I had my breast augmentation surgery 5 years ago by Dr. Laurence. Dr. Laurence is super nice and professional. The cost initially was very reasonable. One implant suddenly deflated and contacted Dr. Laurence's office about possibly fixing this. I had also contacted the manufacturer regarding the deflation and received my warranty information and coverage to replace and advised Dr. Laurence's office of the same. Long story short-his office wanted to charge an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money in addition to what the warranty coverage was. I have since had a consultation with a local, very reputable plastic surgeon and office and is approximately 1/4 the cost of Dr. Laurence to replace BOTH implants. I initially felt this office cared for their patients. It appears they care MORE about the bottom dollar.

Overall, Germantown Aesthetics is a special place full of special people who understand that each patient's situation is different and they take the uniqueness of each patient's situation very seriously. I trust these people with my life and there is no other practice that can offer such a comforting and positive experience!

I can't begin to find all the words to describe how awesome my experience has been with Dr. Laurence and his staff. I had a breast augmentation procedure one week ago, and from the moment I scheduled my surgery, the care I've received has been phenomenal. I've sent several emails and have asked countless questions, and everyone has continued to treat me like family. I'm one week post-op and nearly pain free because Dr. Laurence listens and cares about his patients' concerns. I will most definitely continue to use Germantown Aesthetics for all future cosmetic procedures and would recommend them to anyone.

I have considered having something cosmetically done to my face for some time. Since I did not have any friends to tell where to go, I went to Angie's List. The hightest rated office was Germantown Aesthetics. I think I read every review and felt comfortable enough to make an appointment. Katie listened to me and then went over the various procedures to correct my problem. We talked about them, she showed me pictures of the before and afters, and she answered every question I had. The procedure I chose was the non-permanent one which gives me a chance to see how it helps or where it is lacking. Its two weeks after my procedure and I am happy...more than happy! We have talked about options for me going forward-without the pressure to sign up for something now. I will definitely be back and recommend Germantown Aesthetics to anyone who wants to improve their body.

Worst decision of my life choosing Germantown Aesthetics. They are a group of frauds. I received vein treatment from this place. Not only was their treatment counter productive (creating multiple veins and discomfort in my legs) but I caught Katie and her assistants using expired medicine in my treatment. Their response was "the date doesn't matter". Before finding this out, I received many vein treatments from them. My legs were left full of discomfort and covered entirely with veins. I'm sure this is not supposed to happen, especially since I took my business elsewhere and the new facility removed any vein that was injected. Germantown Aesthetics initially offered me some money, after much negotiation. Unfortunately, the amount they were willing to offer did not begin to cover the amount of damage they caused to my legs. So I didn't accept or sign anything from them. They are frauds. Beware. Just like any other negative review posted here, they will respond saying they have no patient of record by this name. Looks like an automated response. Frauds. I have the receipts and medical records to prove that I was unfortunately a patient here. Save your time and money. Don't trust these people. They only care about taking the dollars in your pocket. They don't care about you. Ask to see their Admin Manager's office..it's a shed out back, literally. I didnt know until I was sent there with my complaint. Beware. They always have an illegitimate excuse for their shortcomings. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I sincerely hope their deceitful and disgusting ways catch up with them sooner rather than later. What they did to me was wrong on so many levels. No person should ever have to go through something like that. I had heard of another horror story from one of my coworkers. She tried warning me not to go there; unfortunately, she had no idea that I had already made that mistake. When it comes to your appearance and well-being , this is not the place you wanna choose.

I had a breast augmentation here back in April. It was the best experience. The staff was extremely helpful. The doctor was so laid back and put me at ease the day of surgery by turning on some music to lighten the mood. My breasts beat any expectations I could have ever dreamed of. When I have questions about possible future procedures (as I am 47), she lists pros and cons and suggests the best timeline without ever pressuring me or trying to sell additional services. dr lawrence has thought ahead with my lifting in the future and has made the best decision to keep my implants as they are for now with the double bubble instead or putting them over the muscle so that in the future when i do my lift that i will still have good blood flow and things will work best.

I first visited this office for a consultation with Katie, and I was looking to get botox and fillers possibly in my cheeks. Consultation went great, and they were extremely helpful and informative. Came back a month later for botox in my 11's and crows feet. Results were great. About a month after that, I came and recieved bellafill under my eyes and one syringe of Juvederm XC in each cheek. I instantly noticed results and it looked great. It's been a couple of months since I recieved Bellafill, and I am loving the results of it. I had to come back to get an extra half syringe of Juvederm in my cheeks, and I finally have more volume in my face. Katie and her staff were excellent and I would recommend anyone looking for surgical or nonsurgical procedures to come and get consulted!

Doctor is super nice, cute office. I got saline implants here in 2013 and one deflated a few days ago. They were super accommodating over the phone at first but me living four hours away I would have to have several appointments back and forth- on top of paying to have them redone. They've been very uneven since my initial procedure- very noticeable and he acted like it was normal that my nipples touched my belly button. I'm not happy about this at all and now I will have to pay double to get them fixed here locally in Nashville.

I visited the doctor because i had a dent in my nose. Instead of the doctor fixing the dent he was asking about moles in my face and did laser on the dent which created a even bigger scar which has made me even more depressed. I would never go back again.
