My son had ACL reconstruction surgery March 15, 2019. I have to say I have never experienced a medical facility where all staff from the receptionist to the Doctors especially Dr. Lawton, were so professional, organized, and provided the absolute best care for my son. This hospital, staff, nurses, and Doctors exceeded my expectations and I believe set the standard for how medical care should be performed.

I was out at the surgery center to visit a family member. I observed numerous staff enter the room and NEVER wash their hands with alcohol based hand rub or soap. I asked one of the staff if this was not required and she stated it was. She then proceeded to wash. This is how hospital acquired infections happen. Policies are not just in place to be there, they need to follow them for their patient's safety.

I've been in the Surgery Center (dates me lol) 4 times. Now I'm going for the 5th time. Every time I've been there they treat me with respect and make sure all my needs are met. It's a wonderful place to be for after surgery care!!!

My daughter had shoulder surgery at Dunes Surgical Hospital and we had a very good experience. The staff, nurses, and Dr did a great job keeping us informed and taking exceptional care of my daughter. The coffee and snacks provided in the waiting area are a nice touch as is the system that provides updates on the progress of your patient.
