There aren't enough words to describe how pleased I am with my results. I had a rhinoplasty, chin augmentation, and eyelids done by Dr. Costa. I absolutely love the way I look and I highly recommend Dr. Costa to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery. He is by far the best surgeon!

I had never had any cosmetic surgery and was really nervous. Dr. Costa is compassionate , warm and caring not to mention the best of the best. I look 10 years younger and feel it too!!! It was well worth the trip to Charleston to be in such good hands. Staff is awesome as well.

I couldn’t be happier with the results of my experience. In having my plastic surgery operation, I was very nervous going into it. Never once did I feel that someone wasn’t holding my hand to make sure my nerves were at ease and my experience was the best it could be. I would highly recommended Dr. Costa and Dr. Heikes to any of my family or friends for anything as small as skincare to a facelift or any body countouring procedure.
