I had a MiraDry treatment with Christy at the ACPS Spa about three weeks ago. The treatment is for the elimination of the need to use antiperspirants and deodorants in the armpits. I've been very happy with the treatment results. My armpits have stayed completely dry without using antiperspirants. For me that is particularly important because now I don't have to worry about ruining any more expensive dress shirts from exposure to the chemicals in antiperspirants. The treatment itself took about two hours and was very easy and nearly pain-free. For me the recovery was also easy. My armpits were a little sore for less than two days. I had some swelling in the armpits, but that lasted for about two days as well. I definitely would recommend the treatment, especially to anyone whose life is made difficult by armpit sweating.

I went to Dr. Newall for a consultation. He was very professional and up front about everything. He answered all of my questions during my visit and elaborated on what all it entailed. Patty and Maggie were very friendly and professional as well. I highly recommend him.

I went for a liposuction procedure by Dr. Newall. His staff and himself professionally are excellent but some surgery center people are better suited to work in jail. Procedure started 3.5 hours later due to some unexpected issues with his earlier patients which he explained and was fine. Once I came out of surgery late because of them, there was tremendous pressure to wake up and leave. My wife and son waited in car for two hours and were not allowed in. I was threatened with Police if I didn't woke up and leave. I am never going there again. Even Ben Taub has better service.

Do not go to ACPS plastic surgery. They want to charge $500 to fix a dog ear in office! EDIT: The office Manager Jeremy called me and instead of trying to make it right he insisted that the fee was warranted and completely out of the doctors hands. ACPS motto is POLICY OVER PATIENTS. He stayed on the phone arguing back and forth with me for almost 20 minutes, and tried to alter my words to fit his Narrative. Horrible. After paying THOUSANDS for a something to be done correctly, then to turn around and have to deal with this! I will NEVER recommended ACPS Nor will I EVER return. Beware!! Any office that puts money over their patients needs to be out of business.
