After having four children and loosing 64 pounds, I wanted a “mommy makeover”. Started looking and obtaining consolations 2012-2014 for “the” plastic surgeon. I was going to have other medical procedures done around the same timeframe. I appreciated that Dr Ayala told me “no” that they would not do everything at one time. It would be too much for my body to recover from all at once and he’d preform one or the other not both. (He was the only one to tell me no. I realize now and a little too late he was not about getting $$$ but my healing process) I narrowed it down to two surgeons. Dr Ayala was booked due the time frame I was going to be out of work so I decided to go with another Doctor. Initially after the tummy tuck I was very pleased. As time pasted and I went to my follow up appointments I questioned the physician about the scar and how high it was. She became defensive and said there was swelling it would take a while. I waited over a year. Scar is still 2.5 inches higher than desired, there are dog ears where the drains were left in for over 3 weeks, and uneven liposuction in hips. I still wanted to get mastectomy and argumentation. Found myself being very hesitant and unsure. I learned the outcome is not guaranteed and definitely wasn’t going back to the other physician. I scheduled a second consolation with Dr Ayala. Booked the procedure for 2/16/2018. I was in shock how meticulous he was marking and measuring me for surgery, Taking over a hour. His bedside manner is beyond any other surgeon I have encountered. Which truly helped put me at ease. Other surgeon took 5 minutes if that Do pre-op marking for tummy tuck. New perspective on the measure twice cut once... and lesson learned. With Dr Ayala I have no regrets absolutely perfect the first time around. I am going back to Dr Ayala this year and get a revision on the tummy tuck preformed the othe doctor. Only regret is wish I would have gone to him first. There was a reason he had no openings. I didn’t learn about him through advertising I heard about him by word of mouth. I visited the office today and got Botox and Versa filler. I am very pleased with the professionalism and compassion I have received from Dr Ayala and staff. More so amazed and completely satisfied with the results from procedures I have done with Dr Ayala. I highly recommend Dr Ayala. Get it done right the first time!

Omg! I'm all about cosmetic surgery and have done botox and lip fillers before, but never have I experienced excellent results, and awesome staff as I did at Ayala Plastic Surgery. My nurse, Lily, was so patient with me as I asked so many questions. She listened to my needs and educated me on the procedures I wanted. I knew every injection she was making because she talked to me throughout the procedure. If you are anything like me, you would greatly appreciate a nurse who is patient, and communicates with you every step of the process. Lily's approach made me so conformable and made me trust her with my face! We know that is important! The ladies at the front desk are super professional and good vibes! They are super friendly and all positive energy, which made me feel very relaxed. I would drive to Dallas, Tx to take care of my face, but soooo happy to have learned about Ayala's office. DO NOT go to Spa Black or HealthNet Clinic, as those people there have no idea what they are doing! I walk out of there looking like I got into a fight! lol Ayala's office is conveniently located, professional, knowledgeable and the best staff I've ever experienced. I researched and consulted with 3 other physicians, before selecting Dr. Ayala as my surgeon. First of all, choosing to have plastic surgery is a difficult decision...considering anesthesia, complications, downtime, etc. However, when I met Dr. Ayala, he explained the surgery in detail. And, I visited him at least 3 times prior to choosing him, to ask additional questions. I felt comfortable with him and his staff from my first visit. He is an artist, architect, and perfectionist. I couldn't be happier with my results. He did exactly as we discussed and I, of course, allowed him to be creative. I told him I wanted a "rocking body" and that's what I got!!! I had my surgery done by Dr. Ayala in 2011. Since then I have moved away and attempted to get before pictures from their office. I called and they claimed they would call me back, but have yet to hear from any of his staff and this was months ago. Also, months after surgery, I started to form little sack like balls on each end of my scar from the tummy tuck. Apparently this is called "dog ears". I was really disappointed about that part. I'm unable to wear a swim suit and I look funny in my under garments. I am looking to get this fixed by another surgeon. At the time of my surgery, I was on my "monthly lady thing" and was told they were unable to do the lip suction between my legs. I'm sure that was included in the payment that I gave, but when I mentioned it to one of the nurses, she just said "oh, um ok", and I never heard back about it so I left it at that.

Dr. Ayala's work is a true masterpiece!!! I had a mommy makeover (tummy tuck and breast augmentation) and the results have been far beyond what I was expecting. In the four weeks since surgery I have dropped a shirt size and two pants sizes.The results have been so impressive that I have already referred four friends (including my husband!). Throughout the entire process, his staff has been extremely professional and helpful. I called with numerous questions before and after the surgery and his staff was always courteous and prompt. I felt very welcomed at first!! But BEWARE!!! The staff is friendly & so is Dr. Ayala..but my complaint is about after the procedure is all said and done & paid for. I had a breast lift & augmentation done. I had 2 surgeries with him, the first one I was left with part of my nipples in the incision below my breast “The "Lolly Pop Incision" as he explained turned out with major bad scarring and dog ears and had a lot of infections, which I was blamed for( how did I give myself an infection if they bandaged me after surgery and I had an infection on my first day follow up when they changed my bandages??) . Then Both of my implants became incapsulated so for another fee ( you still have to pay even if you have complications) and 6 months later I went back under the knife where he exchanged my implants and fixed the scars. The scars are better but Now but my breast are 2 different sizes again ( they were different in the beginning and that’s why I had surgery) my left one is starting to sag already ( I had a lift on both in the first surgery with him), I have a big dent on the upper part of my left breast & my nipples are now different in shape and size, on the sides where the implants were put in I have a row of stitches picking out that can only be taken out now if I’m cut open again and I’m in pain every day, my arm is always asleep and my right breast is in constant pain ( mind you this is not the only surgery I’ve had, I’ve had others and never had these issues). After the second surgery he saw me at my one week post op and that was it. After all the complications from my first surgery he didn’t care to see me more often and make sure I was ok. Not one call to check on me. And when I did go in Seemed like he hid every time he saw me. I’ve been in a lot of pain on my breast since and I was just told to go back at the 3 months, that’s normal and it usually takes 6 months for things to get better. I still have stitches poking out on both of my breast ( more like fish lines the way they feel and look), definitely doesn’t feel good and they’re not attractive at all! This is NOT normal. I asked for my records to give to my insurance so that I could seek help in getting fixed, because I lost all trust in him, and was told unless I paid another fee( were up north of 20+k now) I couldn’t have them. So here’s more money, that on top had to be cash... fishy..... I’m VERY disappointing as I paid a lot of $$$ for this procedure & I waited 29 years to have the money to get it done and I trusted Dr. Ayala's plastic surgery, I believed in him..BIG MISTAKE! At this point I really believe I should get the money I paid back, because this is not what I paid for! So in all, please please do your own research before you waist thousands of dollars on a job that goes bad!! Make sure you talk to other patients and don’t let the stars in the reviews fool you! Make sure the doctor is willing to spend time with you and answer all your questions and not just run by you while eating his lunch making you feel like you’re a pain. Ask lots and lots of questions like "what if the results aren't what I expected, then what"....because in this case you’ll get nothing!

Dr. Ayala was the only one that made me feel completely comfortable. I went into the procedure more excited than nervous. I' m extremely pleased with juvederm and botax that I had done in doctor ayalas' office. Not only that I had a correction done in my lower lip as a result of an accident that I had when I was 5 years old; the left side of my lower lip was smaller than the right side and I used to twist my lip. I was treated with juvederm and botox and now my lip is about 98% normal. I'm very happy with the results. My face looks fantastic and so my lips. Based on my personal experience I would had given Dr. Ayala, Traci, Alina and the overall staff 100 stars, but Iam limited to 5. Thank so much.

We came back a year later to have keloids removed from her ear. Two doctors said they could not do it.
