I am a mother of 3 and had a csection with all 3 of my kids. I never felt fat but I totally hated my stomach after doing a little of study via google for a plastic surgeon I am across Dr Abmadi. I did some research and seen all the good reviews. I called and made an appointment for an consultation. Long story short I had the surgery with the next month. I am currently 3 1/2 weeks post surgery and I absolutely love the results even thou I am still swollen I LOVE my stomach. I was nervous about getting the surgery due to me watching and reading different stories but it’s so worth the pain. Katie and Kate are AMAZING and I am so thankful for them. To know you have the Dr Abmadi and his staff on call anytime of the day was a stress reliever. I can’t wait until I can wear me a crop top lol. Thank you Dr Abmadi and your amazing staff.

In 2010 to 2011, I decided to take control of my eating habits (which is the only thing I could lose control of in my life ) I lost 115pounds,in 11 months. I didn't want to overwork my pancreas anymore and I surely didn't want to be on blood pressure meds. I kept the weight off and I was referred to Dr.Ahmedi through one of my clients, she loved his work and bedside manners .So 5years I was able to obtain a consult with him (since insurance wouldn't pay for the procedure ),He was very caring and I explain to,him my view that even though I lost the weight I don't like how my body look without clothes (insecure with the clothes off ) and I really,can't see the accomplishments I did because I still look fat to me. So, I proceeded with the Lipo tuck and outer thigh lift and butt lift and a bra lift as well, You could instantly see the result2 and I was swollen, I am 6 1/2 weeks out now and I have a Coke bottle shape and I am still healing. Dr Ahmedi is very protective and kept close observation of me and his staff as well.2 thumbs up to him and the staff,they don't know how much better I feel when I look at my self without clothes and with the clothes as,well.. Dr Ahmadi and staff were great! I've been looking for many years to have a tummy tuck after having three children my body just never bounced back. I recently moved to the Texas area and my 40th Birthday was approaching and I decided that this was the year I was going to do it, so I did some research on many doctors and one day I found Dr Ahmadi's website and watched his video and I just knew he was the one. I chose him because of the Lipotuck was all in one and that made a difference for someone who has never had any surgeries. I was also tired of wearing shapewear everyday of my life which my husband called my "body armor". I wasn't in the best shape before the Lipotuck, so I highly recommend that you lose the weight and then have the procedure but if you can't seem to get to that point and you have the means to have the procedure then do it, it's worth it! I had a lipotuck procedure done on 1/12/2016, almost one year ago by Dr. Ahmadi and staff. I was a 47 y/o female with 1 child and had been considering a tummy tuck for years. Although, I did not have a lot of weight gain during my pregnancy, I did have a c-section which seemed to destroy my abdominal muscle over the years. I went to see Dr. Ahmadi for a consult in October 2016. I was immediately impressed with his staff. Dr. Ahmadi's experience is very beneficial for creating the best looking results after the procedure . His staff is very professional, friendly and make the office feel like home. I scheduled my procedure for January, and was given my pre-op instructions, etc in late November. The pre- and post-op instructions are very detailed and should be followed exactly as written. To my surprise, I was a very compliant patient. The surgery went very well. I'm guessing I had some post-op pain during the first night as my pre-husband administered my meds around the clock, per instructions. The next morning I went for my first post-op check-up, and at that time, I elected to stop taking the pain meds since I wasn't having pain, only soreness. From that point on, I have not experienced any pain from the procedure. I did experience some tenderness and soreness around the incision and around the areas of liposuction. My abdominal muscles are tight, I have a slimmer physique and I receive compliments all of the time. I did not have any issues with scar healing, and everything turned out exactly how Dr. Ahmadi said it would. My new body looks completely natural and I feel amazing. For anyone that is thinking of having the lipotuck procedure, I would highly recommend that you contact Dr. Ahmadi's office for a consultation. You will be glad you did. He is an amazing surgeon and very personable for a doctor with his talents.

Dr. Ahmadi, I cannot Thank You Enough… I am in my mid 50's and I am loving-the-new-ME! I absolutely love my new body after having my Lipotuck (Liposuction & Tummy Tuck (TT) combo) and an outer thigh lift. All my life I could never wear a 2 piece bikini. When I was a little girl, I had a hernia operation and the doctor left a huge scar on my belly near my belly button. So I never felt comfortable wearing a 2 piece Bikini or wear anything with my belly out. After having three children that includes twins, my belly was outstretch and filled with stretch marks and after aging, I had a big donut tire around the middle of my stomach and hanging skin. I hated this look. I have always dreamed of having a flat stomach, no stretch marks and a cute belly button without my ugly scar on it. I couldn’t decide if I needed Liposuction or a Tummy Tuck. My mother of 55 years went into Dr Ahmadi's office for consultation and the lipotuck procedure. Of course any surgery you have will not be a minor one especially one that will reduce your weight by at least 30lbs. My mother interviewed 5 different surgeons, until finally deciding on Dr Ahmadi. He is one of the most knowledgeable surgeons in this field. We are extremely lucky to have him here in Sugar land. My mother fully recovered within 3 days. They have a program for everyone who has this procedure done. To help them keep the weight off this program introduces them to a new eating and nutrition diet. In conclusion, I believe you should only be able to post a review if you actually had a procedure done at the facility. My mother cannot stop raving about Dr. Ahmadi and how much he has changed her life!!

Let me start off by saying Dr. Ahmadi and his entire staff are AMAZING. Dr. Ahmadi is a perfectionist and a true artist. I interviewed several Drs. When I met Dr. Ahmadi, I knew he was the one. Prior to my tummy tuck, I had no confidence, hating looking in the mirror and never took pictures. Trust me when I say this he has given me my life back. Katie - The day before my surgery I didn't have the nerves to go through the surgery. Mainly because I was scared of the pain and the recovery. After having a long conversation with Katie about all of my concerns. I went through the surgery. Katie was fantastic, usually, no one could convince me about anything once my mind is made up. I'm truly thankful for her Kat(RN) - I could go on and on about this young lady. She has created the BEST pain management I have ever witness. I had no pain. Keep in mind I had a tummy tuck, hernia repair and lipo. I didn't take any hardcore drugs. After three days no more anything. Everything I feared was for no reason because the entire office had EVERYTHING covered. I'm so happy with my results. After losing 50 pounds and going to the gym, I still could not get my stomach back in the shape I wanted it to be. Dr. Ahmadi is an artist and truly cares about your final result. he will give you an honest opinion about what you need to have done and does not recommend things you don't need. I went from no curves to having a flat stomach and curves. He is meticulous and I love my results. He gives you one on one attention and answers any and all of your questions. I also recently went for Botox and it's the best result I have ever had. I normally get a really heavy forehead after Botox which caused me to stop getting it. I explained what normally happens when I have had it done at other places and Dr. Ahmadi made sure the injections were in the perfect spot so that wouldn't happen. My forehead looks great and it is not heavy or causing my eyes to droop . I will never go anywhere else for Botox again. Dr Ahmadi's staff is wonderful. Kat, Katie and Neda are the best. I would not recommend Dr Ahmadi to anyone. I went to see him about a neck lift. I was kept sedated for over 8 hours. My family, who had been told to leave Dr Ahmadi's surgery center and wait for a call to pick me up in about 3 hours, came to the surgery center around 1pm because I had been there since early morning and they were concerned. My mother was told that I was being "cleaned up" and she and my daughter and nephew were allowed to wait at the office. After an hour passed Mom asked about me again and was told the same thing. After the 3rd time asking, my Mom asked, "How dirty is my daughter? She's been getting "cleaned" for hours." During this time I remember waking up twice during surgery. My whole head was swollen and disfigured for weeks. The pain was so severe the first week, and I have a very high threshold for pain, that I called Dr Ahmadi so he could prescribe something stronger. I was told to contact my primary care physician. I have never heard of a surgeon suggesting such a thing on his surgery. No caring and no compassion was demonstrated. Worst of all after months passed it was obvious that my neck still sagged. I had to have another neck lift. To his credit Dr Ahmadi did not give me a hard time about charging me for another surgery. He knew the job was not done correctly the first time. This time I insisted on seeing Dr Ahmadi before they sedated me and the procedure took considerably less time. As he was applying the bandages after surgery he put the bandages really tight around my neck. I had a choking sensation. I immediately told him, but he said " You are not choking." I knew that, but the feeling of my neck being so constrained made me extremely uncomfortable, like I was being choked. He laughed and disregarded my concern. The result of this ordeal is that my neck looks much better than before, although I have a crease that I didn't have before, and I have bunching still on my face. Bunching are like pleats that your skin makes because of the pulling and stitching. I was supposed to massage them several times daily. I did this faithfully. One side of my face is clear of bunching, but the other side is not. I did go see Dr Ahmadi several months after the last surgery to tell him. He laughed at me and said, "There is no doubt in my mind that the bunching will disappear." It did not. I have it still, 5 years later. I don't know what went wrong with the first surgery. Dr Ahmadi offered to show me his notes, but I laughed and said, "It's your surgery center. Only you and your nurse are there. Do you think I expect you to have written that you made a mistake?" I know anyone can make a mistake, but he showed few signs of competency and no signs he cared about my wellbeing.

Dr. Ahmadi, Avante Plastic Surgery in Sugar Land, TX has worked miracles for this body! I have always had extra fat rolls around my midsection. But once I rolled into my 50's, those fat rolls began a quick descent! And then as soon as I rounded it into my 60's, my body appeared flabby and old. I had lost more than 100 pounds over the past 6 years, and the extra skin was just not budging. I tried every brand of body shaper and even those couldn't give me the results I was seeking. I followed Dr. Ahmadi's surgery results for a few years before I finally worked up the nerve to have the procedure done in June. As soon as I walked in to his office I felt instantly at peace with my decision. The entire staff has always made me feel like a queen! They guided me through the process from day one. I just finished up my 3rd month post-op appointment, and once again his entire team made me feel welcome, beautiful and sexy! My results are breathtaking and beyond anything I thought I could look like at my age, or ever at any age. I've never worn a bikini, and now I totally rock the bikini! I feel confident to slide into my bikini and wear it in public with no fear of my fat rolls showing or worse, jiggling around. I have no love handles. I have no belly fold. I have no back fat. I have no droopy buttocks. And most important of all, my belly button is better than it ever was! Even though my legs have always been good, the surgery helped shape my thighs and hips. I have real curves now, not just fat rolls out of place. The surgery itself was painful, as expected, but with the Doctor and his team's constant guidance I was able to overcome the initial pain. In fact, I was off the pain medication within 8 days. The pain was manageable with acetaminophen and ibuprofen alone. My surgery was very extensive, in that it completely went around my midsection, leaving only a small 2" incision on my buttocks. I know everyone experiences pain at different levels, but it was manageable. The most important part of this entire process is to follow the Doctor's advice & rules to the letter. Now I'm eyeing a chin lift and an under eye "refreshing" in the very near future! That 1st phone call led me down a path that has given me confidence in ways that were never there before. In short, I would do this all over again tomorrow and truly wish I hadn't waited until I was in my 60's to have the procedures done. If you're contemplating and can't decide, I highly recommend Doctor Ahmadi and his Team at Avante Plastic Surgery. You'll be glad you made the decision. Take that 1st step of taking control of your life, your body and your future.

I had a wonderful experience. It took me 2 years to make the decision and I am so glad that I did. One thing we all agree on is that the office staff is wonderful. It's as though they are aware that having a procedure is a sacrifice for some, so they make it a beautiful experience for all. I had the lipo-tuck procedure. I had concerns being 57 and African American as to how well my skin would heal. Dr. Ahmadi was waaayy ahead of me. He knew how to perform the surgery so that there was minimal scarring and did prophylactic treatment for keloids and also had a plan B just in case we needed it. I had a breast reduction more than 10 years ago and it left me with what I called "bat wings" that stuck out over the top of my bra behind my axilla. Dr. Ahmadi corrected that and its smooth there now. I am 5 months post-op and very pleased with my results. If I get color photos I will upload them.

Not sure yet how to rate him because 3 months later, my stomach is still swollen mainly at bottom, my belly button seems to be closing more, the scar that supposed to be on my waistline he cut on my buttocks, making it difficult to hide scar with panties alone. I shared my concerns and he told me I gained weight. He gave me a false before weight not knowing that I took my own notes. I still have back fat under bra line, and he released me already. His staff is great but after surgery I think he fibs on recovery. ,1100,00 is a lot of money to not be happy with results.

Would highly recommend Dr Ahmadi to anyone wanting a tummy tuck with lipo (Lipotuck)! I am almost 3 weeks post op and am already very happy with my shape and I'm told the best is yet to come as it takes months to see the full results! At 54 I had no shape and some sag from having 3 children. I went in at 180lbs and am 5'6" so definitely not in perfect shape. Right out of surgery I had a perfectly flat tummy with a nice low scar and I have a waist! Also, my belly button is PERFECT! I've had minimal swelling and no complications at all and was back to work in two weeks. I also added lipo to inner thigh. I have read a lot of stories online about complications with this procedure but after following Dr Ahmadi's instructions to a T, I had no issues. Dr Ahmadi is very compassionate (but will tell it like it is!) and the staff was very nice as well with cell numbers provided if you had any questions after hours. I also liked the all in price which included the compression garment and binder. No hidden surgery fees! I now feel inspired to eat better and get more regular exercise which will just enhance my results! Happy Customer!

I am not 1 to write reviews but, I wanted to share my amazing experience and results with anyone that may be researching Doctors to perform their elected surgery. I myself looked up so many different Doctors but, I knew Dr. Ahmadi was the doctor I wanted to perform my surgeries the minute I saw his interview on TV ( I encourage everyone check out his YouTube 3 part interview ) he caught my attention right away and I felt a calmness I did not get from any other Doctor. I did visit his office , asked questions about the lipotuck. The staff was very knowledgeable and what stood out ( in a good way) was they told me Dr. Ahmadi made sure all of his patience were under a certain weight and had no health problems before he would consider performing any surgeries on them. Right then and there my journey began to shed my excess weight and work out before any surgery. I would say 4 years after many diets and exercises I was at my lowest weight in over 13 yrs ( 141lbs.) I met with Dr. Ahmadi. After our consult i was super excited but, calm at the same time. I was never afraid or unsure of my decision to have Dr. Ahmadi as my surgeon. I can honestly say after my lipotuck surgery i wasn't in pain and my recovery was smooth . I saw results right away and each day it was getting better and better. Before my lipotuck i was wearing a size 8 pants and large shirts. After my surgery and when most of my swelling went down I went shopping and was shocked!! I fit into size 0 pants and Xsmall shirts. My mind, eyes and body finally connected as how I visualized my body should look after diet and exercise . I could not have achieved this goal with out the expertise of Dr. Ahmadi. I owe him so much and know i will never ever be able to repay him for all he has done for me. My confidence level is through the roof and i am very happy. I will use him over and over if and when I decide I should elect to have anything else done. I've already recommended him to family and friends. I'm happy to say a friend of mine is also 1 of his patients now.

Dr. Ahmadi and staff are very caring a professional. I was referred to Dr. Ahmadi by a friend that lives on Austin who just had a tummy tuck. I live in San Antonio and after my research, I knew that Dr. Ahmadi was the one that I would select to perform my procedure. I knew before selecting my doctor is that I wanted a drainless tummy tuck. Dr. Ahmadi's procdure is not only drainless he gives you the body of your dreams with the liposuction. A lot of friends ask me questions about my procdure. Popular question they ask are "how soon can you return to work? I returned to work 2 weeks after my procedure. As long as your job isn't strenuous on your body, you can do it! I am 8 weeks post op now, my belly is flat and I now have sexy curves. It was worth the pain, discomfort, time off work to drive 4 to Sugarland for appointments (which was not too many, maybe 2 total).
