Dr Skinner is an excellent skin cancer surgeon . Now That I know multiple people that he has taken care of, he always takes the patient’s best interests into account before making any decisions. He is known to call patients after certain procedures which is UNHEARD OF and greatly appreciated. He is very caring and always does the appropriate thing for patients.

I have had three different procedures with Dr Skinner. Awesome, caring, and a helpful and strong support staff.

I saw Dr Skinner last week to have a cancer removed from my face...everyone was very polite and professional... I could tell he is passionate about his work.. very clean stitches and with the new system they use now they can be sure to get all the cancer .. First class all the way..

Had 2 basal cell cancers removed via the MOHS procedure. From the initial consultation to the final stitch, everything was top notch. A very clean office with extremely friendly staff. Dr Skinner and his entire medical staff are extremely knowledgeable and make sure that you are informed every step of the way. Highly recommended.

Very good people. Dr Skinner knows what he is doing. My case was more complex but he says he fixed it. Another body scan in 3 months should tell the story. Robbie R.

I’ve been seeing Dr Skinner and his staff for well over a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. He immediately put me at ease and was so kind and patient with me as I bombarded him with lots of questions. I love my results that he’s given me and will say that he’s helped this 52 year old woman look and feel years younger! He has also taken care of my father in law with his multiple skin cancers over the past few years and has done an excellent job with that as well. From the front office workers to the nurses and PAs, I highly recommend Dr Skinner and his whole staff!

Dr. Skinner is THE BEST!!! My 4 month old baby has had TERRIBLE eczema from head to toe. He was miserable. I tried every “eczema lotion” I could find in store & hydrocortisone...they took the edge off of the itch and SOME of the inflammation went down for a few hrs but it would flare up again a few hrs later, to the point where it was getting infected. Dr. Skinner was FANTASTIC...I followed his instructions & suggestions starting with the humidifier and my baby’s skin has never looked this good! In 2 short days the eczema has almost disappeared!!! He is very knowledgeable & friendly. I’m SO GREATFUL for him...my baby isn’t miserable anymore!!!

Dr. Skinner and his staff saw my dad John Baldwin and did an exceptional job. If he could leave more than 5 stars he would leave many more. Would highly recommend them!

Did not offer any other options but cutting my face up for 2 small spots. Was told 3 times how procedure would be done. I called nurse &spoke to her on phone due to concern over such a big procedure over 2 small spots &she went over board telling me they had seen eyes eaten out by what I have. Everyone knows you can see worse case scenarios on the internet however...EVEN THE INTERNET DIDNT HAVE THEIR SCENERIOS! However I did learn..WHAT I HAVE IS NOT FATAL &THERE WERE OTHER NONDEFORMING EASIER WAYS TO TREAT THIS. THIS WAS THEIR EXAGGERATION TO SCARE ME INTO THIS WHICH THEY DID. Told me 3 times how it was going to be done. After numbing my head, not enough by the way, they changed the game plan to have a big scar up &down on my forehead. If they do it how They explained to me three times previously, the eyebrow would be lifted but said nothing of eyelid. AFTER I WAS DRAPED, COVERED &NUMBED, HE THEN GAVE ME A CHOICE OF NOT DOING THE PROCEDURE! I WAS SUPPOSE TO MAKE THAT DECISION LAYING ON THE TABLE WITH MY HEAD NUMBED &DRAWN ALL OVER & AFTER HE HAD ALREADY LEFT A UGLY SCAR DOING A BIOPSY OF THE AREA. HE LEFT THE NURSE TO CLOSE IT IN WHICH THE STICHES WERE NOT CLOSE ENOUGH TOGETHER &BLED EXCESSIVELY FORMING THE LARGEST SCAB I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE..SHE SAYS IF THE EYE LOOKS BAD THEY WILL FIX IT LATER. I KNOW, AT THIS POINT, AFTER I WILL HAVE WAITED A ETERNITY FOR IT TO HEAL, IT WILL BE OUT OF POCKET COSTS BECAUSE SCAR REVISION IS CONSIDERED COSMETIC WHICH I CANNOT AFFORD. HE IS YOUNG&APPARENTLY OF THE OPINION THAT IT DOESNT MATTER IF A UGLY 55 YEAR OLD WOMAN HAS A JACKED UP EYEBROW OR LONG UP &DOWN SCAR ON HER FACE BECAUSE, AS HE TOLD ME “It will go back down with gravity!” THAT WAS THE MOST INSENSITIVE, UNCARING, CRUEL PREJUDICIAL THING THIS MAN COULD HAVE SAID, WHO BY THE WAY, IS YOUNG ENOUGH TO BE MY SON. I bet he would not treat his mom this way! I also have a huge problem with my face being sensitive and I cannot wear glasses. I cannot stand anything on my face. His nurse put a drape over my head and left the room like I was a dead person. After he left the room he left a girl to put a “PRESSURE BANDAGE” on my .FOLKS ...BEING A NURSE MYSELF 35 years they need to be trained on pressure bandages. I DID NOT HAVE A PRESSURE BANDAGE. I HAD A PIECE OF GAUZE TAPED TO MY HEAD. There was NO WAY I COULD KEEP THIS FROM FORMING A SCAB AS THEY TOLD ME TOO! ITS A HALF INCH THICK & I WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO RAKE IT OFF TO REMOVE SUTURES. IVE BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH! I TOLD THEM MY CONCERN ABOUT NEEDED PAIN MED DUE TO MY FACE BEING SO SENSITIVE &:HOW BAD IT HURT AFTER BIOPSY.I GET MIGRAINES REAL EASY. HE IGNORED ME AND TOLD ME TO CALL BACK IF I NEEDED SOMETHING FOR PAIN. I GUESS A BIGGER WOUND CAUSES LESS PAIN? THE PAIN IS UNCONTROLLABLE DUE TO A PRESSURE HEADEACHE CAUSING ME TO BE SICK TO MY STOMACH. DAY 5 and still sick with headache. Called them back in hopes to get some zofran and pain meds day after surgery. His nurse informs me I have to pick script up. WHY WOULD YOU PUT YOUR PATIENTS AT RISK OF A CAR ACCIDENT, TO PICK UP A PAIN MED WHEN THEY ARE TOO SICK&A RISK TO GET ON THE ROAD WHEN YOU COULD HAVE SENT THEM HOME WITH A SCRIPT? Was going to walk to pharmacy to pick up meds but got sicker by the time nurse answered their voicemail & couldnt walk to pharmacy. I ask them not to call it in & waste pharmacy’s time at this point. However she deliberately went against what I ask again knowing I could not pick it up. Covers them right? His nurse used the excuse he had called to check on me the day of surgery after I told them I would be sleeping because I work night shift which I missed part of. How convienient to call while I’m asleep BEFORE PAIN MEDS WORE OFF AND AFTER OFFICE CLOSED. PAIN & VOMITING APPEARED WHEN MEDS WORE OFF&WHEN HE WAS OUT OF OFFICE. HAD I HAD A SCRIPT TO BEGIN WITH I COULD HAVE HAD IT FILLED &STARTED BEFORE PAIN WAS UNCONTROLLABLE.. NEVER HAVE MOHS SURGERY ON FACE!GO TO PLASTICS ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OLD. I WAS TOLD MILLIMETERS NOT CENTIMETERS WOULD BE TAKEN. THERE ARE OTHER NON DEFORMING TREATMENTS!! DONT DO THIS!

Dr Skinner and his nurses were amazing! I had Mohs surgery on my upper eyelid and Dr Skinner did an awesome job. He and his nurses put me at total ease and I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to him! Thank you Dr Skinner and your nurses too!
