedure at BPS. Consultation Day: I already knew what I wanted so it was a quick but precise consult. Dr. Basu measured me and immediately noticed the asymmetry between my breasts. I described what I wanted and he also informed me of his plan and technique. He was professional, efficient and confident. Before Surgery: I received a packet from the office before surgery and read all the pages. It's the instructions before,during and after surgery. Just follow what is written and if you have questions make phone calls. The office staff were very lovely and friendly. The patient coordinators were very knowledgeable specially Vivian. She took care and answered all my questions and was very accommodating. She has a soft reassuring voice and always have a smile. After Surgery: It was painful in a couple of days but I have round the clock pain meds. I think having a high profile silicone with dual plane technique made it uncomfortable. The outcome is totally a natural look. Dr. Basu managed to make my breasts totally even. I love it! I highly recommend Dr. Basu to anyone who is looking to have breast augmentation done. He is the only best plastic surgeon in Houston!

Dr. Basu is an awesome surgeon with outstanding results! Dr. Basu and his office exceeded all my expectations. I am a proud mother of 3 but my little blessings left me deflated, with sagging breasts and a horrible looking tummy. Dr. Basu and his staff were amazing! I love my the results I got with my breast lift, he reconstructed my whole top figure. I could have never imagined my breasts to look so beautiful. After 2 kids and breastfeeding, my boys they left me with nothing. At least that is what I thought. During my consultation, he did what I call the bubbie trick. lol He pretty much took my breast and reshaped right before my eyes with his own bare hand. My husband and I were in awe. Dr. Basu pointed out that I had great breast volume to where I did not need implants. The other doctors that I interviewed with suggested that I needed the implant. Dr. Basu was very professional, great bedside manners. Very skilled in his field, all of his staff is so sweet. Tiffany took such great care of me the day of my surgery and even my post visits.

I went in wanting one procedure only (lipo) , Dr.basu strongly recommended a tummy tuck as well . Do to my saggy skin after having 3 kids . I was a little hesitate at first, but I trusted is opinion . I'm 3 1/2 weeks post opt and so far I love my results . The staff are really nice , especially Tiffany . I wasn't the best patient , I admit I had my impatient days and I went against my post opt care . Coming in the office I felt like a scared little child, knowing I've did wrong . Tiffany was very understanding ,but still concern about my health and strongly suggest for here on out take care of myself and follow their instructions . Also I could contact her if I needed any advice , that gave me a peace of mind . Overall i give it five stars.

Prior to my final decision to use Basu Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery I had literally interviewed 8 other plastic surgeons between Dallas, Austin and Houston....Some who claimed that the procedure would have to be done in 3 sessions over a period of 6-8 mo. Another couple of surgeons who both advised me that ("It can be done...But you will not like your results, and you will end up coming back for more corrections because you have to much excess skin!")...WHAT??
