Dr. Unger is one of the best plastic surgeons in the world. I personally traveled from the Dallas area to have him operate on me. My surgery was a very complicated case that my previous plastic surgeon had tried and failed three times on. I had been told by multiple plastic surgeons that my problem could not be fixed. No only did Dr Unger take on my case but he exceeded all exspectaions I had. He is a true artist and perfectionist. I will be flying in to see Dr Unger for all of my plastic/reconstruction needs from this point forward. He is also very kind and has a wonderful bedside manner. I also had his nurse Kandice stay with me and she is amazing and caring as well. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had an excellent surgical experience with Dr. Jacob Unger. I had gel implants for a number of years and had developed hard capsules in both breasts. Dr. Unger did a bilateral capsulectomy to remove the hard tissue and liposuction of bilateral flanks to remove excess fat from around my waist. My experience from my initial consult, pre-operative visit, surgery, recovery and post op appointments was excellent. Dr. Unger is very professional, has excellent surgical skills, interpersonal skills and made me feel very comfortable about my surgery. My recovery has be uneventful and my results is incredible. I would highly recommend Dr. Unger and his excellent office staff to anyone thinking about having a cosmetic or reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Unger is an incredible plastic surgeon. After researching for days I found Dr. Unger's before and after results on his website and was intrigued by the natural looking appearance of his rhinoplasty procedures. His patients all had remarkable transformations but nothing looked overdone or unnatural for their face. After some more digging around I only saw more good things so I scheduled my appointment at Maxwell Aesthetics and boy am I happy I did. Dr. Unger was extremely professional and helped put a lot of my concerns to ease in the consultation alone. He went over my options and even used some cool 3D imaging technology to sample my results for me. Futuristic or what?! After diffusing all my anxiety I made my decision and operated with Dr. Unger last June. My biggest fear coming in to everything was ending up with results that were drastically different from my doctor's expectations but this guy knows what he's doing. Everything went as planned and not only does my nose look great but I can finally breathe normally.
