Yesterday I went in to Basu Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery for some Botox and for the first time, Lip Filler. Pain? What pain? My nurse Kristen had such great technique that I hardly felt any discomfort at all. They answered all of my questions with professionalism and made me feel very comfortable from start to finish and even in between. Even the front desk coordinator asked to see my results as I was leaving and paid me a very nice compliment. I have done hair transplant this mid July. it took me a while to commit to this step. i did alot of research about the recovery time plus the scar that remains at the back of the head. I did set up consultation with Doc Basu, he expalined me the procedure and the new technique called NeoGraft 2.0. I decided to go for it. I was so surprised with procedure from the beginning felt minimum pain and during procedure I was just feeling little tingling that's it. Dr Basu and his staff is a 5 star professional office. I being in the medical field had knowledge and seen many doctors to remove my skin that I had from losing over 110lbs. Dr Basu consultation was the most informative appointment out of all the doctors that I consulted with and not one of them informed me of the 360 Circumferential surgery. This is his specialty. My consultation with Dr Basu didn’t feel like a drive through business that he wanted to have another patient to add to his list. NO!! Dr Basu listened to me and heard me!!!!! What I wanted!!!! Well I was so comfortable, I booked that day. Surgery date came and from the time you walk into his office it so calming the atmosphere, the cleanliness , professionalism , the receptionist, medical assistants RN, NP, anesthesiologist and of course Dr Basu , who I call an sculpting artist. I am 4 weeks out and I am soo happy with the amazing results and finally feel myself. I tell everyone to use Dr Basu , there are many types of skin removal and he educates you on all of them. I had a friend who went to a plastic surgeon to have a tummy tuck and ended up having a panini!! It’s so different!! It wasn’t explained and the Dr didn’t HEAR her!!!! She cried her eyes out. Dr Basu performed Bodytite on my stomach and thighs 4 months ago. The immediate results were impressive and keep getting better.
