I've been a patient since 2014. I've had several tattoos removed beautifully with no scars and all pigmentation gone. Currently recieved an under eye fill, not only have the dark circles disappeared that I've learned to live with genetically. But not even advertised my sinuses have stopped and constant eye watering has stopped. This was my discovery just after the first day. I highly recommend Dr. Biesman. I've always been on the natural ways of life, organic and cruelty free. And opted out of any enhancements or fake perceptions. And being in the medical field myself you see allot that has gone bad. I never regretted any procedure or time spent in this office. The staff are always friendly and nice. The care is what I expect given in a 5 star spa. And Dr. Biesman is careful to explain and walk you through. Not only does my research show he is accredited throughout the US, he's highly trained and experienced in his field. I'd trust no one else with my face and my respect for him is on a pedistool. The cream of the crop and we have him right here in Nashville TN!!! It is wise to see the results of someones work prior to obtaining services and I am being totally honest about this. Last month I had some injections in my face at Dr.Biesmans office that took decades of aging away from my face. My upper eyelids and eyebrows were lifted and my lips have better contour than when I was thirty. The deep lines and fine lines are virutally gone around my eyes and lips. Instant reward and without any swelling, brusing,or recovery time, it is like I have a new outlook on life. Looking in the mirrow, putting on lipstick and eye makeup is a joy again. This is so important for our self confidance and careers, it is becoming part of the competitive advantage today. Two days after I had this done, a women my age and I compared our results for the same procedure. She was angry because she and other women who were going to another place were being told everyone had the bad results. I did not have any as she could see. I have been a patient of Dr. Biesman's for 10+ years. I feel compelled to write about Dr. Biesman as he is the epitome of what a professional should be. He is an extremely intelligent, caring, and kind physician. His staff has also always been professional, friendly, and accommodating. In an industry where skin care "procedures" are liberally dispensed by hair salons and at "parties", I highly recommend going to Dr. Biesman, who is a highly educated physician, professor, and expert in his field. In my various appointments over the years, Dr. Biesman has always been excellent at calmly and clearly explaining possible treatment options to me. He also typically offers other forms of educational media such as videos, iPads presentations, publications, etc. which supplement his explanations if you wish to learn more. His recommendations are always conservative, which I appreciate. He has never made me feel rushed or pressured in any way to move forward with a procedure. Every treatment I have had through his office has been exactly as represented and what I hoped for. He does have a large staff, but I have been impressed at how well they work together and at their overall professionalism and coordination. While I can highly recommend Dr. Biesman for the standard procedures he provides, I also want to share an extraordinary experience I had with him: I once went to Dr. Biesman to discuss having a minor cosmetic procedure. In the course of the appointment he noticed a random spot on my skin that he thought looked unusual. Despite my protests that it was unnecessary, he performed a biopsy on it. (This was completely outside of the purpose of my appointment and not anything I was seeking to address.) His instincts had been correct: the test showed that the spot he had noticed was skin cancer. He personally called me that night to give me the news and to explain what would happen next. Neither of us had expected this ominous result from a routine appointment. It is not overly-dramatic to say that Dr. Biesman "saved my life". Had he not identified this spot and insisted on examining it, I would certainly have continued with the spot untreated and the cancer would have progressed. He helped connect me to my oncologist and team and got me started on my lengthy path to recovery (which was all handled outside of Dr. Biesman's office). Throughout my cancer treatment he checked in with me at all hours and made sure I was getting the appropriate attention. Mind you, he was not then my treating physician or under any obligation to do so or getting paid to do this. He did this as a caring professional following up on a patient. I have thus had Dr. Biesman treat me for the most minor of cosmetic issues to literally helping me through a very serious medical condition. I could not recommend a physician more highly.

Dr. Biesman and his staff are amazing. I personally have not been a patient of his, but I have trusted him and his assistants with (2) of my children. When my daughter was two, she had a cyst in her eyelid that had to be surgically removed. I was very nervous about the procedure because she was so young, but Dr. Biesman made me feel at ease about it. Surgery was great - no complications - and no scar. Fast forward 5 years, my 13 year old son had a cyst come up on his cheek. Our pediatrician said we would need to go see a facial plastic surgeon. Since we had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Biesman several years ago, I ask to be referred to his office. After examining the cyst, Dr. Biesman explained what it was and told us his thoughts and what he would do if it were his child. I agreed to his recommended treatment plan and the results have been great. At one of our visits, I ask Dr. Biesman for recommendations regarding a large scar that my son has due to an accident years ago, and Dr. Biesman has gone above and beyond to help us with that as well. Dr. Biesman and his staff are amazing. I can not say enough nice things about his practice. I would recommend them to anyone!!

First all I want to start by saying that the office staff need to be able to tell a new client on how to get to the office. Had a 8:30 appointment and when GPS took me wrong tried calling the office but they didn't take phones off answering service till 8:45. Then when I did reach staff was told that they didn't know how to tell me how to get there. Once I did get to the office after coming from Murfreesboro to Nashville per my eye/family doc advisement, I was treated with one of the worst bed side matters ever. The nurse was very kind and took all my concerns and even the intern was very kind. When Dr. Biesman walked in this turn around quickly first of all when asked how we was for the day he said "I'm wealthy." Then after review my chart and also looking at my Stye/cyst on my eye and then draining it. He went back to the chart and told the nurse and intern that I was a "complete waste of his time." That was so rude and unprofessional. I might not have a had a major issue to him but I was nervous and a little worried after been refer to him to have a possible eye surgery to remove a stye. I wouldn't refer anyone to him.

Dr. Biesman and his team are simply the best. Imagine getting a four inch gash on your forehead in a crazy mishap with a tractor bucket. What they say about head wounds bleeding a lot is an understatement! Going to the emergency room was my first thought but I didn’t want to get a Frankenstein-like scar. Fortunately, my wife knew Dr. Biesman (she is one of his patients) and called his office. He made time to see me during his lunch hour to look at the injury and provide care. 15 painless stitches later, I was good to go. Dr. Biesman and his team provided the most amazing care and made me feel much better about my stupidity that resulted in the head wound. They didn’t have to see me - his practice isn’t emergency care - it’s generally more focused on elective care - and they are the best! One week later, I went back to get the stitches removed. The wound healed beautifully and is just barely noticeable. I was going to put before and after pictures in this review but was unable to get the pics loaded. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon and cosmetic practice, this is THE ONE. Skilled, caring, professional, and a sense of humor, which I needed.

Brian Biesman was visibility agitated that I scheduled another consultation before the procedure to ask additional questions. After keeping me waiting over an hour from the appointment time he started off with him challenging me in a condescending tone "I understand you have more questions..." Brian Biesman actually said and I quote "You don't go to doctor A and ask doctor B about Dr A's procedure" Perhaps I'm mistaken but I've always thought this described a second opinion? As a patient I felt I was walking on eggshells during the entire second consultation and had to ask my questions in such a way that they wouldn't offend this child of a Doctor. After the fact I was told by another well known Plastic Surgeon specifically not to use Brian Biesman. I can't comment for Dr. Biesmans procedural work as I didn't get that far. However it's more than obvious he needs lessons on anger management and manners. I do not recommend this Doctor. I believe there much more talented Facial Plastic Surgeons in this area. I recommend to visit other Facial Plastic Surgeons and go with the one in which you are the most comfortable.

Over four years ago, nearly 20% of my back had 3rd degree chemical burns after slipping on floor stripper. It was shortly after my accident that Dr. Biesman took the initiative to reach out to my family and offer additional treatment for the scars that littered my back. It was nearly four years ago that Dr. Biesman began to change my life. I was given a compression suit by my doctors at the burn unit to help with the scarring but was under the impression that my back would remain scarred for life and because of that I would have to live my life under certain restrictions. Dr. Biesman took one look at my scar (a very large one at that) and said, “There is something we can do.” Four years later, and you would never have known that I slipped in floor stripper and had 3rd degree burns, lost a semester of college, and spent nearly two weeks in a burn unit. Thanks to Dr. Biesman and his team, I can throw on my bathing suit during the summer months and go water skiing with my family. I can wear my favorite strapless dress to a wedding without anyone taking a second look at my back. I can live each day without the fear of being in pain and uncomfortable. The scar treatments that Dr. Biesman has performed have left me with practically flawless skin and for that, I will be forever grateful. He and his staff consistently go above and beyond the call of duty with their attention to detail, willingness to help, and extensive knowledge about the multitude of treatments that can be done for scars. Jaws hit the floor when they see the work that he has done. There is NO ONE better out there!

I am a 54 year old woman who had years of extensive sun damage and some deep acne scarring, mostly in my right cheek area and forehead. Dr. Biesman was my plastic surgeon for both CO2 full ablative face resurfacing and upper and lower blepharoplasty, all done in the same surgery. The main reason I had this work done was to improve and treat the extensive under eye wrinkling and folding of skin under my eyes from years of sun damage as well as to improve and treat acne scarring on my face. He was very thorough in explaining how difficult these specific problems are to treat and he helped me have realistic expectations for the outcome. Our goal was not "perfection", because really, what is "perfection?" --"perfection" is very subjective. Our goal was for Dr. Biesman to give me as much improvement as possible. I was super nervous about doing these surgeries at the same time because other plastic surgeons I consulted highly recommended I do them separately and spaced out several months apart. Some other surgeons even highly discouraged the full ablative CO2 lazer surgery altogether. For Dr. Biesman, this was all routine stuff he consistently does day in and day out and he has lots of experience doing both procedures together. I think I had 3 or 4 lengthy in person consultations and a phone conversation with Dr. Biesman before deciding to go with him. I believe any other surgeon would have had the attitude, "Look, Kelly, do you want to do this or not...?" or they may have even refused to do my surgery at all because I was so afraid to have it all done together, but Dr. Biesman was patient and gracious each time in answering all my questions and concerns and assuring me that he was very comfortable doing them both together. I am so happy I decided to trust Dr. Biesman with these procedures and I am ecstatic with his outcome! Dr. Biesman gave me amazing results that far surpassed my expectations! My only regret is not having him do it sooner. I am so happy with his results that I am allowing him to use all my "before" and "after" pictures if it will help him teach and train other plastic surgeons to achieve the same results with their patients that he achieved with me! Dr. Biesman also recently did my facial injections and I have a very natural, just improved and more youthful look, instead of the puffy face look that is so common with a lot of people who get facial injections these days. Dr. Biesman is so incredibly talented in so many areas! His level of surgical talent is amazing! He is professional, kind, and patient! He is great at listening, addressing concerns and explaining possible outcomes. He also has great nurses who work with him, especially Molly -she also has the heart of a good teacher in explaining things in detail so the patient understands. All of his nurses are top notch! All of his staff are professional, kind and accommodating! In a few weeks, I am having his office do fraxel 1927 lazer to fade sun spots and improve texture on my chest area. I will continue to use Dr. Beisman for all my aesthetic concerns and needs. When my friends, family and coworkers ask me why my skin looks so smooth and radiant, why I look so "rested", and what I have been doing and using on my skin to achieve this youthful look, I tell them about Dr. Biesman and the work he did for me and I refer them to him. They are now seriously considering booking consultations with him. I refer everyone I know to Dr. Biesman because he truly is THE BEST! At my post op visit, the little things like calling me by my first name, acknowledging me in the hallway at this post op visit, and expressing general concern as to how I was doing/feeling emphasized further that I had been treated by one of Nashville's best.

I am a RN and relocated to Nashville a few years ago. Since I was new to the area and did not know a lot of people for recommendations, I researched a plastic surgeon online to repair a deeply pitted scar. Dr. Biesman appeared on multiple sites with great reviews so I made an appointment. During the assessment, he asked me how I heard about him and I responded that I had researched him online. Twice during the assessment, he commented how he could not believe I was there due to online reviews. His assessment did not promise guaranteed results which I am thankful for his honesty but his comment appeared very condescending and I felt belittled.

I've been a patient of Dr. Biesman for approximately 1 1/2 years and I could not have made a better choice for facial hair removal. The staff is so caring and professional. Every time I visit the office I feel at home. Men of Color, If you are experiencing ingrown hairs, I strongly recommend that you consider having laser hair removal. It will change you life, but most importantly, your skin. I once suffered from ingrown hairs and having to pick the hair out and risk leaving dark marks. This was one of the best choices I made. I go maybe twice a year for a touchup, but skin is as smooth as a baby's bottom.

I had a cancerous area removed, and Dr Biesman was my plastic surgeon. I was concerned about the bump on my eyebrow, and if it would go down. I WAS ASSURED BY BOTH STAFF AND DR. THAT IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF, no thing to worry about. On my third or fourth visit the Dr. said he would treat it again during my next visit. The next visit he did not treat it even though there was zero improvement. 4 weeks later I went again with still no improvement. He knew I wasn't happy with the treatment, and he became very arrogant and said "well the main part of this surgery was to get ride of the cancer." FROM THE BEGINNING - Dr. Biesman your role was to not leave this large bump on my eyebrow! AND NOW you want an addition $2000.00 to correct it? ARROGANT, CONDESCENDING. BAIT AND SWITCH. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

I have experienced two different kinds of skin cancer and regularly see a skin cancer physician who is one of the top three doctors in the Midsouth for his specialty. He regularly refers me to Dr. Biesman to help keep me, not only cancer free, but looking my best. I have always been treated courteously by him and his staff. In fact, even though sometimes certian procedures are slighly painful (though necessary), Dr. Biesman's staff actually goes to extremes to make me as comfortable as possible. His office staff has also worked tirelessly to confirm insurance coverage when needed. I was at a party about three weeks ago and several women asked me what I had been doing to my face - because I look so young! I'm in my late 40's... Dr. Biesman is a pleasure and I look forward to his continued care for years to come!
