If I could give this place negative 1000000, I would. I did hair laser removal there and I only end up with laser burns. It has been a year and half and it is still there. I tried so many treatment but nothing works. When I went to hospital and got a medical report doctor told me that the burns going to last for 3 years . Then I went back to the cool springs laser and they offer me not help whatsoever I am advising you to stay away RUN RUN RUN

Very good staff, but I wasted my money on the laser hair removal because it still thick and grow fast after I have done 6 treatments, i was seening a result and a small difference only after doing the first ans second treatment then they changed the machine I guess. I have already dne 6 treatments before, in another place so I’ve got a total of 12 treatments I was a different in my hair growing when I did the 6 treatments in the previous place but not in the 6 I did in cool spring.

Building gives off a unique clean design inside. It has rustic pipes and what looks like reclaimed barn wood in their decor. Very cool. The staff is always friendly and I originally found them on Groupon and they treated me no differently than a regular patient. I know Groupon carries that stigma. I've been to them for injections and for facials. Kudos to this business, ran very smart and price competitive. I will be returning!

I have called the office for 3 days in a row. I have left messages with what appears to be an over the seas answering service as well as left messages on and in office recording machine. I have yet to receive any return calls from them. I have allowed the phone to ring for over 5 minutes without any one answering. There is no way to make an appointment with them and obviously they are not returning any phone calls. I do not recommend trying to utilize the services that this location has to offer.

If I could put less than one star I would. I went to their business this time last year for my first lip filler appointment and I had a WONDERFUL experience. Whoever, I made another appointment two weeks ago for lip filler and turns out the lady who did them the first time, doesn’t work there anymore. So I had Annette (the RN at the medspa) do my filler. I showed her multiple pictures of what they looked like last year when I had them done and expected that that’s what I would be receiving. This lady obviously has no idea what she’s doing. I could tell she was rushing and that she only put the filler on the upper lip on the sides, which isn’t what I wanted. There’s little to no filler on the bottom lip so I look like I have a duck lip. I knew it looked different than the last time but the only reason I even saw what it looked like when she was done was in my phone screen because she NEVER HANDED ME A MIRROR. They rushed me out the building and I thought I’d wait for the swelling to go down before I decided if I liked it but each day I realized how much bigger my top lip was so I called to talk to someone about getting it fixed properly. They took my name and number and said they’d have a medical assistant call me back but no one ever contacted me. I called back the next day and made an appointment to get it fixed. When I went in to get it fixed, they numbed me and then when I explained that she just didn’t do a good job she told me she was going to fix it but putting more filler in and then putting some dissolver in the places I didn’t want as much filler... and that I would have to pay for it. I wasn’t told I was going to have to pay for it until I was already numbed and almost injected. I talked to the office manager and he said they would call me to make an appointment to get it fixed. They never called me AGAIN and they told me they couldn’t fix it even though their employee didnt do it right and now I talk different and my smile looks different because of her mess up. Since I couldn’t get this resolved I went to a different medspa to do a consult and the RN said it was clear Annette didn’t know what she was doing because she just put two pillows on my top lip. Not too mention, I was told that you actually have to wait AT LEAST 2 weeks after getting the dissolver to get more filler, which Annette obviously didn’t know even though she supposedly has worked in medical aesthetics for 10 years. I’d like to have this resolved considering now I have to wait a month to have my lips look the way I want. I’m disappointed because I had such a great experience with them last year but this year all I had was terrible customer service.

I recently did the CO2 laser facial. Ashley did such a great job and my skin is greatly improved!! I don’t feel the need for very much makeup or concealer and that is such a nice feeling. This is very precise and you need to be prepared to follow specific skincare instructions as well as using the ZO products, but they really know what they’re doing and if you are willing to put forth your effort with their expertise, I believe you will be very happy!! Very worth it and will continue to improve my skin.

Made an appt, told what time my appt was, show up at my appt and NO ONE IS AVAILABLE. The receptionist even remembered making my appt and asked if I could come back 1.5 hrs later, I live 30 to 40 mins away from the location. Bad BUSINESS, UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. I would not reccomend this place to anyone.

I have visited both buildings on Mayfield Drive in Franklin over the past year or two. The recent visits have been much better in all areas of service, friendliness, confidentiality and wait time. My recent laser hair removal with staff member Winter has gone very well. Other staff members have been attentive in explaining product information in detail.

RUN NOW! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! I have been trying to reach this office for two months. They have an answering service who filters their calls with NO direct contact to their office. they have yet to give me a call back so I can cancel my membership. They continue to charge me monthly even though I haven’t been in for 6 months and I have been trying to reach them for 2 of it. I am sick to my stomach knowing I ever have them my business and trusted them. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS BUSINESS! Update to respond to the business: JESSICA CALLED ONCE which was TODAY. She left one voicemail. Everytime I was able to call I could never get through to anyone. I was told I’d be called back everytime which is unacceptable. Your customers have jobs too. When she called back the ONE time I was in a meeting at work. I then called again and of course a message had to be taken. I’ve left over 20 messages and called daily for 2 months to get this resolved. IRONIC how when I leave a review things are finally getting cancelled. I should have don’t this months ago. You all are pathetic and do not know how to run a business. I truly hope you learn from this and get DIRECT phone lines not a receptionist who can’t even speak English to take messages every time a customer calls. This has been nothing less than RIDICULOUS.

I bought Botox on one of their “specials” they had emailed out. I have several people who have gone to this establishment and had their products they bought substituted for cheaper items. When I went into get my “Botox”. While she was prepping, I decided to ask “Is this Botox”. She stated “oh no, we ran out. This is a more expensive substitute though.” Three weeks later the more expensive substitute is not working anymore. I also had already bought filler on a special. I called and asked for it to be put in my chart “no substitute”. They acted like I was being ridiculous. However have heard that they will switch your filler out as well. They are sweet and lovely people. However if you go to this establishment, I would ask to make sure you are getting exactly what you paid for, and how much they have diluted the Botox.

I bought a Groupon as a Christmas gift for my sister-in-laws, and this place was completely rude and unaccommodating to them. My sisters called ahead, mentioned the Groupon, and booked the appointments together. There was an arbitrary point in fine print that says only one customer can use the Groupon, and rather than warning/clarifying on the phone or trying to help a potential customer when they both came in, they said it happens all the time and sent one of my sisters packing. If there were half stars, they would get one from me.

I too have bought a group on and have been trying for he last half an hour to just book an appointment with them. I’m already regretting my purchase. I “booked” an appointment with one lady who put me on hold...20 mins later I decided to hand up and call again. I got a receptionist that said they couldn’t help me out but someone who could would be calling me. This someone called from a number from a totally different area so I didn’t answer. They left a vm that they didn’t see I had a appointment booked. I called back and got another person who couldn’t help me out and was avoiding answering my questions. It is obvious that they are super busy and do not have there stuff together. I’m left with no appointment yet and super frustrated.

The service I received was pretty good. In the beginning, it was hard to reach anyone by phone. I went to purchase a groupon for services with them and read the Fine Print. When I went to check out it would not let me purchase the item. I contacted them and they stated they have an agreement with Groupon that there is to be only 1 purchase per person ever. However, the 'Fine Print' states, "Not valid for clients active within the past 12 month(s)". I have not been active for over a year and a half. Not to mention, I called and spoke with a female last week that checked my account and said it wouldn't be a problem to purchase one.

Rude and unprofessional service. They never informed me to get to my appointment early to fill out paperwork. I arrived five minutes late because I went into the wrong location to wait (they never told me which of the two buildings I was scheduled in). The receptionist, who was on a personal call when I arrived, was incredibly rude and told me I would not be able to have my appointment because I had paperwork to do and was completely unhelpful in rescheduling, forcing me to cancel the appointment I was initially on time for. Do not recommend.

Extremely rude staff. The front desk guy was great, so nice. The girl that did my facial was so rude. I almost got up in the middle and left. I also booked a 45 min facial, I was in the room for 16 minutes. When I checked out he said I only booked a 30 min facial (even though my email confirmation says 45) and even if it was 30 min, I was still only in there for 16.

Called to make an appointment and waited for 15 minutes, only to be directed to the receptionist who took tons of info, then told me they’d have to call me back for an appointment scheduling. This is very inconvenient when I call in my spare 30 minutes of my day and they won’t even take the time to schedule my appointment. The receptionist wasn’t understanding at all and got rude. Won’t call again.
