I can’t say enough about my injection experience with Olivia. I went in to get my tear troughs filled about a month ago and I am SO pleased with the results! This was the first time I’ve EVER had any work done, so naturally I was extremely apprehensive (I mean, it is your face after all!). I have had a great experience dealing with Cool Springs Plastic Surgery, specifically their esthetician, Heather. She treated some folliculitis on the front of my neck with laser hair removal. I had tried many different treatments for the past several years and nothing seemed to help the problem. After a few sessions the chronic folliculitis went away. Lynn is wonderful every time I see her, and Haley is simply amazing. The first time I met her a few years ago, she recognized how nervous I was with a new procedure ... and she set my mind at ease and made me feel as if I was the only client she had that day. After my procedure, she even game me her mobile number and told me to call if I had any concerns. The next morning (Saturday), I had a few concerns ... but Haley answered my call, we exchanged calls and texts, and I took her advice. She continued to check on me to make sure I was improving, and again, made me feel like her only client! We ended up at Cool Springs Plastic Surgery yesterday afternoon after calling to see if they could stitch a rather bad gash in my son’s eyebrow. I had contacted four other doctors and this was the only one that could accommodate us. Dr. Sarosiek met us at the end of his work day. He not only stitched up my son’s wound with the most care to minimal scarring (son is getting married soon) but spent time getting to the bottom of other health issues that likely led to the fall which caused the injury, encouraging us to have further testing that night. I felt Dr. Sarosiek treated us as if we were family and his thorough care as a physician was so comforting. He called that night after our visit to the ER to check in and make sure my son was okay. We received the very best care with the staff going above and beyond what I would have expected! We are grateful!

Cool Springs Plastic Surgery is by far the best place for skin care. When I moved to the area I was looking for a clean, friendly and comfortable environment. I am so glad I call this home for all my skin care needs. I suffer from adult acne and I also wanted to be educated on skin care products that would be best for my skin. Heather Happy, the Esthetician is AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and caring. Before going to Heather I was having cystic pimples, my face was dull, and I had a lot of redness. Heather started with micro needling and within the 1st treatment I could tell the difference. I no longer have cystic pimples and my skin is GLOWING! I go about once a month to do a microdermabrasion to just keep my face looking healthy. So thankful for Heather and all the lovely miracles she has done to improve my face! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I love Cool Springs Plastic Surgery. My experience has been excellent. They are all so competent and caring. And, they will be honest...they won't try to entice you into any procedures unless they feel it will benefit you. They will watch out for your entire health, not just what other people see. As far as prices, it seems they are at least comparable for their services. If you are in the market for any cosmetic procedure, you ought to at least go for an informational session here. I have had a variety of cosmetic injections in the last six or so years I have been going here. Then, last year, I had a mini facelift. I didn't go and talk with anyone else. Dr. Moore was the one I wanted. I can't tell you how satisfied I have been.

This was my first time trying out the Cool Springs Plastic Surgery office. I had the pleasure of Heather's expertise for a chemical peel and she was absolutely Amazing! I switched from a place in Brentwood to Cool Springs after reading rave reviews and feeling like I just wasn't getting the results I knew I could get from peels (like I did back in Chicago). Heather was absolutely amazing, walking me through the step by step process, even though I've had a million peels before. I brought my two kids up there as they were off from school the day of my appointment (otherwise I wouldn't have) and no one complained while they sat in the waiting area for me.
