I wanted to drop by and express how much I love Dr Burgdorf and his AMAZING STAFF! I went to them last year to have breast augmentation and liposuction done. When I went to my first meeting with Dr Burgdorf we talked about what procedures I was wanting to have, etc etc. He was very informative and answered all of my questions and addressed all concerns I had as well. What I loved about Dr Burgdorf is that he was super respectful and you could and can genuinely tell he loves getting to do the work he does. He is not like other doctors who want to “hurry up and be done with you” so they can move onto the next patient. He heard what I had to say and listened to me when I explained the struggles I’ve had with certain parts of my body that I was wanting to change. With that initial conversation came the next conversation about whether or not I was a smoker. I tried to fib a little at first but I was quickly met with genuine concern by Dr Burgdorf who reminded me of the health factors in my personal life as well as the negative impact it could have on my surgery and the healing afterwards, or the risk of not healing properly if I continued to smoke. He was very straight forward in letting me know that he wouldn’t operate on me if I was to continue smoking. What I appreciated about this was that he wasn’t just interested in taking my money and operating. He wanted my life to be better mind, body and spirit. He wasn’t interested in being the doctor to just tell me what I wanted to hear and or give me a quick fix. Because the reality was that a quick fix of getting this surgery done could potentially turn into a “not so quick fix” If I wasn’t able to heal properly. After this appointment I didn’t find it necessary to go meet with any other doctors and I chose to go with Dr Burgdorf that day. I knew that someone who was willing to tell me the truth, despite it being what I wanted to hear, was the doctor that had my best interest at heart. My husband and I both felt a deep respect for Dr Burgdorf and his staff from this day forward. Once I had the appointment scheduled his assistant Dana then helped me reach certain goals to quit smoking and she called me EVERY DAY before surgery. She would talk to me about how quitting smoking was going and also encourage me that I could and would accomplish quitting. She was and still is a real gem;) She was a big part of why I was able to quit smoking. On the day of surgery I was definitely nervous but Dr Burgdorf and his team were so professional and helped me every step of the way. They had every single detail taken care of and it went super smooth. It’s been a year since my surgery and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Over the last year I have gone in for other services such as Botox, as well as lip and cheek fillers. Dr. Burgdorf and his nurse Haley are the ones who have provided these services. They both have done a phenomenal job and have been able to give me the desired look I was going for. This has been something that does require more follow up then a surgery, so it’s really provided me with more of an opportunity to get to know their staff better. I absolutely love getting to go and see them as I feel super comfortable when I’m there and honestly I have a great time when I’m there. Most of the time we get to laugh, joke, talk about life. Let’s be real that doesn’t happen enough at a doctors office, so I believe this is what makes them truly special. I feel super blessed and grateful that I have gotten the opportunity to be a patient of theirs. I would say for anyone who is looking for a top notch plastic surgeon then look no further, as Dr. Burgdorf and his team are as top notch as it gets. Dr. Burgdorf and the team at Music City Plastic Surgery are amazing! I had always wanted to enhance my breasts. For years I went from consultation to consultation, dreaming of the day I wouldn’t need a padded bra. I was hesitant due to the cost, results and recovery time so I never went further than the consultation. In truth, none of the surgeons sold me on the procedure or presented an atmosphere where I felt comfortable with taking the leap. I wanted an augmentation, but I needed trust and confidence in the process. Then I met Dr. Burgdorf. I found EVERYTHING I needed in Dr. Burgdorf and his team. He walked me through every step of the augmentation process. We discussed implant options, what to expect, risks, etc. He answered my entire list of questions before I even asked them! I expressed concerns about cost and the MCPS team walked me through a variety of payment options, not once being pushy or preferring a specific method. It was my choice, my budget, my life and they were on MY team. I left the consultation and called to schedule my surgery date the next day! Haleigh, Dr, B’s RN and right hand woman, was with me every step of the way and she did an outstanding job of explaining pre/post- surgery guidelines. She even gave me her cell phone number so I could ask questions whenever I wanted… she answered my texts whether it was 6am or 10pm. I remember waking up from surgery to find the happiest texts from Haleigh! Dr. Burgdorf and Haleigh were (and are) ALWAYS available! The entire Music City Plastic Surgery team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and to make this process everything I had dreamed! I am now 3 months post-surgery and I could not be happier! Dr. Burgdorf is an incredibly skilled surgeon and an unbelievably great person. I am in awe each day; My breasts are nothing short of amazing! If you are considering a cosmetic procedure, I would highly recommend Dr. Burgdorf and his team at Music City Plastic Surgery!

Beautiful office and wonderful experience with Dr. Burgdorf. I decided to consult with him based on other patients reviews. After meeting with Dr. Burgdorf, I was very comfortable allowing him to do my procedure. Let me add that I had previously went to another Dr. to do the same procedure and had a terrible experience and the only thing I lost was not what I paid for ( belly fat ) but a debit in my account! Dr. Burgdorf assured me I would not go through the same thing as my previous one and he was right. Dr. Bergdorf is, hands down, the BEST Dr. EVER!!! From the first time I met him through today, he has always been attentive, detail-oriented, and responsive. He is patient and really takes the time to LISTEN to you, understand your concerns and desired results, and then takes the time to EXPLAIN everything in a way that is understandable and makes sure to address all of your concerns. He is very honest (and accurate) about hat the procedure will entail, what the recovery process will be like, etc. You definitely go into your procedure with a very clear understanding of what is being done, what the recovery will be, how long the healing process will take, etc. On the day of your procedure, Dr. Burgdorf again takes the time to meet with you and calm any last-minute nerves, etc. His demeanor and bedside manner are fantastic! Dr. Burgdorf is just as patient, attentive, detail-oriented, and caring after your procedure as he was before and during. My procedure went smoothly; I had no complications whatsoever; my recovery was exactly as described; and my results are OFF-THE-CHART AMAZING!! Definitely the BEST decision I have ever made, and so totally, completely worth every cent!!!! My experience with Dr. Burgdorf far exceeded my expectations. He is PHENOMENAL, as is his entire staff, who have always gone above and beyond and had the best attitudes! I will never go anywhere else for any cosmetic procedures!!!

I am currently a week and a half post-op from my breast reduction with Doctor Burgdorf! I chose him after having consultations with three other local plastic surgeons for several reasons. 1. He took the most time to fully explain the procedure to me. 2. He made sure that I understood what I'm looking at in the healing process (no other surgeon even mentioned it!). 3. When I spoke with him, he looked me straight in the eye with a comfortable confidence that makes you feel like he's known you for years. 4. He took the time to answer all of my questions - All of them- and didn't make me feel silly or nonsensical with my ignorance. 5. His staff is absolutely amazing! 6. His office is incredibly clean and comfortable. Do I need to keep going? At one and a half weeks post-op, I am absolutely in love with what Doctor Burgdorf was able to do for me! I feel more like 'me' than I ever have in my adult life. He perscribed me adequate pain medicine to cover the hardest part and I am already off of the pain meds, which is absolutely jaw dropping! I never would have imagined that I'd be off of them so quickly, especially because I'm a total wimp. There is nothing about this experience that could have been better. I have wanted this for over half of my life and Doctor Burgdorf has absolutely made my dream come true! I can see my ribcage for the first time in sixteen years!! And they are absolutely, 100%, beautifully symmetrical. I am just so grateful! This is my first plastic surgery encounter and, though I don't intend to have anything else done until after children, I know that Doctor Burgdorf will be there for me and will help me in any way that he can with such compassion.
