Had an appointment to look at a skin issue on my nose. The doctor was simply awesome. Took it off with minimal pain, it's healing great and doesn't even look there will a scar of ant kind. Highly, highly recommend this Doctor.

My name is MRS Copeland, I am a new patient at this office. I got Microblading done by Lesleigh she is amazing!! She did a wonderful job I love my eyebrow!! the staff here and the doctor is wonderful people they treat EVERYONE with nothing but respect no matter what race you are!! soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered something to drink they really made me feel at home.. absolutely love this place I will not be going anywhere else for my needs!! What kind of of doctor blames there patient for not him not being able to finish his procedure and allow his medical assistant to help him with surgery while she has flown blown symptoms of a skin rash all over her face? This staff will seem friendly at first but if you ask too many questions about your procedure you will see the unprofessionalism. They act if they are doing pro bono work. They kept telling me "you're not having surgery in a hospital!!!" Wow the audacity of these people.

I am very disappointed with Simmons Plastic Surgery. I met with Dr Simmons on January 31, 2019. I was very impressed with his technology and he had a great bed side manner. I really liked him. However, it is now June 4, 2019. I have not had the surgery I wanted to have in March, before the summer. I have called at least 10 -12 times in the last 4 months with no return calls. I really don't understand why they are not interested in working with me. The staff has been rude and dismissive. I was told they had a computer change at one point. So what?! I am so disappointed and now I have to start over to find another doctor,. Thanks a lot!

Used this office for filler. I wanted juvaderm but he used diluted Restylane. It was my 1st time. I loved the results. It only lasted approx 6 mos so next time maybe juvaderm would last longer. Several sites n doctors recommend it for longer results. I did use another doctor for juvaderm and there were no results with him. I will only use Simmons for filler. He did not use a needle in my face which could cut veins etc and cause bruising. Procedure is fantastic

Dr. Simmons performed a revision septorhinoplasty on me last Friday. The goal of the surgery was to fix recurrent breathing problems and to reconstruct my nose to fix a major collapse of the bridge that was caused by a prior septoplasty. This prior surgery was performed by a different ENT in Columbia, and the results were horrible. Because of this, I was naturally skeptical about placing my trust in a doctor's hands. However, from my first appointment, Dr. Simmons made me feel extremely at ease about the procedure and fixing my collapsed nose. His staff was wonderful in obtaining full insurance coverage for the procedure from BCBS, and was fantastic about scheduling appointments for me on short notice. Plus, I think it is so nice to go to a small, physician-owned practice like Simmons Plastic Surgery nowadays. It's exceedingly frustrating seeing every practice taken over by the local hospital or healthcare corporation. Dr. Simmons called to check on me the day after surgery even though it was a holiday weekend, and fit me in early to go ahead and take the splints out and the cast off on Monday. Although I'm still swollen, I couldn't be happier with how my nose looks. Dr. Simmons gave me my nose back and the ability to breathe. I emphatically recommend Dr. Simmons to anyone looking to have any procedures done. He and his office will take very good care of you.

Where to start....from the time I walked in this office I was made to feel more than welcome to be there! I came in to get a second opinion on a past procedure that had me feeling less than pleased, from the first appointment Dr. Simmons made sure to talk through different options to get me back to feeling great about my initial choice! He was not pushy on what I should or shouldn't do, and even encouraged a second appointment to make sure I was happy with my decisions before moving on!! Now a week post op I left my follow up apt so very pleased with the work he has done. I can not wait to see the end results!!! My only regret is not finding Dr. Simmons for my first go around :)

I have been seeing Dr S for basic non-invasive services for three years now. I actually followed him to Lexington from downtown, even though that's not all that convenient for me. It's worth it to me to see someone I trust. If I ever decide to have plastic surgery there is no one else I would see. I have seen his work, and just as importantly his credentials, and I would go to him above any other plastic surgeon in the state. There has been some turnover in staffing over the last 6 months or so, but in my opinion his current staff is better than ever before in terms of care and service. I highly recommend.

Dr. Simmons has skill with a soft touch! He is kind, brilliant and an all-around 5 star plastic surgeon. He came in on his day off just to do my procedure! Very sweet. Julie and DeeDee are delightful..they make you feel like family! They treated my husband and toddler really nice while I was in procedure! I can't say enough great things about them. I will be returning to see Dr.Simmons to fulfill my "surgery wish list!" I am extremely pleased with my lips implants. Everything went smooth, perfect and I healed great. After researching plastic surgeons in the Columbia area I found Dr. Simmons. His extensive training and triple board certification gave me confidence in his ability . During the consultation he provided excellent patient education on what to expect before, during and after the surgery. Now 5 years later I'm still very happy with the results. Over the past few years I've seen Dr. Simmons for other non-invasive procedures. I've found the fresh new faces at his practice to be a great addition to his team. They make you feel welcomed and have all been so helpful. They really care about their patients and consistently under promise and over deliver. I had a couple of different consultations and Dr. Simmons was 5 stars all the way. He made me feel so comfortable and will not perform anything if you do not want it. He does not try to charge you more money or suggest more than you need or want. My surgery went well and he called me personally to check on me. The office staff have been amazing on my after visits. I plan on going back for more :-)

Dr.Simmons did my lip injections and I am extremely thrilled. His staff is extremely kind and one even held my hands during the procedure....if she reads this I am sorry that my hands were sweaty. This was my first time ever doing this and I was extremely nervous. The decor and ambiance of the office is very soothing and calm while not being too “uptight”. The girl who took me to get my BP was kind enough to ask me if I wanted to speak to him before the numbing cream was applied and I did so I was grateful for that. I was able to show him a few photos of “inspiration” because I wasn’t sure if my natural lip shape would allow it. The whole process flows quickly because they know what they’re doing but anytime I had something to say or a question to ask they were quick to stop and pay attention to me and that was relieving because as a newbie it can get overwhelming. Simmons Plastic Surgery is by far the most amazing experience I've encountered. Although it was my first time, I am beyond satisfied. The staff here are excellent at their job and keeping the patient aware and confident in everything going on. Dr. Simmons is a very respective and understanding man.
